Speaker 1:

Hello, my friends. And welcome back to yet. Another episode of watching the Watchers live. My name is Robert ruler . I am a criminal defense attorney here at the RNR law group in the always beautiful and sunny Scottsdale Arizona, where my team and I over the course of many years have represented thousands of good people facing criminal charges. And throughout our time in practice, we have seen a lot of problems with our justice system. I'm talking about misconduct involving the police. We've got prosecutors behaving poorly. We have judges not particularly interested in a little thing called justice, and it all starts with the politicians, the people at the top, the ones who write the rules and pass the laws that they expect you and me to follow, but sometimes have a little bit of difficulty doing so themselves. That's why we started this show called watching the Watchers so that together with your help, we can shine that big, beautiful spotlight of accountability and transparency down upon our system with the hope of finding justice. And we're grateful that you are here in with us today because we've got a lot to get into what a day, a tragic day here in America, in Afghanistan, in all other parts of the world is the world sort of is watching the Afghanistan situation crumble before our very eyes. We're going to poke around and see what the bite administration has to say about it. All. We're going to check in with the Pentagon they're confirming. Now I think the total number of deaths is now 13 Americans who were killed. We're going to check in and see what they have to report. We've got general McKenzie over from the DOD is out telling us a little bit more about the situation and they're going to poke around and take a look at some pictures that have been provided by the daily mail, as well as some video . So we can sort of see what the before scene looked like. Of course, I kind of skipped over the whole point of the whole segment. Of course, many Americans were killed today in Afghanistan. And so we've got to talk a lot about that. Then we're going to change gears and talk about really what happened on January six . We've got two January six segments today, but they're a little bit different in the first one. We're going to talk about a representative guy by the name of Bennie Thompson. Now he is a Democrat and he's on the one six select committee because we haven't beaten this horse to death already. They're going to co and you know, continue to investigate this for the foreseeable future. And so we've got Bennie Thompson drafted this letter, a big long letter sort of asking for basically everything that Donald Trump had in his administration. And so we're going to show you what this letter is. He sent this over to the national archives and he basically wants everything. He's like, I want Trump's medical records, attorney records. I want to know where he had breakfast. I want to know when he took his first urination morning break. Uh , that's literally what they're asking for. So it's ridiculous and we're going to go through it. And then in our last segment, we've got to take a look at these seven Capitol hill police officers who are suing Trump. They actually filed a lawsuit in the district court, out of DC, Washington, DC. And so we're going to take a look at this lawsuit. They're suing Donald Trump and they're suing basically everybody who's on the right side of the aisle. It's kind of hilarious. They're suing the stop, the steal organization, Allie Alexander, the proud boys, the oath keepers. I think , uh, basically everybody's on the list. It's like these Capitol hill police were just like, I'm mad at everybody. Who's a right winger and we're just going to Sue them all. And so they put together this like 70 page lawsuit and they filed it out of the district court. And so we're going to look through that and see what they're so upset about. So there's a lot to get into and more , if you want to be a part of the show, the place to do that is [email protected] where they're chatting away over there . Big shout outs to farmer's daughters in the house. Cat's 59. We've got, I'm not gas. We've got Jeremy Trita want to know the NT kiss prime pili . Wally's over from Scotland. I believe we have several others who were just chatting away. Shout outs to jury your spider, Kenny one be dead five and Sharon Quinny . We've also got Ken in. It is over there over on YouTube shout outs to Kevin Brown, just because Wendy Lou Delta SIM Vijaya, we have Justin F just because KBN and Rob see all chatting away over there on YouTube. And so a big shout outs to everybody who is being a part of the show. That's what the live stream is all about. If you're a supporter on locals, you can use this form to ask a question and I appreciate it. If you keep the questions coming in, as I'm going through the segments helps keep things in order. And we're going to try our very best to make sure we get to all the questions. Super chats are coming in. You saw one previously. And so we'll get to that here in our first segment, because it's a very nice idea. But before we begin, one final reminder, if you're looking for the clips, we have three segments during this live stream. If you're looking for the clips, maybe you can't stick around because you can only watch maybe an hour of the show and you want the last clip and you don't want to sort of have to find it again. Those are all now on a separate channel. So make sure you go and subscribe, just search my name and type in the word clips there. And then you'll be able to find that channel just so you know, where it all went. All right. So without any further ado, let's get into the news of the day. Afghanistan exploded today on the Biden administration's watch, and we've got to talk about it. We now know that something like 13 service members from the United States have been killed countless more Afghanistan individuals, many of whom were sort of OneAmerica side, who were supposed to be being transported into the United States. Now they are not going to be doing that. So we're going to go through the story. We're going to sort of bounce around the Biden administration and see how they respond to this and what their next steps are. We're going to start off by checking in with the Pentagon early this morning. We can see here, there was a statement by John Kirby, the press secretary, this guy over here, seeing a lot of him. Oftentimes his statements will sort of contradict some other statements to come out of the byte administration, but he said this this morning, we can confirm that a number of us service members were killed in today's complex attack at the Kabul airport. Number of others were being treated for wounds. We also know that a number of Afghans fell victim to this heinous attack. Our thoughts and prayers go out to loved ones and the teammates of those killed and those injured. And so all day, everybody's been trying to piece together what it was happening early this morning. We had sort of , uh , you know , in an indication that maybe for , uh , us service members were killed. And then that number sort of just kept creeping up throughout the rest of the day. And we really don't know what the final tally is going to be. But we did hear from the department of defense, we've got general McKenzie who is telling us a little bit more about this complex attack. It's a complex attack, which means it's it's orchestrated, right? This was being conducted by ISIS fighters, ISIS K the variant of ISIS. We're very used to variants on this show. And so we've got an ISIS variant now that is percolating throughout the middle east. Uh , and no lockdown orders are coming from the United States on this one friends. So we have general McKenzie over from the DOD says at this time two suicide bombers assessed to have been ISIS fighters detonated in the vicinity of the Abbey gate and the, at the Hamid Karzai international airport. And in the vicinity of the Baron hotel, which was another area where a lot of people were congregating while they're awaiting their evacuation, the withdrawal, the ending of the war that was so well-planned in every contingency was orchestrated. So let's listen in and see what this general has to say about what's going on over there, period .

Speaker 2:

Well, airport and in the vicinity of the Baron hotel, which is immediately adjacent. The attack on the Abbey gate was followed by a number of ISIS gunman who opened fire on civilians and military forces. At this time, we know that 12 us service members have been killed in the attack. In 15 more service members have been injured. A number of Afghan civilians were also killed and injured in the attack. We are treating some of them aboard Kaia . Many other Afghan civilians have been taken out to hospitals in town. We're still working to calculate the total losses . We just don't know what that is right now. They're lost , weighs heavily on us all. And I'll talk a little bit more about that. As we go through my prepared remarks, we continue to focus on the protection of our forces and the evacuations as the evacuation continues. Let me be clear while we're saddened by the loss of life, both U S and Afghan, we're continuing to execute the mission. Our mission is to evacuate us citizens. Third country nationals, special immigrant visa holders, us embassy, staff, and Afghans at risk areas .

Speaker 1:

All right . So that is our general and , um , very, very nice timing with that super chat that came in from Cartus bar , Curtis Bartle , rest in peace. We love you all. Sorry. Biden killed you. It's that was from Curtis Bartel . We have another one here from Clifford Barnes , a an appropriate time to recognize it says Robert, before we start, can we please have a moment to reflect on our 12 lost Marines and Navy medic and who knows who else is injured and who else may pass away as a result of this? Uh, not to mention the hundreds, if not thousands of Afghanistan, individuals who are also going to be a mourning loss of losses of loved ones tonight. So a very tragic, awful thing. I've been seeing a lot of people on Twitter coming around and saying,

Speaker 3:

Well, look, you can't , um, you can't politicize

Speaker 1:

Day like today, you can't make this a day where you even are critical of anybody who's responsible for any of these decisions. Saw a lot of that from , uh , people sort of on the Biden side of the aisle. This is not a day for politics. This is a day of mourning . Many people have been saying and respectfully I disagree. I think certainly that the families are going to be morning rightfully so.

Speaker 3:

They lost people who , uh, should still be with us.

Speaker 1:

Man's humble opinion. And so we now have to sort of dissect all of this with , with paying respect to the people that we've , we've lost to their families being respectful of them, but not letting this administration paper over this whole thing, right? 12 Americans 13 now have died

Speaker 3:

And there are people responsible for this. I know it's

Speaker 1:

They have morning, but that doesn't mean that you escape accountability. This isn't a situation where the U S government just gets to say, well, you know , that's war, sorry. You know this thing.

Speaker 3:

Yeah . I had to end it. Okay. You made decisions now

Speaker 1:

Gonna be held accountable to them. And so we're going to continue to talk about it and prosecute the case against the byte administration on this botched withdrawal indefinitely, we've got the daily mail giving us some headlines, says that Biden is going to break his silence later today. He did. And we've got clips from that. 12 us troops were dead. When I took this screenshot, that's gone up to 13 now, 60 Afghans dead. I'm sure that number is dramatically worse than that. A lot of graphic content in this article, we're not going to show you any of that here on this channel. Of course, YouTube has some pretty strict guidelines about showing graphic content. There is a lot of that out there. I retweeted one, if you're somebody who wants to see what the aftermath of these bombings look like, it's not good. It is , uh , sort of roadways and ravines and sort of sewage gutters filled with bodies that are stacked end to end one, right after the other blood

Speaker 3:

All over the place. Dozens, if

Speaker 1:

Not a hundred dead people just from the look of it. And it is a horrific horrific scene. So, you know, the administration is, we're going to see as we go through, this is sort of, you know, really patting itself on the back. We saw a lot of this yesterday, the white house, wondering why they're not getting accolades for the biggest airlift since whenever, right? The biggest mass movement, humanitarian rescue, mission, whatever. They're all very curious, concerned that the media is not giving them the accolades that they think that they're due . And so we're going to go through this, keeping all of this in mind, that there are sort of two narratives that are taking place right now, whatever the administration is telling us. And then what is actually happening in reality on the ground. And we've been seeing this over the last seven days or so since the situation started to deteriorate by the administration comes back out, the Pentagon chief or spokesperson Kirby comes out, tells us something. And then we go over to Anthony Blinken and he tells us something a little bit different than Joe Biden comes out and speaks and contradicts what he said yesterday and around and around we go. So it's been very difficult to sort of tease out what reality

Speaker 3:

Is on the ground. What I have been looking at are videos

Speaker 1:

From the people who were there, who are taking scenery of the devastation in the aftermath, and it looks pretty awful. All right . So let's go back to the headline here from daily mail, 11 Marines at the time one Navy medic were killed. President Biden didn't address it, but he did , uh , later this afternoon, we've got clips of that said the evacuation is going to continue. According to general McKenzie , that there were active threats of additional attacks, which of course are very likely to be coming. As everybody is us. As a suspecting, first bomb was detonated and a suicide vest bomber was being searched by Marines,

Speaker 3:

Unclear how he

Speaker 1:

Got past the Taliban checkpoints before the airport to get close enough. Huh? I guess that is a problem. When you start to trust your security to the Taliban, maybe they're not going to do such a good job.

Speaker 3:

Maybe they've got some interest in seeing an ISIS terror ,

Speaker 1:

Just go through the checkpoint and just conjure up, walk right into the airport. Maybe they have

Speaker 3:

Some alignment with the end goal there. I don't know. Could it be speculating? I don't know .

Speaker 1:

I'm not as smart as Jake Sullivan. I didn't go to Oxford, but maybe that's not a good idea to entrust your enemy with your security. Just a , just a thought general Mackenzie said that the U S would retaliate against ISIS when they find the exact people responsible. So, okay. Whatever that is. However, that is whatever that is, who you know, who knows other

Speaker 3:

NATO countries begged Biden to extend

Speaker 1:

The August 31 deadline. Didn't do it. Norway, Poland, Canada Holland. They've all now stopped evacuating citizens from Afghanistan. Biden is adamant. He can get everyone out by August 31st offered no plan on how he's going to do it. And angry Republicans are already demanding his resignation, which we're going to take a look at as well. A lot of calls from that sort of two different sides here as with any political issue. You've got the Republicans all demanding his resignation. You've got all the Democrats saying, well, you know, it's a tragic day, but he ended the war and you know , kind of what we had to do here. And so they're just sort of papering over the whole thing as though it's all just going to fall off the news next week, as soon as Cuomo sexually harasses somebody else. So now what we've got is a map from the airport. We can get an idea of what took place here. This is the main entrance to Hamid Karzai airport, the main entrance down here, and then Abbey gate was where the second blast was. And so we had the north gate over here. We know it's sort of a,

Speaker 3:

Really a one runway

Speaker 1:

Airport, right? All of this is sort of a use for taxing the planes around. They've got one runway. So kind of a small airport. And the first blast went off, down here at the Baron hotel. Think it was a suicide bomber where a lot of people were congregating. And then the second blast went off right at the airport. So when they say it is a complex attack, right , that's when it's orchestrated, you've got sort of a timing. You've got coordination because it's an ISIS attack. It's a coordinated attack. Now this is what the scene looked like. So we now know what the airport looks like. It is , uh , you know , kind of a couple different choke points. You can see here. There's one big road that leads up to the main entrance. And so it's a choke point. Everybody is a sort of, you know, being funneled into this entrance. And so it's kind of surprising that it didn't happen there, that the explosions didn't happen there, but there was another entrance here at Abby's gate, very similar situation. So that's where they attack. Now, this is what it looks like on the ground. You can see very large amounts of people all congregating right around the airport. This is them fleeing the country via the Pakistan border. They are a queuing up at the border gates. So I think this is actually not at the airport. Let's see, but this is another, this is another area. I don't know if this is in the airport or not. This was from the daily mail article. But the point that they're making is that this is what the crowds look like, right? People are just congregating in human

Speaker 4:

And they , they make these crowds right for attack. You can just see.

Speaker 1:

So I read the headline . So I read the subscript there. That was actually a scene from the Pakistan border. So those are people sort of at the embassy or , or at the , uh , the border they're trying to get out of Afghanistan, going a different direction. This is the scene over by the airport. So this is where the same, same types of crowds. This is when a us Marine, hopefully they're still with us, but he's hanging a sign here that says gate close . So that was, this was over on the border. And then this is over at the airport. You can see same, same, you know , crowd types. And , uh, it is not a good situation. Basically, if you look at the aftermath videos on Twitter, there are just people, you know, there's bodies all over the place. Uh, and as , as you can expect, somebody just went into the crowd, set off a bomb, and you can imagine what happens after that. Now people were looking back through Joe Biden's prior testimony, his prior speeches. And we noticed that just six days ago, he said, look, we've made clear to the Taliban that any attack, any attack on our forces or, or disruption of our operations at the airport will be met with a swift and forceful response. And that was six days ago. On August 20th, we have the transcript here says , uh , we've been able , uh , we've made look, we made clear to the Taliban that any attack, any attack on our forces or disruption of our operations at the airport will be met with a swift and forceful response. We're keeping a close watch on any potential terrorist threat around the airport, putting from ISIS affiliates who were released from prisons when they were empty, by the way, to make everybody understand that ISIS and Afghanistan are they've been the sworn enemy of the Taliban. I've said all along, we're going to retain a laser focus on our counter-terrorism mission, working in close combination with our allies and our partners who have an interest in ensuring stability in the region. So, gosh, yeah. Yup . You know, yet again, Joe, Joe Biden is pretty wrong on foreign policy. Uh , okay. So I , you know, ISIS is the sworn enemy of the Taliban, but somehow they got through a checkpoint and they blew something up , uh, ISIS affiliates, their partners who they're entrusting their security to meaning the U S didn't do such a good job of securing the airport, preventing a suicide bomber for , uh , getting through. So , uh , very curious now, in addition to the insult, the injury, the loss of life, the tragic deaths that took place today, this may just be the beginning. Why? Because the us government gave the Taliban names of everybody, Americans and Afghanistan, our allies, one defense officials said basically they just put all those Afghans on a kill list. So that's great. Us officials in Kabul gave the Taliban a list of names of American citizens, green card holders, and Afghan allies to grant entry into the militant controlled outer perimeter of the city's airport choice has prompted outrage from lawmakers and military officials. Yeah, it's ridiculous. So the Taliban, oh my gosh. The Taliban now has a perimeter outside the airport, sort of a hula hoop around the whole thing. So before you can even get to the airport gates, you've got to go through a Taliban checkpoint. And so the , the geniuses over at the DOD or the state department or Joe Biden himself, or who knows, they decided to just give them a list, sort of like you're getting into a club , uh , sorry, sir. You're not on the list. Well, who are you man, on the Taliban? And I am monitoring the checkpoint. And so the Taliban now have a list of everybody that are prime targets that are , uh , either actual American citizens. And in addition to that, all of the people who were working against them with the Afghanistan government, nice list to have nice at the U S government gave that over the move detailed by Politico by three detailed to Politico by three U S and congressional officials was designed to expedite the evacuation of tens of thousands of people from Afghanistan as chaos erupted, which was not supposed to happen because Joe Biden said, so we have the clips of that. So did Anthony Blinken saying it would not never happen from a Friday to a Sunday. So they expedited this. They did not properly prepare. So when the world became a problem and became collapsing around them in Afghanistan, they decided that they had to pull out all the stops. So let's just ask the Taliban to help us get our people through. Like, they're going to be checking a clipboard and say , oh, Robert crueler . Yeah . Oh yeah, come on through. You're on the list. Yeah. Come on in, come on in, man. Where are you been? I'm glad you made it head on into the back, grab a seat right there . Like that's going to happen. Uh, you saw the scenes it's it's absolute chaos. So the Taliban seize control of the country, this came as the byte administration has been relying on the Taliban for security outside the airport decision to provide the names to the Taliban, which has a history of brutally murdering Afghans who collaborated with the U S and other coalition forces has angered lawmakers. One defense officials said, basically they just put all those Afghans on a kill list, just appalling and shocking makes you feel unclean. He said spokesman for the central us command declined to comment. Of course, the issue came up during a classified briefing on Capitol hill earlier in the week, which turned contentious top by the administration. Officials defended their close coordination with the Taliban, by an officials contended. It was the best way to keep Americans and Afghan safe and to prevent a shooting war. So that didn't work out because that took place today. As we just heard from the general said that the bombs went off, then there was shooting back with some ISIS individuals. I mean, it's, it's a , it's a skirmish, right? It's a battle outside of the airport in Afghanistan. So , uh , this was a clip from some house Republicans who I believe were a part of the briefing. Remember we talked about some of this briefing. We heard from little Adam Schiff, Democrat from California, who is, who was walking down the Capitol hill steps when representative Kinzinger was doing the captain Morgan pose outside the Capitol on that day. And , uh , Adam Schiff came and said, yeah, we're not going to get all the Americans out. That's adding, ain't going to happen. And we're looking for some actual data because we know that Joe Biden's administration has been all over the place. We know that the Pentagon, John Kirby told us that we're going to continue evacuating people all the way up until the end. So that multiple times, but then secretary of state, Anthony Blinken has said multiple times. And so as Joe Biden, that we're going to continue. We'll find you wherever you want to go. We're going to come get you no matter what, no matter when, no matter how, but then Kirby says, we're going to go all the way up until the end on August 31st, we already know where the trajectory is going here. They want to wash their hands of this thing as soon as humanly possible. That's why this extent extension has never gone through. They don't want to extend the withdrawal deadline. Are you kidding me so that we can have more of these suicide bombings, which is going to continue to devolve into, you know , beheadings and hostage situations and more death and more mayhem. They don't want any more of that. They can see that there's going to be a considered a considerable series of blasts taking place, and they want to get out of the blast zone. So they are packing up and leaving as soon as possible. Now, the, the mechanism by which they have done that is leaving people with their jaws dropped, including these congressional Republicans. So let's take a look at what they have to say. Adam Schiff came back out and said, yeah, we're not going to get everybody out in time. We know that the byte administration is accelerating everything. They're giving lists of Americans to the Taliban to tell them, yeah , they're good. Let them through so they could expedite the evacuation speed up the supply chain of getting bodies past the Taliban checkpoints, literally giving them lists of American citizens, according to Politico. Uh , so we've got 12, 13 now Americans dead today, not to mention many Afghanistan people. And so we're going to take a look now from the house Republicans as to what they, what they heard from their intelligence briefing. And they're going to summarize the power now that the Taliban has as a consequence of the U S giving over $85 billion of military equipment.

Speaker 5:

My job there was as a foreign military sales officer. So I was on the front lines of acquiring the equipment that the Americans provided and turned over to the Afghan army and the Afghan police. I'm going to read to you , um, what , uh , is so painful for me. And so many of their other Afghan veterans who served in that capacity, others who serve as a part of the train, advise and assist, equip effort in helping the Afghans. We now know here it is that due to the negligence of this administration, the Taliban now has access to over $85 billion worth of American military equipment. That includes 75,000 vehicles over 200 airplanes and helicopters, over 600,000 small arms and light weapons. The Taliban now has more black Hawk helicopters than 85% of the countries in the world. Here it comes. Now, they don't just have weapons. They also have night vision goggles, body armor, medical supplies, and Annette believably unfathomable, unfathomable to me. And so many others is that the Taliban now has biometric devices, which have the fingerprints ice scans and the biographical information of the Afghans who helped us over the last 20 years. And here's what we just learned again. And the briefing that we just walked out of is this, this administration is still has no plan to get this military equipment or these supplies back.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. Because what are they going to do? Because the Taliban now, in addition to that, they've got potentially 1,520. It doesn't matter what the number is. Any Americans over there are now indefinite hostages under the caretaking of the Taliban indefinitely until the Joe Biden administration or whatever they can extract them somehow through covert means. I don't know. I don't know what their options are because the Taliban now has a list that the administration gave to them. They have a list of homeless , the people. Oh yeah. It's an, oh it's alphabetical order. That's great. I wonder if they send it over in a Excel spreadsheet, maybe a Google sheet so they can all comment on it together. Now they've got that. In addition to the biometric data with, as you heard, right? This, these , this was house Republicans. They just came out of a briefing, presumably with the intelligence community who told them all of this stuff, gave them the numbers, gave them the breakdown and said, yeah, it's a big problem. No plan to get it all back. The big problem. Yeah . 600,000 weapons. That's a lot, especially for the gun control Bidens. They just armed a whole lot of enemies here. And nobody's really batting an eye about that 200 planes and helicopters, 75,000 vehicles, 75,000 vehicles, 85 billion bucks, total leftover, they're forgotten about, but the big thing that biometric data. So now they can take the list that the state department who whomever provided to them and just compare and contrast it toward a compare the data, just go door to door. We're looking for Robert Guler . Any, any rubber crueler here? Uh , no, sir. Not me at all. I'll really kind of looked like a Robert let's take a look at your eyeball scan it. Oh, it is. You're on the list and this, this says it is you perfect. You're dead. And they can just go door to door and do that around the clock. So well done very well. Nice planning from the contingency Lloyd Austin , uh, the Pentagon over there, Jake Sullivan, Joe Biden, and of course Harris the last woman in the room. So the Republicans of course are already screaming for blood. They want resignations here is Nikki. Haley says that should Biden step down or be removed for his handling of Afghanistan. Yes, but that would leave us with Kamala. Harris should be 10 times worse. God help us. Lindsay Graham says, I urge the byte administration to reestablish our presence in background as an alternative to cobble so that we don't leave our fellow citizens and thousands of Afghans behind not a capability problem, but a problem of Willie says, Lauren Boba . It says there was blood on Joe Biden's hands, four Marines died. He failed to prepare during one of the most incompetent military operations in history. Their lives can never be replaced. My prayers are with their families and loved ones. They've left behind. That was earlier today. So four has gone to 12. Now Joe Biden has blood on his hands. This is from Elise, Stephanie acts , as the buck stops with the president of the U S this horrific national security and humanitarian disaster is solely the result of Joe Biden's weak and incompetent leadership. He's unfit to be commander in chief. Now that was from the Republicans. Now from the Democrats, you're going to see some of what I was talking about earlier. Like, oh , Hey, this is not a day to politicize this incompetence. Okay. Yeah. They're incompetent. They're morons. They have no idea what they're doing. And we're all embarrassed about this really bad day for America. But this is not the time for that. I disagree. This is Senator Kevin Kramer . He's representing people from North Dakota says while it may be tempting to use this moment to score political points now is not the time for that. I fellow Americans let's gather together more than the fallen comfort, those that are hurting and pray for peace leadership and safety. So, okay. Uh, yeah . I don't know if he's a Democrat or Republican. I have no idea. It doesn't matter, but okay. Yeah. I can understand that. I can appreciate that, but no, there is a time , uh , there's a time for that. You can do two things together at the same time and Joe Biden and this and these people, they need to be held accountable for this. Elizabeth Warren says America mourns for the brave us service members and Afghans who lost their lives injured in this cowardly attack. We're grateful for our service members and other personnel who are carrying out this extremely difficult mission. Right? So that's where it's all just boiling down to that. It's cowardly that they did this. Ah , it is, but you kind of allowed them to do it. Didn't you, you kind of invited it through your incompetence calling this an extremely difficult mission. That's an understatement. Yeah, this is, yeah. It is difficult. That's true. Not exactly the word that I would use. And so you can see how they are just slowly sort of trying to diminish the effects of this every, which way you turn. Let's take a look at what Joe Biden had to say this afternoon. And so , uh, yeah, we're going to , we're going to go back to him and he's going to tell us a little bit about, I think in memory of the service members, right? And this is, this is an appropriate performance from Joe Biden. Uh , he's reading this well, and it , you know, they're 12 , there are 13 Americans who were dead. They've got families, you know, it's heartbreaking. Here's Joe Biden,

Speaker 6:

He's American service members who gave their lives. It's an overused word, but it's totally appropriate . Hey , we're heroes, heroes. Who've been engaged in a dangerous, selfless mission to save the lives of others. They're a part of an air lift and evacuation effort on like any scene in history with more than 100,000 American citizens watch American partners. There it is Afghans who helped us and others taking the safety in the last 11 days, just the last 12 hours or so another 7,000 have gotten out. They're a part of the bravest, most capable, the most selfless military on the face of the earth. And they're part of simply what I call the backbone of America. They're the spine of America, the best the country has to offer.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So that's , that's great. Right? And he's right about that. We have amazing people in this country doing amazing things who are often just expendable to bureaucrats and , uh , you know, idiots in our government like this who get us into these situations in the first place. So, you know, peace to their families today, horrible day for them . But what are we doing? Joe Biden now is saying that there's a hundred thousand people who've been moved out. You remember how he said that though? He said, citizens, American citizens, did we get a hundred thousand American citizens out there or not? Or is it less than that? Also partners and Afghanis and SIVs and all of these other things. We don't know how many Americans are still left there. That's the big problem. Everybody's talking about the total number who've been evacuated. How many are left, Joe Biden? We don't know. And your administration is not giving us any answers about that. Uh, all sorts of speculation, blaming, blaming the people who haven't left for not leaving. This is Joe Biden. Again today he warns ISIS. This is our immaculates totally dibbled president who is now going to be warning ISIS when they just blew up 13 American citizens. Let's see what he's got to say.

Speaker 6:

We lost their lives, giving them the service of Liberty, the service of security, the service of others in the service of America, like their fellow brothers and sisters in arms who died defending our vision and our values and the struggle against terrorism of the fall on this day, or part of a great noble company, American heroes, to those who carried out this attack, as well as anyone who wishes America harm, no, this, we will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down, make you pay. I'll defend our interests in our people with every measure

Speaker 3:

At my command. Okay. All right , Joe, you know, it's hard to know .

Speaker 1:

I have a big mouth when you just embarrassed your entire administration in the entire nation. So you can talk a big game, but everybody knows that you're full of garbage and nothing's going to get done. And you know, many people say that's fine, right? That's right. Maybe this is the cost of extracting America from this entanglement that we've been in for the last 20 years. And there's nothing else that should go that, that should happen as a result of it. But, you know, look is he, is he going to go out and take out these ISIS, you know , individuals responsible for this? I highly doubt it. They have decided that they are cutting ties with the middle east. They've put many more Americans in harms way than were there before Joe Biden took office. I, and I've used this point before. I've said, look, despite their best intentions are things better or worse. It's pretty simple on the border. Are there more people in custody in ice detention centers now under Biden or under Trump? Which one has more now, Joe Biden clearly many, many more, not even close the harm, the suffering, the amount of difficulties that those people are having to endure under Joe Biden is exponentially worse than under Donald Trump, regardless of what you think of the men. And that's that same pattern is carrying over here into the middle east. Are we going to have more chaos, more death, more dead Americans, more security problems now. Yeah, clearly. And so this is Joe Biden. Who's going to be warning people of this and he just sort of wrecked America stature in the entire world. So , uh, okay. That talk a big game. You know, th the , the language always is speak softly and carry a big stick. Joe Biden is speaking bigly and carrying a tiny little, little, you know , twig. He's got nothing behind his statements that anybody's going to believe or carry with them for any amount of time. That Taliban is literally riding in bumper cars, banging into each other over there. They're riding on little fake unicorn donkeys on merry-go-round. Okay. They know that they've got America by the kahunas and Joe Biden knows it too. So he's going to come out here and he's going to read from a stupid script that some other, you know, speech writer put together for him . And he's going to try to tell the American people that we're still in a strong posture here. It's obviously not true. So he's, you know, he's being disingenuous, but the pattern continues. He's been disingenuous. His entire administration has been disingenuous for this entire debacle. So why would it stop it? Won't here . He actually took questions today, which was very interesting. Have this interesting little exchange here from , uh , Peter Doocy over from Fox news. And it's really funny because he does this little , um, um , just flustered moment where he just kind of, I'm just so flustered. I'm just so sad, Peter. Doocy you're asking me hard questions. You're not giving me an opportunity to answer these things. I'm the president and you're making my life so hard, and that was just in his mannerisms, but his statements was equally troubling. He said the outset of this response, the buck stops with me. I'm the president. Of course I'm responsible for the consequences of my actions, but I also inherited the whole thing from Trump. So it's basically his fault. Anyways, here is Joe Biden with Doocy today.

Speaker 6:

Is there any responsibility for the way that things have unfolded in the last two weeks? I bear responsibility for fundamentally all that's happened yeah. Of late. Yep . Here's the deal, you know, I wish you'd one day say these things, you know, as well as I do that, a former president made a deal with the Tali boss . He would get all American forces out of Afghanistan by may one and return the commitment was made. And that was a year before it returned. He was given a commitment that the Tali Bon would continue to attack others, but would not attack any American forces. Do you remember that?

Speaker 1:

Do you bear any responsibility? So he gets into this weird exchange. I didn't clip the whole thing he asked. He asked, do you see a question back? And he sort of gets a little bit combative and then he puts his head down. I put it into the thumbnail today, a weird, weird exchange, not much information that came out of that. You know, it's good news that Joe Biden came out and he tried to sort of steady the country and do that calm. I'm a very , uh, collected elder statesman speech. I think they slowed the speech on the teleprompter down to half speed. Cause he was going really slow or something's wrong with him or probably both. All right , let's see what you have to say about all this. And moreover , and watching the watchers.locals.com . We've got a lot of questions in here and some super chats, which is great because we got plenty of time today to dive into all of this plenty of time. We got Sasha. SEASHA the long comment here. Let's take a look here. It says, I believe that this Afghan move of troops and chaos by the U S was, and is intentional interesting. Anyone with relations to China and which we all know the current administration has a lot of part to play, will be set to win on the backend as well. Why? Well, Iran finally joined Shanghai co-op organization after years of trying to get permanent membership. I ran geopolitical position fills in the missing piece of China's one road in one belt plan. This connects China to Eastern and Western Europe through the central and Western Asia. China has promised to build a hydroelectric plant in Afghanistan, railroads oil pipelines that will go through Pakistan, who was already part of the Shanghai cooperation organization. Not to forget Afghan is also China's largest trading partners. And this plan is an oil Landbridge from the middle east to China. And China will no longer be handcuffed at the straits of Malacca by Singapore via the U S Navy blockade. It is very strategic for China. Afghan also has one of the largest lithium reserves and cobalt . Also, Rob, not sure if you've watched this Joe Biden wake up video, if you haven't please do. It's hilarious. So that's an amazing comment, Sasha shisha , goodness, that is some serious geopolitical analysis happening, right? They're talking about all the ,

Speaker 3:

These different geographical components and it sounds kind of right

Speaker 1:

To me, you know, I was speaking, I was thinking about some of the conspiracy theories about who's really behind all of this. And I sort of was thinking

Speaker 3:

In sync with what you were talking about. You know,

Speaker 1:

I believe the government is incompetent, but in competence , like stacked on back of incompetence, like layers, multiple layers of incompetence, like, are they that incompetent or is this intentional? Is there something else going on here? Is there, I don't know, maybe some leverage that a foreign power might have over Joe Biden and the byte administration. Maybe if his son hunter Biden, for example, hypothetically lost a couple laptops that had some really damning, really problematic, really troublesome things on there that might wreck the entire legacy of the Biden family. If they had something like that, like if there was some illegal images involving underage, you know , uh , individuals , uh , in

Speaker 3:

Certain positions

Speaker 1:

And China had that, or Russia had that, or somebody had that, you might say that this would be enough to force a president's hand into doing something that is basically wrecking his presidency. And he's sort of re trying to reframe it in a useful way that he's going to be able to spin into a political win. But it's an interesting thought experiment to say, well, maybe somebody is forcing his hand on some of this stuff. And why might that be

Speaker 3:

The Joe Biden wake up video? I haven't

Speaker 1:

Seen that. I watched the video. Actually. My mother shared it with me yesterday of Joe Biden, learning to speak by knees, which was very fun. I learned how to say , uh , uh , [inaudible] the pressure. We all know that one from Joe Biden. That's a fun video as well. All right. Some questions, pharma D you

Speaker 3:

Need says, okay, so

Speaker 1:

Jimmy Carter can sleep well at night knowing

Speaker 3:

That he's no longer

Speaker 1:

The worst president ever that's from pharm D you need pharm D you need sent that one in. We got Hillary Clinton says here, what do you want from me? People died. Stop asking me about it. That's from Hillary. Yeah. She's, she's kind of a rest

Speaker 3:

Calmly tonight. Woof, that Ben got

Speaker 1:

Aussie thing. I thought that was bad over . They're never going to talk about Bengazi again. Now it's just Afghanistan. Frustrated veteran says any military quote leader that said we don't need places like back rim and that it would be more efficient and effective to funnel everyone into Kabul should be fired at least right alongside by . And that's from a frustrated veteran. Thank you for that. Another one says how much of this chaos is intentional. The media turning on the president now and the president in this Afghanistan debacle, is it building a foundation for invoking the 25th amendment? Another good question, Kenny, at what? Right, because that was sort of how I was speculating this whole thing as well.

Speaker 3:

The idea being that maybe the byte administration was I'm sorry.

Speaker 1:

The media was so quick to turn on the byte administration because they don't really want him anyways. They wanted Camila in the first place and they knew that they had to just stick this sort of a figurehead in there, this middle of the road, very vanilla, but nine doesn't scare anybody candidate in there just to excrement , uh , Trump away. And then suddenly get rid of them , bring in Camila , the person they wanted. Anyways, the , the person that was basically installed in this position, nobody voted for her during the primaries. Nobody likes her. And she's like vice president and probably going to be the president soon. So who installed her there and just sort of kept in orchestrating her up into that position and what are they going to do with her when she's there? Oh , terrible. Kenny one B says political reports at the byte administration provided the Taliban a list of us citizens and Afghan allies. And he essentially confirmed this in his speech today. Wow. Just wow. Well Kenny that's because they are making the Taliban legitimate partners. I mean, they're , they're saying that those are our partners. They're responsible for our American citizens security. So they're treating them like they're the UK or something. Well, there they're our partners over there now. It's like a month ago you were trying to kill them . And now they're responsible for your security. Oh my goodness. Okay. We've got, Chauvin's a hero says, I think it's time we make the Geneva convention look like the Geneva suggestion. That's from, Chauvin's a hero over on watching the Watchers dot locals. I'm not gas says now that the Taliban is in control in the Delta first terror attack from ISIS. Are they going to be joining the world war on terror now? LMA . That's a good question. Yeah. I mean the Taliban must be like, well , wait a minute. You're you're, you're blowing things up. Well , that's just , uh, inappropriate. Maybe they should join. The UN council wants to know says, do you think that Saki dress matched her hair? Lipstick flag. Think it's a good idea. She flips her hair and gets frustrated and mad. I'm not a real fan of her antics out there, but you know, that's what press people do. That's what they do. All of them. Brett Reed says idiots and that's being polite are in charge of our country. U S officials in Afghanistan gave the telephone analyst of people. Yeah. We talked about that. Brett Reed . Yeah. Idiots. Yeah. Actual idiots. We look, I'm laughing because it's so it's so almost even impossible to comprehend this. We had Lloyd Austin with double face masks and a face shield who was leading this whole thing from the DOD secretary of defense. So if that's where their priorities are, maybe you have, you can have an understanding about why this is so incompetent news. Now Wyoming says, where is the swift reaction that Biden promised if Americans were injured during the withdrawal? Well, he had to take a nap after his speech. So maybe tomorrow Sergeant barber and Ms . Lucky are with you. This whole thing was done by sleepy Joe for purely political purposes. It's FUBAR . He is 100% accountable. Shout out to miss lucky and Sergeant Bob. Good to see you guys hope to see you on Saturday for our Zuma meetup . Thunder seven says, I wonder if this really happened, or if it's a false flag by the Pentagon to keep the war going and send back us troops for another 20 years, if it did really happen, strange coincidence that the NATO and Pentagon were warning that were planning such an event, where did the ISIS terrorist pop up from and make their way to the air force or the airport? Trump regime pretty much wiped them out. Yeah. ISIS K came back pretty quickly. Didn't it? Right. We didn't hear much of them for the last four years. Biden takes over. We're withdrawing. Suddenly the ISIS cave variant is out there now. And there's no vaccine for that one. So, you know, I don't know if there's any, I haven't seen any evidence that any of these conspiracies are true or not, but it certainly, it certainly is pretty amazing if you can be this incompetent time after time after time, it's like, even if you were trying to be that incompetent, like trying to screw it up when you screw, screw up the screw up so that it would actually you'd actually have a success at some point, you're like, wow, that went really well. Wow. That's that wasn't supposed to happen, but no, it's just like bad, bad, bad. It's pretty amazing. We have, Greg Harris says, could this be considered treason on behalf of a dishonest administration? Probably not this alone. I think that this would constitute a strategic blunder , but if you start seeing some things that show like, you know, direct collusion with the Taliban in a way that wasn't , uh, articulated to the American people, that there's some sort of nefarious backroom deal that took place here, that would be , uh , certainly a problem dreary or spider says Biden announced just before the show that the U S will retaliate for today's attack. Uh, really what ? I didn't see that, but that's, that's, I'm curious. Why do I feel if he were competent? He would've just attacked with no announcement, all , uh , Solemani he, I pray he handles this better than he's handled everything else. Since he's centered politics. The realist in me thinks this is a justification to keep us in there for another 20 years, at least. Yeah. You know, the idea being that if there's an explosion and there's 12 Marines killed and one Navy medic that the American people say, okay, you hit us. We're going to hit you back. And that causes the , the, the administration to do an about face and send people back in there. I'm not sure that that's gonna , that that's gonna happen, but I don't know, Kenny, one B says, let's not make this political. Let's just make school shootings, not political. The day of, by screaming about gun control, right? Everything's political. But they , they want to try to sweep that one under the rug. Pili , Wally says, Hey, Rob, my thoughts are with the U S servicemen's families tonight. What a needless loss of life that blood is most definitely on Joe Biden's hands. I fear that this sort of attack will be reoccurring over the next 10 years throughout the U S UK, France and Germany, just like before here in Europe, terror cells will definitely work their way into the settlements of refugees. And carnage will most definitely follow scary times. That's from pili . Wally, thank you for that comment peeling . And I think it's laid over there. I think I saw you're in Scotland, so that's amazing. Thanks for tuning in and staying up late with us. We've got Sergeant Bob says analogy news, media, white house trainers, train the lion lion performs act after act suddenly the lion eats the trainer. Yeah. That's a good one. Sergeant Bob. Yeah. Right. So, you know, sort of Joe, Biden's been in cahoots with the military industrial complex for 37 years, however long he's been around. And now he's angered them a little bit. And so are crumbling around him. Catastrophical . That's one way to look at him . Sherrick Whitney says, I hate to say it told you so, but as far as not politicizing this disaster, aren't the lunatics in charge, blaming Trump for the whole thing. Gimme a break. Starting to feel like throwing up

Speaker 3:

Again . Oh, Hey, wait. The emoji is wrong.

Speaker 1:

These maniacs stuff is coming out of the mouth should be orange. Yeah. That's from Sharon quitting. That's funny. All right. We've got a few more here. A lot of them today want to know says, why does the Biden administration negotiate with the Taliban? Like it's Oxford debate with procedures and rules because they're a legitimate power. Now they've got more black Hawk helicopters in 85% of the other nations

Speaker 3:

In the world. So they are, I

Speaker 1:

Guess he does have to negotiate with them. Now we have ghost gunner says, Rob, did you hear, they also gave a list of, of Americans? Yeah. It's basically a hit-list for them. Did they forget? We were at war for a 20 years with them. I've heard rumors that there've been more blast as well. Not sure how valid they are as of now. That was from Politico. Thank you for that ghost gunner. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

You know, it's, I

Speaker 1:

Think we're , we're seeing a lot more fog of war now that we've had two explosions. There are dead bodies strewn all over the place. I retweeted a very graphic video showing that if you want to, you know, feel very unsettled with, with a lot of things, you can take a look at that. But the other thing that I've been seeing out there in sort of the Twitter sphere where the data, the , the video, the tweets are coming from real-time right out of Afghanistan has been the idea that some, some journalists are actually not being given access to certain areas, right? It's now a security concern. So journalists are sort of being corralled into certain areas and not being allowed to leave. So the question is going to become how accurate is the data that we're getting out of this catastrophe. It's a fog of war. The military now is sort of transitioning presumably right? Speculating here only that they're transferring to security first, right? To secure their personnel, rather than focusing on the evacuation mission, buying in all of them can come out and tell us that all they want.

Speaker 3:

Let me get everybody out. You got until Tuesday

Speaker 1:

Next week. And you've so anyways, the point being a lot of what I'm seeing is that journalists are being told you are not journalists anymore. You are now sitting here because it's too dangerous out there. And that the gates around the airport are essentially being sealed up. And so , uh, you

Speaker 3:

Know, who knows, but

Speaker 1:

The question is, can we trust this administration to be straight forward with us? And we know that over the last eight days, they have not been. So of course we can't trust them. All right , what else do we have? We have Sharon quit. And he says, you can bet your last dime, that things are going to get worse every day, day by day. You can also bet that the media is going to continue to run interference for the regime while they whitewash everything in sight. Yeah. And you know, some of the people who were boots on the ground over there or not boots on the ground over there, remember Clarissa ward, she was over there. And so she was looking at it in real time. And even she was saying that what this administration is telling you is not accurate, so she's not there anymore. And once the situation continues to devolve and there are no more journalists over there, it's going to be really for

Speaker 3:

The American people and for the world to find out

Speaker 1:

Actual data about what's going on, because we know it's not going to be appropriately

Speaker 3:

Reported to us

Speaker 1:

By our news agencies. It's going to be filtered as everything else is filtered, which is why going over.

Speaker 3:

Oh , going over to Twitter and finding real stuff .

Speaker 1:

Direct primary source information is , uh , is a good solution. Let's see. Mustang. Jeff says, so this sat administration has not done anything to prevent what happened today. No accountability. Once again. That's for Mustang. Jeff, we have other ones, Lauren S's here says, Hey, Rob, little late today. So I don't know if you spoke on this, but do they use bomb? Sniffing dogs? Good question, Lauren. I would guess that they probably do right. That's the military. I'm sure that they

Speaker 3:

I'm sure that they have stuff there.

Speaker 1:

We have frustrated veteran says I'm literally sick to my stomach, that our government gave the Taliban a list of everyone not even joking. I'm about to puke. Sorry about that. Frustrated veteran. I look , I'm not a veteran.

Speaker 3:

I don't know what that, what that is, but the idea, right? That your brethren, the people you served with are now on a list

Speaker 1:

And they're going to be hunted like dogs. Yeah. That would make you sick. I can see that very, very clear. Uh , it makes me sick as an American, not to that degree, but uh, but again, you know,

Speaker 3:

I, I understand directionally

Speaker 1:

Where you're going. I could never understand what you're feeling,

Speaker 3:

But I can empathize

Speaker 1:

With you there. Sorry about that. I hope, look, I hope

Speaker 3:

You have a , you know , go outside,

Speaker 1:

Go for a walk, unplug from the show because it's going to be a lot more of this. We have Sharon Courtney says, how can ISIS be an enemy of Afghanistan? Now that Afghanistan is in Taliban, hands , ISIS and Taliban are both. Islam is no matter how you want to slice that cake. They're on the same side and they're working for the same ends and it tastes the same. Doesn't it. Bombs are kind of equal. It doesn't really matter where they come from. So Viking says today is just a preview of the harrowing deaths that are about to come. God bless those in harm's way though ,

Speaker 3:

Lost and they're grieving families. And unfortunately I think ,

Speaker 1:

I think you're exactly accurate that this is just the start of something awful. SAV D says giving a list of names of Americans, trying to leave Afghanistan to the Taliban, reminds me of Biden, giving Russia a list of infrastructure, entities, not to hack. I thought that my myself sob , the same thing. Remember when Joe Biden went over Putin, they had that meeting that we didn't hear about and they were supposed to do, or they didn't do a joint press conference. So we didn't get to see Putin and Biden standing next to one another. But Joe Biden came back and they both gave their individual press briefings after their so-called meeting. And Joe Biden said, look, I had a real heart to heart with Russia. And in the middle of this hacking of our pipeline, the colonial pipeline hack, I told Putin don't hack this other stuff. I gave him a list of 13 things and said, these are very important to us. So make sure you keep your list in your hands off of those things where everybody goes, huh? That doesn't make sense. All right . Another one here says, this is what happens when wokeness trumps common sense of mentally incompetent. President pointed people into positions of authority, not based on competency, but rather on wokeness. I was forced to listen to an incompetent general name, general

Speaker 3:

Miley talk about white

Speaker 1:

Rage. This is what happens with the Peter principle, where the POTUS has been promoted beyond his competency. The entire cabinet command staff should be asked to retain their honor to fall on their sword . The only way to fix

Speaker 3:

This is legally using the 25th amendment

Speaker 1:

Or impeachment. How will the people devoted this diminished person to this person

Speaker 3:

Wash the blood from there

Speaker 1:

Hands . A lot of people feel that way. And a lot of the people on the other side are just saying, it's not our, it's not our problem. Not our

Speaker 3:

Fault. It's Afghanistan, tos

Speaker 1:

Forever says, have I been suggesting this was planned by the attorney ,

Speaker 3:

Radical king, obey the king or die. That's from tos forever. Lot of people

Speaker 1:

Speculating that. Pharma D you need says anyone taking bets on the over-under for the number of Americans that are going to be stranded after August. I would take an over of 1754 for $25. Yeah . I mean, that's kind of a , I think that's a , that's a pretty good number, you know? So he's talking about gambling the over and under is you sorta take a sports game, let's take a football game.

Speaker 3:

And you say, I think that this total score of the game, if you add both

Speaker 1:

Points together is going to be over

Speaker 3:

50. They score, you know ,

Speaker 1:

25 points. They score 26 points. That's 51 points. Okay. That's the over until you can take the over, put some money on that. If they score 51 points

Speaker 3:

That you win that bet.

Speaker 1:

So here 1754. And the secret when it comes to gambling on these numbers is to not pick a number that is obvious . You want to pick a number that splits people the most 1754 is I think a pretty good number in that regard. It's a , that's an excellent pick actually, because

Speaker 3:

We have Anthony Blinken

Speaker 1:

Yesterday said it might be 1500 could be as low as a thousand .

Speaker 3:

And don't know. So you have some official data there. Many people think that's low

Speaker 1:

1754 is a pretty good number. I don't want to take that bet of course, but I understand where you're going with that. It sounds pretty. It sounds about right. The antique is prime says ever notice how every American government says don't do a thing that organization supposedly does the exact thing. I'm sorry. Ever notice how, when the American government said

Speaker 3:

Don't do a thing that organization

Speaker 1:

Supposedly does that exact thing with not a whole lot of proof of it. It's strange, isn't it? That's from the emptiness prime. Yeah, they do. It's sort of a weird projection thing that happens a lot, a lot more questions. The impeachment,

Speaker 3:

The committee says , uh , impeachment, Joe , who does it ?

Speaker 1:

We have Camila . No, thanks. Robert. Can we APH both president Biden and VP Harris at the same time. How about after the midterm ? So Kevin McCarthy can be president then bring the

Speaker 3:

Man back to the white house. Yeah, I think that we'd be living in a different America. Certainly

Speaker 1:

Julian Assange says the audit was released a week ago, confirming huge corruption in Afghanistan, 15,000 for a, just for an example, many criminal convictions, billions unaccounted for the war has cost us taxpayers over a trillion dollars. Spoke about this years ago. That's Julian Assange. Who's Chi-Ming in from

Speaker 3:

In custody, sick stuff .

Speaker 1:

Another six story. I'm not gas says , so who do you think will get canned first sec, Def Austin or Biden? You know what? I don't look. I'm not sure that either one of them is going to go anywhere, which is amazing. Sweet PO Tate tow says, can Biden be tried for crimes or death? If they are done with the use of the equipment they left behind, makes me sick. Thanks for all you do for this community. Rob, thank you. Sweet potato . I appreciate you being here. Can bide be tried for crimes? I mean the appropriate mechanism for that would be impeachment. That is sort of the prosecution of the president. It's a political prosecution. You know, I don't know what the military code of a judicial cannon is, or I don't practice any military law I never have, but I don't know if there's any recourse for the commander in chief. You know, I don't know how that works. So whether they could prosecute him criminally and I don't know, it's a military decision, which is within his purview. He's got every constitutional right to do that. It's sort of like, you know, you can, I'm a lawyer. You can get into

Speaker 3:

Trouble for being a lawyer, but not really for being a bad lawyer. So

Speaker 1:

Let me clarify that, you know, if you're bad, if you, if you misappropriate people's money's okay . You know, money, that's obviously unethical. That's a problem. If you steal from a client that's unethical. If you do something that is a conflict of interest, unethical all of those things. But if you're just a bad lawyer and you make like a bad argument, you're not really gonna get in trouble for that. You know, unless it was something that you should have known or it resulted in a catastrophic consequence. If you're just like going out there and you just are just a terrible lawyer.

Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. Well, that's just ,

Speaker 1:

You're just a bad lawyer. Sorry, but they're not going to unlicensed you for that. That happens all over the place. Bad teachers, bad doctors, bad presidents, bad military advisers , it's bad, but it's not like grossly negligent or anything that would be criminal. They're just kind of terrible at their job. And so how do you prosecute somebody for that? You don't, you just sort of remove them from that position. Sharon Courtney says, how do you think the unit party is going to deal with this going forward? Uh , blame Trump sweep everything under the rug, nevermind the nauseated , decomp aroma who was going to keep banging on this drum all day every day to make sure nobody in this regime ever recovers from it politically. Do you seriously think that those bozos will be held accountable snowball's chance in hell? Yeah. So I, I sort of agree with you, Sharon. I mean, they , they really are gonna be able to paper over paper over a lot of this. If they stick to it. And if people don't hold their feet to the fire, that's why I've said on this show that I intend to continue to rub their nose in this as long as I can, because this is a, a catastrophic problem that shatters the facade of the entire bite administration. They sold him to the American people as this very esteemable very eloquent diplomat. Somebody who's been in government for 37 years, who knows how the world works and it was we're going to return America to form. And this is not that the entire structure is crumbling. The entire facade is falling off of the ugly, ugly statute. That is Joe Biden. We can all see them for what it is. And so this is the , the first crack in that facade that needs to, we need to continue to show this as the incompetence of not just Joe Biden folks. It's not just about the Democrats and Joe Biden. This is the incompetence of the United States government, federal government, largely this is, you know, this is something that has been kicked down the road between multiple administrations. We've got the U S military structure that has also been, I guess, lying to us about the competency of the Afghanistan people as well. And so there are a lot of people that need to answer for this, which means that almost nobody will, because what's going to happen is there are too many people who are caught up in this debacle that the very first opportunity they can, they're going to try to sweep this thing under the rug. They're going to wait for the next catastrophe to happen. That's going to take Afghanistan off the front page. It's going to be something, whatever it is, whether they created it or not, right. There'll be something. And remember it is August of 2021. Joe Biden has basically three and a half years left three and a half years left. And just think about how quickly the news goes, wait until there's another variant of something right. That comes out. And everybody starts freaking out about that. Do you think that people are going to care about, you know, some, some dead Afghanistan, people when something else big happens here in the Homeland? No, they're there . They'll get over this relatively quickly, which is a very scary thing. There's a lot of time left on the clock on this game. We'll see. Now again, the corollary to that is that this is also going to be a very, very long persistent, slow, drawn out, painful extraction. The Americans over there for the indefinite future are going to continue to, you know, we're going to see trickles of death and chaos probably for the next three years, at least. So it is going to be possible for many people who want to carry the flag on this issue to continue to hold the Biden administration accountable. Sergeant Bob says not funny political cartoon idea, the statute of Liberty weeping. Sad. Yeah. Sergeant , I think there are, there are some images like that. We have three girls. He says I wasn't going to comment because I'm absolutely infuriated and sad from today's attack. As a military family member, this is unforgivable Biden being wrong on foreign policy. As a Senator had no real repercussions Biden being wrong on foreign policy. As a president and commander in chief has lost 13 wounded, 15 of our service members that is so unacceptable. I wished Biden. Wasn't a civilian so that he could be carp court-martialed and tried for trees. And this is a betrayal, sad thing is he is not going to do anything to change this nightmare. That's from three girlies . Who's also chiming in about , uh, you know, Biden being a civilian. Obviously, according to her, who's a military family member. Maybe he can not be court martial

Speaker 3:

Would , uh , seem to make sense to me. Thank you for that three girlies . China,

Speaker 1:

Joe says, listen here, Taliban, you don't need a Blackhawk to kill some deer.

Speaker 3:

Just shoot them in the leg. Let's see

Speaker 1:

What else. No question, no name here. So why not impeach Beijing Biden? You get Kamala. The cackler followed by nefarious. Nancy. What's not to like you . I've got like a whole little play going on there. We have doodle doo

Speaker 3:

Says, Hey Rob, any idea

Speaker 1:

On how many American civilians were killed or injured? So 13 as of today, in my opinion, any American who was injured is as good as dead. Now, if they were taken to a local hospital, which is probably not what happened, right? I don't think there is local hospital anywhere that's accessible to anybody which is under control of the Taliban. They'll be taken hostage, tortured, eventually beheaded for sure. Sad face. I'm really sorry that this is just the beginning and that on the 20th anniversary of nine 11, we could see something horrific like a mass beheading of American hostages livestream .

Speaker 3:

Of course, this is so bad.

Speaker 1:

Frown, frown, frown, frown, frown. Yeah. That's from doodle dude ,

Speaker 3:

Which I think you can basically expect. Is that not going to happen? Is there

Speaker 1:

Not going to be something, something horrible on nine 11 over there? Us we'll be hit . We'll have been gone for 11 days. They'll have total control

Speaker 3:

Of everything. They're already dressing

Speaker 1:

Up in special forces gear. They're already taking photographs outside of Humvees and Blackhawks rubbing America's face

Speaker 3:

In it, as you would expect as they should. If, if your enemy did something, this dumb headed yet you would have to rub their noses in it. The Taliban is doing that. They're going to continue

Speaker 1:

Do it. So I think it's just a foregone conclusion, which is awful pili . While he says Rob, with the Afghan refugees being placed all around the west. Did you see the tick-tock I sent you from the France refugee years ago, crazy times are coming. You know, I haven't been on Tik TOK in a very long time, so I have not seen that. Uh, but I will hop on there and take a look at that. Thank you for that appeal. You Wally Todd trout says Bengazi and the Taran hostage crisis combined and on steroids. Yeah. Those things are sort of like a child's play compared to what's going on now, sharing Courtney says all this and the biggest airlift in history is supposed to harken back to the Berlin aircraft airlift. When the U S delivered food to Berlin after the iron curtain fell , it looks to me more like Dunkirk sands , mosquito Armada. That's from Sharon Quinney . That's weird. What they're doing, trying to puff this up. Like it's a big victory. It isn't Mike Servantez is here, says, is it possible? This explosion was to distract from the audit report in Arizona. The left holds very little sacred, will sacrifice even American soldiers to protect their power all out . Bengazi January six , arrest DOJ, trying to intimidate states that want their audits and their elections done. You know, I don't, I don't know that it's a distraction from that,

Speaker 3:

But it is, it is sorry ,

Speaker 1:

Getting all the air out of the room, there's really nothing else to talk about. We have Kenny one B says this type of quagmire didn't happen when the U S pulled troops out of Iraq. Oh, wait. It kind of did the first time under Obama, but not the second time under Trump at Trump had a pretty good strategy for pulling

Speaker 3:

People out, Mr . Four-part plan, bombed the hell out of them and then do a couple of the things and then leave.

Speaker 1:

Ms . Donnie says last night I watched an Indian debate with people from the UK, India cobble Denmark there. I learned the USA left 208 planes , 60,000 weapons. I think it's 600,000 weapons, 27 vehicles. I think it's 75,000 vehicles. What the heck? It sounds like arming. The Taliban would love your opinion on what will happen with all of this armament. Good question. Well, the Taliban certainly gonna use it to secure their , uh , position around the country. They're gonna continue

Speaker 3:

To eliminate their enemies, make sure that they're able to

Speaker 1:

Gain control of all the various precincts in the country. And they're armed themselves like a legitimate force. It is now the Taliban Afghanistan. They are the ruling power there because they have a monopoly on forest . They have all the U S equipment. So it's pretty good. The stuff that they can't use, I'm certain, they're going to be able to find pilots for that either from the old Afghanistan army, or they're just going to be trained up by the Chinese or the Russians or whomever who would love to show them how to use this stuff or get their hands on the equipment themselves so they can reverse engineer it and develop counter systems to that. So , uh , it's not good. Whatever happens, not , not good at all we have in the DOB says the whole thing is suspect to me. Did they not say the other day, there was only a few thousand Americans left to get out. Then I hear them say today, they've gotten out hundreds of thousands of people. Yeah. But he was clever about that. Do you see how he said that? He said, we've got hundreds of thousands

Speaker 3:

Of Americans out and our partners and the Afghanis and the SIVs. So of that one ,

Speaker 1:

100,000, how do you slice that pie of that? What slice is America? We don't know. So who are these people wasting our time and resources on why aren't we focused in that time and effort on our small number of people first and foremost, kart mark court, Marshall , these fools. What do you know about what it takes for the military courts to jump in? Like I said, in the dark, I think it goes back to my earlier part on this it's, you know, carp court martial would be for, for criminal malfeasance or something to that extent. But in this case it might just be an operational bad decision. And I don't know what, what criminal consequences there are for that. We have news. Now Wyoming says, I have to admit, I kind of agree with Biden. I know, I know put down that Pitchfork, all the Americans who are there still, who weren't there for a particular mission should have left in July, in June. They should have known they had a spineless president who will not be there to protect them. So, yes, in some way I do blame those. We are going to leave behind. Yeah. I, I take your point there news. Now, Wyoming , uh, sort of the,

Speaker 3:

The position being, you know,

Speaker 1:

Back in June and July, Joe Biden was saying that the Taliban had 300,000. Remember when he said that 300,000 is how he said that very emphatic, that they were gonna be able to take control of their country. So if you're a citizen over there, you're listening to your president and he's going, oh, it's going to be fine. They have 300,000 Afghani troops here and they are all gonna be able to make sure the country is secure. I trust our president. He said it. Pentagon said that all of our military officials have been saying that. So we must be clear, honey, don't pack your bags just yet. We're good to go news. Now Wyoming is saying , uh, we're talking about Joe Biden. So yeah. Pack your bag , sweetie. I don't care what he says. The guy is disconnected from reality. So pack it up, pack it up quickly. We're out of here news. Now Wyoming says that would have been the prudent decision, which you can't argue with that tos forever says, wow, suddenly clearly articulate. Might we agree? This is the revenge for his son's death. Hurting people hurt others. Action of tyranny. Wow. That's from tos forever. That's a bold statement. Lauren SS, just to comment. Biden was scary during that speech, like the softer one of two parents threatened all you want, but you're never actually scared. He's a joke. That's from Lauren ASCA to see you . Lauren, we have Kenny one B says Iran is an enemy of the Taliban. I don't buy the China theory. If anything, the heavily armed Taliban is a significant threat to Iran. Interesting. Yeah. We're going to see how all of this shakes out. Geopolitically won't we LT 13 says Biden keeps saying no one ever wanted to nation build, but he was the co co-sponsor of the legislation in 2002 to nation build . Okay. So I don't know if that's accurate or not, but yeah, Joe Biden has been in Congress forever and he's been wanting to , um, he's been wanting to , uh, be on multiple sides of multiple issues multiple times. So not a surprise. Oh gosh. Natalie's dirty diaper is here. Oh gosh. Oh, he says I need to be changed. Oh, that's terrible. Natalie's dirty diaper. Gross. Hang Ms. New says Rob, big fan traders and Biden. I'm not going to read that. We've got this one, a tos forever. And I'm a big fan of you . Tos forever says not Kamala queen house speaker, Pete. Wow. We're going to go down. I guess Kamel is going to get gone to traders . Plus AC audit equals treason. The hangman's noose is here throwing the trainer , uh , the , the trees in word around. So we've gotta be cautious about that, right? We are a never in favor of violence on this channel. Never political repercussions, not physical repercussions. Kenny one B says some of the smaller blasts are the U S destroying their military equipment. So that's good. Not going to turn those over to the Taliban as well. Sasha shisha says, just wanted to add a moment of silence to the fallen Americans. It's a shame that has come down to this. You're right. Sasha. Sergeant Bob says sleepy. Joe makes Obama look good. What he , he actually does. Obama was very competent compared to this Perry . Masonary says not surprised. Biden blame Trump, not my fault says he had been saying that week. And we've got a few more hangman's noose says, Rob, who

Speaker 3:

Ever owing allegiance to that ? Okay.

Speaker 1:

Rob, whoever owing allegiance to the U S Levy's war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere is guilty of treason. Leaving money weapons in a country

Speaker 3:

Behind the Talibans .

Speaker 1:

It might be in that category. We have monster. One says the Afghanistan, Afghanistan disaster is just covering up for the fascism coming here. Does anyone really think it was a coincidence? They re released their list of Trump supporters during this that's from monster one. We're going to talk about that in the next segment. When we get to the January 6th segment and Bennie Thompson here very shortly, former Leo says, can the Capitol police go into the oval office and 51 50 him? Because he is a danger to others,

Speaker 3:

Leo danger, to others,

Speaker 1:

Danger to himself, just get him checked into some place someplace safe

Speaker 3:

For Joe . It's going

Speaker 1:

To be okay, Joe , just sit here. These people are going to help you. Or a dossier says, I disagree with you. Biden was installed for two years. So president Harris can run for two terms. So I , yeah, so, okay. So Radoslaw is saying that

Speaker 3:

If I see Radoslav is saying that Biden has to

Speaker 1:

Stick around for two years, so that Camila gets half of a term, then she can run for two additional terms after that. Uh, and if that's the case, well , obviously, you know, she's going to win because , uh , that's who they are going to select for the next president. We have global defense initiative. GDI

Speaker 3:

Is that from

Speaker 1:

Command and conquer death from above? Let's see here. Nope . That's the side angle. Let's go over here. It says death from above tap Jocko, Willink to lead the charge extract. Our people leave ASAP far, too much. American blood and treasure has been expended. That is absolutely true. And our last one over here from three girly says, Biden can not be charged under court martial because he is a civilian can not be charged under the law because he's the president, the only legal repercussion he can face isn't impeachment. Impeachment is not good enough consequence providing for any of his administration. Remember that anybody in his cabinet confirmed by the Senate would have to be impeached in order to be removed. That's from three girlies . Thank you for that. Very good comment there. And we had a couple super chats come in. Want to make sure we grab these. Thank you for the love and support over on YouTube as well. Brody Z says, why does no one mention the Obama administration started the pull-out . They wanted the Taliban to take control

Speaker 3:

Their country, even then it's a good, it's a good

Speaker 1:

The question. You know, it's sort of hard to keep track of everything over the last 20 years, it's been absolute madness. And so I think Americans have gotten , uh , Afghanistan, fatigue, candidly, which is why so many people are okay with getting out of there. And

Speaker 3:

I think that that's not even, you know, we've talked

Speaker 1:

About the different layers of analysis. I think that most people are okay, leaving Afghanistan. I don't even have said about that. They're just upset about what they're seeing and how this is happening. And in addition to that, the response from the administration, right? You can even give the Biden team leeway on that. You could say it's Afghanistan, the Taliban are like six century troglodytes. There is no good way to leave. And so you could even give them a , a pass on that. Let's say, but the response to the botch is really where you're just like, oh man, three strikes. That's really, really bad. And so that's largely where my criticism has been, that the leadership has been totally scattered. There's been real. No , no plan at all. Sounds like legitimately we're leaving a thousand Americans, if not more over there under secure of the Taliban. That's insanity to me. All right . But we have a one more question from Osaka says, Rob, watching Tucker yesterday, come to find out that Biden was in Afghanistan and the group got lost and needed to be rescued. I saw that. So I saw that the , uh , CEO of BlackRock said that they actually rescued Joe Biden and some other, you know, congressperson when they were over there. So pretty ungrateful wasn't he? That was from Brody Z . Let's see, we've got Ravitch . Who's a Superchat had said wagging finger, little twig has me looking stupid, laughing out loud at work. Wagging finger, little twig . Well, that's what Joe Biden has. He's he doesn't have a stick. He's got a little twig. It's embarrassing. We have Brad thorn says, just wanted to say hi and send well-wishes in full agreement as always. Thanks, Brad. I appreciate it. Thanks for the support. I'm glad you're here. Thanks for watching the show and being a part of the live stream. Love that Kareem is here, says sorry to hear about the death of great American Patriots love from Canada. That's from Korea . What a nice audience. My goodness. You guys are so amazing. A lot of love out there for a difficult day. And those were great questions from watching the watchers.locals.com and a lot of support over on YouTube. So thank you for all of that. All right. My friends, we're gonna , we're gonna move on past Afghanistan. We got a good hour and 20 minutes on that. That's a lot. That's , uh , that's a lot of Afghanistan, but it's a really, it's a day. This is a date that is going to be seared in people's minds for a long time. And I'm grateful that we got to talk it through a little bit together. All right. So let's move on into the next segment because we've got to talk about some January 6th stuff, the January 6th select committee. Hmm . That's pretty clever. They're now going to be investigating January 6th . Again, they've been doing it for eight months now and they're going to continue to do it because they're still mad at Donald Trump and they're going to do whatever they can to make sure he is removed from the playing field. They want to take his piece off of the board. And so we're going to take a look at this new document that came out. This was drafted by this guy over here, Bennie G Thompson. He's the chairman of this select committee. You can see he drafted this on August 25th, the select committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the Capitol. So he's sending this letter over to Mr. Ferrario. This is over at the archivist of the United States. Uh, I'm sorry, the archivist over at the U S national archives and records administration. So they're sort of the clearing house that keeps a lot of data and a lot of records in storage. And so Bennie Thompson down here who is leading the select committee is really going to be investigating all of this stuff. And he says, look, we have been convened to investigate the January 6th, attempt a attack where you want a lot of information about all this. Given the urgent nature of our requests. We ask that you expedite your consultation, produce all of this information, and we want you to send it to the select committee so that we can discuss , uh , priorities on what to investigate. This is our first request for materials. We anticipate additional requests. Please produce this information no later than September 9th. All right, so let's take a look at what's going on here. This is Bennie G Thompson, and he's a congressperson and he's going to be going on what we call a fishing expedition and boys and girls. This is something that is very common in criminal law. And this is common in law in general. This is one of those phrases that attorneys just use all over the place. And sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't really apply, but I want you to be the judge of this. Let's learn what a fishing expedition is. And let's go see if Bennie Thompson is going. Fishing. Here is a definition from Wikipedia, does a fishing expedition, our Elio , former Elio , and Sergeant Bob over here on , uh , our channel. They know what this is cause they probably had a lot of defense attorneys say , uh , say this to their cases, but a fishing expedition is informal. And let me clear that up. I'm not saying that they were doing fishing expedition cases. I'm saying that that attorneys, defense attorneys will say this all the time in prosecution cases. They'll say that , uh, I'm sorry. Prosecutions will say that defense attorneys are going on fishing expeditions all the time. So if we're talking about Sergeant Bob or former Leo , they're investigating their cases, I'm not implying that they did anything wrong or improper. They're great officers, very good upstanding, former Leo , they're doing their job. But what defense attorneys do after they make an arrest is we say, we want everything. We want everything you ever did said, what'd you had for breakfast this morning, everything everywhere you were, what? Just, you know, all of it. And the prosecutor says, oh well, that's you don't need all of that information to do your job, to defend the case. They call what we asked for fishing expeditions. And so let's see if Bennie Thompson is doing that here. So a fishing expedition is an informal pejorative term for a non-specific search for information, especially incriminating information, most frequently organized by policing authorities in pretrial procedure. These so-called fishing expeditions are massive and aimless calls for documents related to the, to the litigation, right ? The federal rules of civil procedure say that this stuff needs to be relevant and privileged and blah, blah, blah, the only constitutional limits. Okay? So we're going to skip the rest of that. Not super important. You get the gist of it. It's when one side is going after information, that is so broad that you just go, you don't need any of that. That's not for a pertinent, reasonable, relevant purpose. You're just trying to go get everything in anything. Okay? So now we know what that is. Let's take a look at what Benny Thompson is asking for here.

Speaker 7:

Here's what we've got pending

Speaker 1:

Requests. And we're going to go through relatively quickly. You're going to see their huge names on here, but this is basically the wishlist. This is what the Democrats want from Donald Trump. And from everybody who was involved in January 6th , it's a big list. They're asking for a ton of stuff. Let's see what's in it. Select committee reiterated previous requests . They sent some other stuff on January 25th. Here's what they want. All documents and communications relating to remarks made by Donald Trump. Any other speakers also on Twitter, all the calendars, all the schedules, all the movement logs regarding meetings or events attended by Trump. Anything leading up to January six , all documents about the movements and protections of vice president Pence, all video communications of the president. Speaking on January six , all photographs, digital timestamps and so on. Okay. This is just the first page,

Speaker 3:

The first page. And then we got Bennie Thompson over here. Who's just fishing away.

Speaker 1:

Trying to get some of that information out. Let's see what else he wants. All documents and communications within the white house on January six , relating in any way. Look at all

Speaker 3:

This stuff. Look at all these people. They want

Speaker 1:

Access to all of their information. All photographs, video, all communications, all documents for all of these people. Donald Trump, we've got, let's see who else is on this list? Dan Scavino, we have Steven Miller on the list. We've got Peter Navarro on this list. Kaley McEnany Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, Laura Trump, Donald Trump, Jr. Jared Kushner, Melania Kimberly Guilfoyle, Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Roger Stone, all of these people, they want all documents and communications relating to those people. So literally every single document and communication between all of them .

Speaker 3:

Benny Thompson says I'm entitled to that because we're investigating this stuff. We're investigating the president and the white house and their administration for their role in January 6th . And so we need everything. Text messages, phone, call communications, all documents. Insane.

Speaker 1:

I want to introduce Bennie Thompson to a concept called executive privilege may have not be familiar with this because he's a Congress person . They don't know much, but here is a link from Wikipedia tells us that executive privilege is the right of the president of the United States and other members of the executive branch to maintain confidential communications under certain circumstances

Speaker 3:

Within the branch and to resist

Speaker 1:

Other oversight from legislative and judicial branches. Why do we do

Speaker 3:

You this ? Well it's so that the executive branch can be an executive branch. It , so the legislative branch can be the legislative branch. They all have different privileges that they maintain in the production ,

Speaker 1:

Which of their duties, right? Just like you can't arrest a Congress person on the way to go vote on a bill, right? Because they're , they're sort of privileged against that happening in some places. So here they're talking about, they want access to everything, all conversations, all communications that it's like a Donald Trump hit list that they're putting together. They want access to it . All the courts though have said, no, this privilege is valid. Supreme court confirmed the legitimacy of the executive privilege doctrine. In the case against Nixon,

Speaker 3:

The court held

Speaker 1:

That there is a qualified privilege when it invokes, it creates a presumption

Speaker 3:

Of a privilege they must make. Then a sufficient showing that they've got

Speaker 1:

That data anyways. So executive privilege obviously applies. We know now that they also want all white house, visitor records all documents about the movement of Trump, all call logs, telephone records, calls place to from any event

Speaker 3:

Individually , all the call records of all of those people, all of them under number seven, all the call records. You can see that all schedules for individuals, everything memorandum

Speaker 1:

Read ahead. Summaries of the meetings. They want all communications in the white

Speaker 3:

House situation, room, situation, reports,

Speaker 1:

Et cetera. Here's Bennie Thompson, just fishing away. As usual, we have additional requests. Let's see what else

Speaker 3:

They want planning by the white house

Speaker 1:

To stop the electoral count. So all communications from

Speaker 3:

April, all the way to January looking at that months, months of records, January, right ?

Speaker 1:

This discussion is about the count , uh , presiding office notes from the electoral college. The list goes on and on. They want messages from Doug Ducey, Brian Kemp , Brad rapids , Berger , Ken Paxton. These are attorney generals and governors of all the various states. They want the conversations that they had with them. We have Monica Palmer. The list goes on. They want more conversations about Rudy Giuliani. Matt Morgan,

Speaker 3:

Sidney Powell is in this list. How about

Speaker 1:

Tony? Fabrizio, Brad Parscale bill Stepien Corey Lewandowski everybody. They're just going through Trump's entire administration and just putting them on this list. All documents about court decisions, deliberations processes .

Speaker 3:

Oh my goodness. It continues. All doctors .

Speaker 1:

You mentioned communications about Q Anon. The proud boys stop the steel . Oathkeepers three percenters.

Speaker 3:

Justin Reimer .

Speaker 1:

We also have the department. Okay. It looked folks. I could read this on and on and on, but they're also going after certain influencers, right? So these are people that you might find on Twitter ,

Speaker 3:

Winter . A couple of them here, Jack [inaudible] member Jack .

Speaker 1:

So it makes some of you follow him on Twitter. Many of them were

Speaker 3:

Allegedly by this document involved

Speaker 1:

Solved in something or something going on. We have proud. Boys said something like stand back and stand by. Donald Trump said , made a statement about that during one of the debates, a civil unrest. And so they're looking through this list. They want all of these names. All the Alexander was somebody who was working on stop the steel . And so they want information about him. Alex Jones is on the list. Oh, insurers on the list. Michael Flynn is on that list.

Speaker 3:

We have Roger Stone,

Speaker 1:

George Flinn , Katrina Pearson . You remember her in Rica Tario is also on the list. So Benny Thompson is just going through and

Speaker 3:

Basically anybody

Speaker 1:

Who said anything nice about Donald Trump at any point at any time is now the subject of

Speaker 3:

The congressional select committee inquiry.

Speaker 1:

They want access to everything. Phone records, where you were the president's movement, all the conversations with all of these people,

Speaker 3:

The national archivist supposed to go get those.

Speaker 1:

Here's what Jack Buck had to say about that on Twitter says this is completely illegal. My lawyers will make short work of it. These ugly communists want to go full Stalin and Gestapo. As they flail about to distract from the failures of dementia patient, they got as a president who even Obama called an F up, be cautious. He says, and you can see he posted

Speaker 3:

This link with his name on the memo, right? Yeah .

Speaker 1:

George Papadopoulos, Enrique Tario and Jack [inaudible] . So, okay. So it's a pretty big ask. They also want information about Donald Trump, all documents, all communications about his response to the election. They want any, any communications about attorney general, bill BARR, again, executive privilege, anything talking about Mike Lindell, anything about Doug Logan.

Speaker 3:

They want to know about

Speaker 1:

Documents, communications relating to voting machines and their control or manipulation

Speaker 3:

Thermostats, which is interesting. They want to know what the president knew about the election

Speaker 1:

Likely outcome before the results and how he characterized the validity of it ,

Speaker 3:

The election system. So they want emails ,

Speaker 1:

Documents, and communication between Trump and Mark Meadows

Speaker 3:

About their folks.

Speaker 1:

This is crazy. They want information about the predictions that they were making about the election night, their conversations about mail-in ballots, their conversations about timing of election related news, projected election results. They want private conversations between Donald Trump and Mark Meadows about election fraud about all of these,

Speaker 3:

These different things, which is totally private, totally

Speaker 1:

The only private conversations . So there's Bennie Thompson again. All right. So we have over here, the responsibility to transfer power. We have pat SEF alone. We have John Eastman, many others we've talked about cash Patel here. Ryan McCarthy is another Congressman .

Speaker 3:

They want access

Speaker 1:

To all this information. They're forgetting about the privilege here called the legal professional privilege. This is something that protects all communications between professional legal advisors and their clients. The purpose behind this is to protect an individual's ability to access the justice system by encouraging complete disclosure to legal advisors . So that's what they're asking for here. Documents and communications relating to the legal advice or legal analysis of compliance with all of these processes. So , uh , if Donald Trump was consulting with his attorneys, of course, he's got legal professional privilege there, but Benny Thompson wants more of that. They want all of this from every different department, the DOD, the joint chiefs of staff. They want Chris Miller. They want John McCanty. They want Anthony Tata, James Anderson over here, the department of justice, Jeffrey Rosen. Remember that name over at the FBI cache Patel and Christopher Ray over the CIA Kash Patel and Gina has spelled remember her also Chad Wolf at DHS, everything from everybody communications with Jeffrey Clark communications about whether they're going to take Donald Trump out with the 25th amendment conversations about the mental stability of Donald Trump or his fitness for office. Huh? That might be interesting. It might be good to get some of those records for Joe Biden, who happens to be the current president. Donald Trump is no longer president. I think they keep forgetting that, but he's not the president anymore. Might be good to get information about the 25th amendment for Joe Biden and the mental stability of Joe Biden, all documents about the stop or delay about the administration. Anything from the general services , uh , documents relating to martial law documents, relating to the insurrection act documents relating to Kash Patel, any documents about foreign influence in social media narratives, all information from the defense secretaries, warning of military use in election disputes. And the list goes on and on and on. It's a lot of information. That's what Bennie Thompson wants. That's what Nancy Pelosi's January 6th select committee to investigate that incident. That's what they want. It's a lot of information. Does it sound like a fishing expedition? What do you think? Let's take a [email protected] got a few questions on this segment. Sergeant Bob is here, says there are 16 other federal agencies involved in this, including the office of inspector general, the FBI secret service. Not that I have confidence, FBI already show shot down the conspiracy far, right theory yet the politicians think they can do better. Come on, man. Just chill and wait for the detailed reports. Yes. Fishing expedition by politicians cast the line and hope for a catch. Well said, Robert, thank you Sergeant Bob. And I hope you don't think I was being pejorative to you or your profession at all. But , uh, but you know , I just was saying that, you know, this term, because you've probably had to receive it from defense attorneys, your entire career. Sorry about that. But I have to do it. You know, it's just how it is. We have a , another question here from Sharon Quinn and he says, so you think this is going to stand in the way of these fishermen, getting everything they want. Who do you think is going to say, this is just a fishing expedition. You're not entitled to that information. The Supremes, give me a break. That's from Sharon kidney . We'll see , uh , you know, look, they're going to , yeah, we've got, Jeremy says, Rob, they can have any documents. They would like, if they want them, they would need to travel to Afghanistan. It appears that all the documents related to one six are being stored in Kabul. Who the hell did these people think they are the only documents they should be given or their permission to leave the country and never come back. That's from Jeremy. Thank you, Jeremy. Yeah, you can store the documents over there. Have a tough time getting them news. Now Wyoming says, since all the files are controlled by the administration, can the current president wave the presidential executive privileges for the previous administration? Oh, that's a good question. I don't think so. Right? The privilege. So executive privilege that

Speaker 3:

I am . So,

Speaker 1:

You know , when it comes to privilege, you talk about who has the right to exercise the privilege. So if a person has that privilege,

Speaker 3:

Somebody else can't waive that

Speaker 1:

Privilege for somebody else, right? Because what

Speaker 3:

You want to do is let let's

Speaker 1:

Think about what we're protecting here.

Speaker 3:

Candid newness

Speaker 1:

Place in the executive branch. You want the , the executive branch to be able to conduct itself

Speaker 3:

Without work

Speaker 1:

Too much about this oversight stuff, which, which I know there should be oversight, but there's also, you want people to be able to , to, to speak freely and do things freely and talk about all of the very important issues. You want to create a sort of a safe space for them to do that. And the byte administration would have a strong ,

Speaker 3:

Uh, I would say

Speaker 1:

Incentive to continue to protect that privilege because they want to live within the confines of its protections. But at the same time, I think that the privilege is going to attach to the, to the, to the people who had it at the time. And the Biden people would not be able to waive that. Now all that being said, this is sort of a pseudo court proceeding, right? This is taking place in a select committee in Congress. And so a lot of this stuff, you know, it doesn't have the same force of power that you would get out of a court of law. This is just a letter, it's a request. You know, the national archivist is going to do what they want to do with it. Uh, and, and of course, all of the information in here was so robust that the national archive is , is probably not going to have much of it anyways. And so it's just a political spectacle. Uh , as much of this stuff has been anyways, we have former Elio says, did they forget to include Nancy after the midterms? If the Republicans had any B a L L S is , we can return to the favor in the hit show. Republicans do January six . I wonder how the Democrats will respond. Payback and discovery is a female dog. There was some , uh , coded language in there. Uh , thank you for that. Former Leo. Yeah. Nancy Pelosi. You know, I would like to know what she had to say about all of this and the Sergeant at arms and mayor Muriel Bowzer over the DC mayor.

Speaker 3:

What were they doing? What

Speaker 1:

Was the house Sergeant at arms doing? What was the house? The Senate Sergeant of arms doing good questions. I think thunder seven says the impeachment, the hyperbole, the arrest and imprisonment of maggot , trespassers that comparison to Pearl Harbor claiming it's worse than nine 11. The coverup of Ashley Babbitt shows how desperate and terrified they really are of the Arizona audit. They recently sent a proud board member to five months in prison for burning a BLM flag. They can scream and shout and stomp their feet. But the truth is ,

Speaker 3:

Is coming out. That's from thunder seven, looking forward to those areas,

Speaker 1:

Zona audits, hopefully they get over their COVID pretty quickly and they can get back to work. Eat on test says, I know this is a sensitive subject, but I wanted to know if you heard anything about the information Michael and Dell been putting out on his website. Epic times has covered it a little bit, but I wondered if you had any

Speaker 3:

Follow anything from Lindell . And if you think it ,

Speaker 1:

It has merit, that's from Eden tests. So I really have not been following Michael Lindell eat tests . I, I really don't know what he's working on. I watched a little bit of one of his , uh, documentaries, like 10 minutes of it. And it just wasn't right for me to continue watching it. I just didn't. Uh, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't think that it was something that was connected to the promises being made. So let me, let me clarify this. Uh , and I know a lot of people have a lot of questions about the election for U2 purposes. We have to acknowledge here that Joe Biden won the presidency. He's the president, he's wrecking, cobble , he's wrecking Afghanistan. Nothing's going to change that. Uh, that's going to reverse the course of the election. There are other things that of course could happen. There could be a constitutional amendment or something like that. All very uncommon, but it is technically possible that something might happen with the election stuff though. I think what a lot of people are looking for is the crack . And they're looking for this magical silver bullet, something that's going to be revealed. That's going to show clearly that something happen . And while I think that there's going to be there already are a lot of questions that I've been asking. I covered a lot of them before the election took place. Uh, from my, in my framework, what I've been sort of the way I've been seeing this whole issue has been through the lens of the legal system. And this is not uncommon. You know, if you, if you, if you're sick and you go see a doctor and the doctor is a , uh , nutritionist person, while they're going to just say, it's your diet, fix your diet. If you go to a dermatologist and they say, it's , uh , they're gonna say, it's your skin. If you have a problem with something in your body and you go see a kidney doctor, he's going to say, it's your kidneys. If you go talk to a spiritual guru, they're going to tell you to breathe more. If you go to a general practitioner, they're going to prescribe you a pill, right? Everybody sort of sees what they're programmed in prime to see through the lens of their lives. And so when I look at the election stuff, I saw it in the context of the law. We talked about a lot of the pre election litigation that was taking place through democracy docket, and through a lot of different organizations, many of them funded by Chan-Zuckerberg initiative and Facebook and these organizations, while all of them were maneuvering things around prior to the election, changing dates, filing lawsuits, a lot of litigation there. And all of that was right out in the open. We talked a lot about a lot of it on this channel. And so I think that a lot of that has more merit than any of the other things that Lindell or, you know , some of these other people are talking about Sidney Powell came out and said that there was a general or somebody in, you know , Venezuela two decades ago. And anything that is sort of in that bucket, I found to be sort of low credibility, not something that I think is really meaningful. A lot of it seems to be very abstract, right? People are just sort of speculating. And the hard evidence hasn't been there as a lawyer, I looked for the evidence and I found a lot of evidence. It was in the form of legal court documents that were filed that were changing election deadlines, modifying the election rules that were legitimately passed by the state legislature. We had governors, we had secretaries of state. We had courts all changing the rules around that was all done

Speaker 3:

Legally in the courts. And so you don't know ,

Speaker 1:

You would have to go find out what China was doing with the servers and the IP addresses or any of that stuff. Because as far as I'm concerned, we saw what happened. The playing board, the plane ,

Speaker 3:

The field was changed legally in court. And the Supreme court said it was fine. So, you know, that's, that's the Supreme court. Now. That is what the field looked like. And there are people who can

Speaker 1:

Go play on that field, the next round of elections. But if we're looking for Michael and Dell or for Sidney Powell to come out and release the crackin, I've been waiting for it, right. We've been waiting for it for some time. And I'm just not sure that, that, that, that there is

Speaker 3:

Much there. So , uh , that's

Speaker 1:

My answer on that. I know it's long. We have, I'm not gas. As I heard, you were a big meeting going to need a list of all your incognito mode, browsing history. Oh, incognito mode , uh , what would be on there? You know, what would be on there?

Speaker 3:

Me reading paywalls news articles. That's what it would be.

Speaker 1:

You know, Reuters, they kick you out after you watch a certain, or you read a certain number of articles. So you know what I do, I have to admit it. I open an incognito browser and I put the link in there and I get to read the article and I don't have to pay for it. Oh my gosh. I can't believe I just admitted that here on the show. Oh , terrible. I know I'm disgusting person. I can't help it. Terrible person. I'm not gas . Thank you for that. We have another one from the dark says, sorry for the paragraph,

Speaker 3:

But what are

Speaker 1:

Supposed to be the means for people to push back against this, our representatives while that's pointless? Because at the end of the day, it's all up to the speaker of the house, giving my rep effectively zero power that's right, right. Yeah. We have representative ,

Speaker 3:

But do they do anything or do they just vote in lockstep with their party? So it's kind of like Nancy,

Speaker 1:

The policy is the house of representatives, isn't it? So we got, and now she has some work to do in order to get people to go her way, but they all do all the

Speaker 3:

Time. So she sort of our

Speaker 1:

Congress in many ways, this is why. And I don't know if it's even possible. We need to get rid of the roles of the speaker and the Senate leadership position, because it makes one person from one part of the state, more powerful, more important than the rest of the reps in every section of the U S these leadership positions are the single biggest issue that makes our Congress so incompetent. Yeah. I mean, I, I totally agree with you there Nadar , but I would just go one step further. I, I, you know, I think we can just get rid of the, the federal government in general. Not sure why we need them at all anymore. Quite frankly. So I you're on the right track, but let's push it. Let's push it hard and see where we can go, want to know, says so to keep the Dems together, go fishing for Trump again, Pelosi in charge, charge her simple. Could they get the evidence for those charges together while there , I'm not sure what you're asking there wants to know, but I think you're , you're going to, I think what you're saying is if they're going after that information for those individuals, can they, can those individuals sort of do what responsive discovery requests and get information about the January six cases that maybe would be relevant to those of us out here in a commentary land. I don't, I don't think so. Right. Because as I said, this is not a true judicial proceeding. This is a political congressional proceeding. That's a joke. Hang me, please says, Rob, here's a brief for defense lawyers, treason providing aid or comfort to the enemy for a variety of actions, providing financial assistance, harboring an enemy soldier or an intentional act that furthers the enemies , hostile designs or weekends, the United States gives aid and comfort to or adheres to the enemies. The amount of weapons money all left with bio info left to the Taliban, not an accident Biden said and knew for a year. This was going to happen. Also. Why no plans to bomb the country and destroy what was left. That's a good question. It's a pretty interesting definition there. By that definition, it kind of sounds like it might fit doesn't it? DJT is here, says it looks like the Democrats are going to slog this one out until the 20, 22 elections. Won't stop the red wave. Yeah, I think 20, 22 was always sort of my, my line there. I thought that was what was where the transition was going to be. Former Elio is here, says I hope that this request doesn't interfere with the 14,000 hours of missing discovery from January six . Yeah. That's a good question. While Bennie Thompson's at it. Why does it need to just add in an additional lines in there? He wants to know what Donald Trump had for breakfast this morning. Uh , you know how he takes his coffee and what time he urinated. So yeah, maybe we can, he can also ask for 14,000 hours of very pertinent, relevant information that the country would like to see. We have Sergeant Bob says, do not apologize, sir. We all know you tell it like it is no matter what side that is. Why miss lucky and I support you. Thank you, Sergeant Bob. I think you understood where I was going with that. I can be a little bit in artful at times, and I apologize, but thanks for understanding. We have Sergeant Bob says another analogy. If your only tool is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. That's right. It's a good, it's a good one. We have monster one says from my understanding Biden can waive privilege for Trump or at least the MSM is claiming he can not like this administration is known to follow the law anyways. Yeah. Monster one. That's true. And even if the Supreme court came out and said something, we know that Biden might just say, well, that's a nice suggestion Kavanaugh , but we don't care. Thanks. We have another one here from Aidan test says Lindell follow-up I think they are saying that there is just one thing, but many issues that are happening. Like what is going on in Maricopa? There are some funny business going on in Mesa, Colorado. Some of the things I look I will look at, see what Lindell is saying. Yeah, look, I am for multiple look, accountability and transparency. I am all for audits and , and double checking everything all day long, but we also have to, you know , make sure that we're not sort of a , it didn't look didn't Lindale say that Trump was going to be reinstated in August or something like that. Right. People need to be sort of held accountable to those predictions to some degree, if he says that, yeah , he's going to be taken , you know, he's going to be president again, unless we wake up. And Donald Trump is president. I'll eat my shorts if that happens. But I don't think that it is. And so, you know, remember that a lot of people get very excited and you know, they, they, they wanna , they want to keep the momentum going. And so there's, you know, th th th there's fine. As long as you're not sort of diluting yourself, that's something that is not going to happen is going to happen. Right. We all got to make sure that we're not buying into anybody's BS, regardless of what side of the aisle they're on. Uh , because a lot of people will promise a lot of things, and it's very easy to take their word for it, but you can't do that at the expense or at the, the, I guess the expense of your critical thought, right? You have to, you, can't outsource that you have to continue to process the information is coming in critically and not just take people's word for it. All right . We have some other ones here wants to know, says why wouldn't they want to review the video the government have and help them organize it. The defense or the prosecutors are saying, it's going to be better. Defense attorneys. You don't, you don't need this information. We're going to organize it for you. And we're going to tell you what we have. And my response when they made that stupid argument was, I don't care how you organize the data. I want it in raw format, and I want all of it so I can look at it. I'm not don't care. How you, what folders you put it in and how you organize it in an Excel spreadsheet. And you just say, oh, Hey, Rob, I'm a prosecutor. I'm prosecuting your clients, but I'm going to organize all this discovery for you. Keep it real nice and you know , nice and structured for you. That way you can just go through it. That's everything you need. You got everything you need right there. And I say, oh, thanks, prosecutor. Thanks for doing one of the most difficult parts of my job for me. It's very, very nice and gracious of you. How about no, thanks. You give me all the direct information directly from the source so that we can go through it. And by the way, I'm not even going to trust your police reports. I want to interview those officers. They said, they wrote this down in their little report, and I can read that don't even care about that. I want to ask them questions directly. I want face to face interviews with those officers and the phlebotomist and the crime lab specialist and the tech, all of them. But the U S government comes out and says, oh no, it's all organized for you. So just take our word for it. And just, oh , this is all you need. And the courts are like, that's very nice of them. They're very, they're very nice. That's going to save you a lot of time. Isn't it? Defense lawyers just give us the data. We'll throw it on the internet for Chan. We'll have that thing. Dissected 37 different ways. We'll know exactly who did it. You'll probably find Carla Harris back there with a maggot hat on and a Trump flag Karim 1 6, 5 says, you mentioned earlier, there was no penalty for being a bad lawyer. Could it be that Shovan was just the bad cop in that sense? Yeah, it could be. So , so I want to be careful, right ? There are penalties for being a bad lawyer, right? If you're incompetent and you're doing things that result in people, you know , being thrown in prison, that, that, that could be a very serious consequence. I'm not saying you can be a bad lawyer and just kind of go up . Shucks, golly, shucks. Oh , you know what was me? I'm just an idiot. That's not okay. You have a duty to be competent as a lawyer. So you can't, you can't sort of, you know, escape that you gotta, you gotta affirmative duty. You take an ethical obligation. I'm going to be competent. I'm not going to go in and represent somebody myself in a medical malpractice case tomorrow, somebody comes in and says, Hey, Rob, the doctor took out one of my kidneys. That's wrong. I'm going to go, oh, well, I can take that case. We can figure that out. I can, I can probably piece that together. Right? I'm not really competent in that space. I could get competent and I could take that case. And then, and then increase my skillset so that I could competently represent that person. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about just making sort of a bad decision going in there and saying, oh , this is my strategy for the case. This is my theme for winning this case. You go in, you present your opening argument. It's a bad argument, right? It's a bad , uh , opening statement. Or you cross examine the officer and whoops, you kind of screwed that up. Didn't answer that

Speaker 3:

Really. You're just a bad lawyer that doesn't necessarily make you a crime. Joe Biden by many

Speaker 1:

Accounts could just be a terrible

Speaker 3:

President. Like the worst, the worst maybe we've ever seen. But is that criminal? I don't know.

Speaker 1:

People might say that it is. We saw some of the trees in language. And if you can, if you can include some more intentionality there, if you can, if you can act the way that you can , you'd break this up again is sort of mens REA and actus Reyes the mental state and the action that took place here. The action, Joe Biden, wrecked Afghanistan, ruined America on the world. Stage caused a lot of people to die, including 13 Americans, pretty bad act. But the question is

Speaker 3:

Mentally. If he is

Speaker 1:

Thinking, if, if, if a court can say, yeah, there's something going on there, there are synapses that are still firing. The next question would be well, what's going on in there when they're pinging around, when they're following the bouncing ball in Joe Biden's mind, what is happening? Is he intentionally doing something against America's interests? Or is he just a moron that has no idea how to run foreign policy could very well be the ladder . And if it is the case,

Speaker 3:

That's not criminal. He's just a terrible president.

Speaker 1:

So, all right. Great question from Kareem . A couple more on this one, want to know, says you promised to eat your shorts on the show. I can't lose that bet. That's from want to know, so I'll eat them. I'll eat them on a plate. If Donald Trump is president by August 31st. No question about that. Lava Java lava with the super chat . Thank you for that lava Java. And I saw the emojis as bye-bye , uh , from the little,

Speaker 3:

I think that is that a Shibu Sheba you knew is that what that is?

Speaker 1:

Eddie Oliver is here with the Superchat says it's been eight months since he's been in office. They are still going out

Speaker 3:

After Trump wants to know why Afghanistan is a wreck because they're being

Speaker 1:

More aggressive with Trump. Then the Taliban that was from Eddie Oliver, throw that one back on the screen. Thank you for that. Eddie . We have a Kareem says , sorry to hear about the death of great American Patriots. Got that one last time from a lava that was from lava, Java lava . The other one was from Korea . Thank you, Karim . All right . My friends. And I think that is it for that segment. Nope . A couple more here from locals monster. One says this inquiry includes people who had nothing to do with January six . Scott Pressler was on the list. All he does is do Republican voter registration and city cleanups, regular Trump supporters will be next. Yeah. And I think that some of is intended to have a chilling effect right there . They're scared to death. Donald Trump runs again in 2024 and wins cause it's probably likely that he would. And if he did, they have to make sure that they they're . They're taking people off of his board right now,

Speaker 3:

Chilling the speech

Speaker 1:

Saying if you're going to be supporting Trump again, the next time you're going to be the subject of more subpoenas, more congressional oversight and trying to drive people away from

Speaker 3:

His camp. Good question. Monster

Speaker 1:

Won two more here. Former Elio says I heard from an anonymous well-informed observer who had third hand information that the editing of 14,000 hours of discovery is complete and that the 11 minute video would be available Monday. That's nice. That's great. Yeah. So that's great. Yeah. 14,000 hours. Here's your 11 minutes. That's all you need. Here's everything that you need. That's hysterical. Former Leo . Yeah, that happens all the time. We had a police agency here in Arizona that they would do something like that. So they had a body cameras

Speaker 3:

On and the cops

Speaker 1:

Could click them on and off. This was about three years ago. And so they're not doing this anymore.

Speaker 3:

They would, they would stop people and then they would have ,

Speaker 1:

Have a conversation and then turn their body camera on and then record a portion of it and then turn the body

Speaker 3:

Camera off. And then we'd get another clip. Body camera went back on. But guess what different scene? Different location

Speaker 1:

On click off eight or eight or nine times on a single DUI.

Speaker 3:

I stopped. So your question of course is well what's happening when the camera's off. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

That was a big problem. They did it for a long time and they don't do it anymore, but that's what I'm talking about. That's what a lot of these different prosecution and police agencies will do. Not that they're all bad or nefarious, but that is

Speaker 3:

A little bit problematic.

Speaker 1:

And it was, they don't do it anymore . News. Now Wyoming says if , uh, no, sorry. When Biden is found in competent, we probably won't be able to do anything about it because we can't prosecute those with , uh , without the mental acuity to understand the charges. That's a good point news now. Yeah . Yeah. Joe Biden has the insanity defense that he can bring up at any moment because he's an insane president. All right. Great questions over from watching the watchers.locals.com going to be a long show today because we still have one segment left. Oh my goodness.

Speaker 3:

A whole nother segment. It's almost six o'clock, but I'm excited. We're going to

Speaker 1:

Keep the energy ramped up and let's get to it. Shall we ? We're going to talk again about , uh , a little bit of January six stuff, but this one's a little bit different. The U S Capitol police officers, not all of them, but a good amount of them. Seven of them are

Speaker 3:

Suing Donald Trump over gender .

Speaker 1:

And they're not just suing Donald Trump. They're suing kind of everybody else, including many people who were supporters of Donald Trump prior to the January 6th incident,

Speaker 3:

The Capitol police officers

Speaker 1:

Who are suing the president, former president are as follows. This is a screenshot from the filing. You can see up here, 71 pages, case number is here for those of you who want it. This was filed today, August 26th, 2021. They're demanding a jury trial. They're suing Donald Trump, but you can't see his name on here yet because there are so many angry Popo from the Capitol hill police that are suing him. And we got Conrad Smith, Danny McElroy , we got Brian Evans or Byron Everence. We've got governor Latson, Melissa Marshall, Michael fortune, and Jason. [inaudible] all Capitol hill police, 17 .

Speaker 3:

Them suing the president,

Speaker 1:

Former president Donald Trump. Well , let's take a look at who else. They're sewing . You can see a lot of people on this list. A lot of different people. They're very mad if you watched our prior segment, then of course, you know that Benny Thompson is also very mad. They're trying to Sue and eliminate basically anybody who supported Donald Trump. Now the Capitol hill police are doing it as well. They're suing Trump in his personal capacity. Over at Mar-a-Lago they're suing his campaign. Donald Trump incorporated for president they're suing stop the steel Olly Alexander Brandon Strack out Roger Stone. The proud boys, proud boys international. We've got Enrique. Tario Ethan Nardin , Joseph big Zachary rail , Charles Donna, whom we have Dominic Pizzaiola uh , he was a January six defendant. We had oath keepers .

Speaker 3:

Who else let's see anybody

Speaker 1:

Else stand out here? Not really, but John Doe's one through 10 as well. So they're also keeping some space for 10 other defendants. So if this wasn't enough defendants , uh , Alan Hofstetter, Russell Taylor, they're also suing and leaving room in case they need to add like 10 other John Doe's . So they're all very mad about this. And they're going to make sure that they're going to be suing and getting their damages. Let's see what these , uh , Popo are so upset about seven plaintiffs in this case are us Capitol police officers. This is from the ,

Speaker 3:

Their lawsuit together. They say 150 years

Speaker 1:

To protect Congress and carry out their responsibilities safely and openly on January 6th, the worst attack in American history. Everybody's very upset, very sad, tear, gassing, bear, sprays, racial slurs, and epithets on Alma .

Speaker 3:

Gosh, plaintiff's injuries persist to this day

Speaker 1:

And guess who caused it? All the defendants, all of these people, all of them caused it. So it's going to be a difficult lawsuit here

Speaker 3:

Because , um, you know, when you start

Speaker 1:

Smashing everything into one lawsuit, it's really difficult to extricate all the different parts. So in this case, what this attorney is saying is that everybody here was responsible for this. The defendants

Speaker 3:

Caused, as we can see here, the injuries

Speaker 1:

Persist to this day. All right. So now what do you do about that? You've got 35 different defendants. Who, how do you apportion responsibility for this? Let's say we look at this in a light, most favorable to this filer here. And we say, okay,

Speaker 3:

Everything in here is true. What do you want? What do you want?

Speaker 1:

We're going to get there. But when you have so many defendants, it's really hard to split that up. Isn't it? Cause you've got a bunch of different people now that are somewhat responsible. What 1% each. So if you want a million dollars, everybody pays a certain percentage of that

Speaker 3:

Total fee. What is it? So anyway,

Speaker 1:

Seven Capitol hill police officers , very upset. There were racial epithets that were thrown out that day. Yeah. And that's just a horrible. So the attack on the Capitol they say was caused by the defendants, meaning that they're liable. Defendant , Donald Trump lost the election. They say , uh , it's conspired, conspired with each other. So all of those other people, I guess, conspired, he propagated false claims, encourage the use of force, which we've already talked about. We've already gone through his speech. Many, many times we've gone through the exact transcript of his speech and we read it and we compared and contrasted it to other statements that many other politicians have made historically speaking. And Trump's was like very benign relative to other people. So , uh , nonsense, but incited violence and so on unlawful efforts, because the January 6th, they're calling it a mass attack, which is, which is different. Normally we saw that as a terrorist attack or a domestic terrorist attack. Okay. Brutal assault of hundreds of law enforcement officers, many defendants in this case, planned aided and actively participated. All of them, they say are responsible for it. Okay. So it's kind of a bad lawsuit or racism, of course. And white supremacy pervaded the efforts from the outset, they targeted false claims of election fraud. They focused on specific cities, black cities like Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia that have high percentages of African-American peoples saying that Trump and all of these Trumpers out there sought to intimidate and threaten officials from other jurisdictions and overturn the will of the voters. They relied on white supremacist groups and sympathizers to organize and hold rallies. They directed racial epithets at black officers protecting the capital . So it's a racist lawsuit. Alright . Attackers paraded the credit, a Confederate flag around and other symbols of white supremacy. So it's a racist lawsuit. That's what this is Trump Trump and the Trumpers are racists paragraph two. So I'm going to go . I looked for some pictures of these police couldn't find any of I'm going to guess that they're African-American. If I had to speculate as detailed below defendants used force to prevent Joe and Camila from taking office, all this began November 20, 20, Donald Trump encouraged false claims, blah, blah, blah, extremist groups like proud boys, demonstrated their propensity to use violence against those. They regarded as critical of Trump and in Rica Tario who is, I think half black was allegedly the leader of the proud boys. So I don't know how the proud boys with an African-American leader can be so racist, but you know, I think it's that I forgot about it. Yeah. There's a concept called multi racial whiteness, Washington post wrote about that. You can Google it. If you're curious, defendant's acts in furtherance of the conspiracies described in this complaint, they were fabricating spreading lies. Trump was using election means of election fraud, promoting disseminating false claims, wanted to overturn the election, assembled people, weapons, funds, resources, and support to a mass , a large and violent crowd to take over the country. They wanted to prevent the election of Biden and Harris that conspiratorial acts resulted in the violence, several defendants and other attackers followed through the outer barricades, shattered the will . The buildings scared the heck out of AOC and other congressional staffers desecrated the Senate chamber, pursued members of Congress and Mike Pence to capture in violently, punish them. They were all fine. Did not participate in the violence of promoted. Okay. On and on and on. Now they're going to blame Trump specifically. He employed plan for and encourage the use of force and intimidation, which he didn't. We've already covered that he followed the capital attack on television and social media talked to Kevin McCarthy about it, followed it for hours on live TV, Trump encouraged and supported the attackers. Not really while the attack was ongoing contacted members of Congress and said something like, remember this day, forever. Think he said that on Twitter, right. Posted a bunch of stuff on Twitter. So they're upset about that. They also assaulted and injured plaintiffs. Did, did Donald Trump do that? Did Donald Trump assault and injured plaintiffs? No, he did not. So why is he named in this complaint though? Uh , those actions and actions described to violate the KU Klux Klan act, blah , blah , blah , defendant committed, biased, motivated acts of terrorism, politically and racially motivated violence. These injuries and deaths image , they suffered by plaintiffs were foreseeable of Donald Trump's actions. And the plaintiffs now file this complaint to ensure that this never happens again. Wow. That's very brave of them. Very heroic police officers, racial epithets, and a scary day of Trumpers. A lot of mega ERs out there. Yeah. All right . So let's see what they want. What do these cops want for each count? They want injunctive relief and they want compensatory damages and they want punitive damages and reasonable attorney's fees from each of these, for what physical and emotional injuries incurred as a direct causal effect of the actions of the defendants. So you can tell this is a terrible lawsuit because Donald Trump didn't cause any physical injuries to anybody. There was no assault that took place now. So what they would have to do then is connect that back multiple steps. He said something that somebody heard that went and caused an injury in the form of an assault towards a police officer. So it's not a direct causal effect. Is it see this word direct causal effect? Uh, no, that's not true. It's an indirect causal effect. If you want it to make that argument, which is a terrible argument. And typically not something that would fly in criminal court. This is not a criminal court. This is a civil court. And so what they're asking for here is a declaratory declaratory judgment. They want the court to come out here and say , uh , Donald Trump and all these 35 other people broke the law in some way. They want an injunction injunctive relief, but I don't know what that would be because they don't really define it. They want compensatory damages that they would be entitled to , to , to, to win . If the court found that there was a cause and an injuries that took place, they want punitive damages to punish everybody on this list and they want attorneys

Speaker 3:

Fees and other things

Speaker 1:

That the courts have decided are appropriate written by this guy. I don't really know who he is. Edward G Casbar over from some law firm.

Speaker 3:

Uh, no, this is , uh , it might be a nonprofit

Speaker 1:

Lawyers is committee for civil rights under law. It's in Washington DC. So it's a pretty terrible lawsuit. I'm not real sure what that organization is, but they're not really , uh, uh, keen. I'm not a civil lawyer. Maybe it's a great civil lawsuit, but uh, looks pretty bad to me. That's just one man's opinion on that. All right . What do you have to say about this? Let's take a [email protected] . See what we've got chime in on here. We've got VNT is prime says anyone else hearing a certain weird Al song? Weird Al Yankovic.

Speaker 3:

Yeah. Yeah. I remember

Speaker 1:

Him former Leo says, I wonder if this opens the door for Trump to subpoena records from Nancy and everybody else. This is the USA and everybody is entitled to a defense that's right. Former Leo loved that. Everybody is, it's a very important feature of our country. Want to know, says since Pelosi is in charge of the police, could she be behind this? How about AOC? I think AOC might still be in counseling. You know, she thought that she was , um ,

Speaker 3:

Almost going to get assaulted

Speaker 1:

There. Thunder seven says, Rob, this is just another distraction from the audit, but legal question please. Donald Trump was president on January 6th . So can they Sue him? I always thought a POTUS could not be sued while sitting on January 6th. Trump was a sitting president so that they have any legal basis, regardless. It's another fishing expedition as you call it and it won't go anywhere. Yeah. I think, I think it's really the same thing. Right? Many of these lawsuits are just political in nature. They want to score political points. I don't think that there's any real basis that they recover anything here at all. Uh, you know, Donald Trump,

Speaker 3:

Even on procedural issues here,

Speaker 1:

It's probably going to get dismissed on some technical grounds. There are too many plaintiffs, too many co-defendants that are not relatable enough. Some somebody is going to hire a lawyer and they're going to find some procedural problem in this whole thing is going to just pit her out without much,

Speaker 3:

Much a consequence.

Speaker 1:

But it is interesting because this is how they're thinking now, right? I mean, they are assuming the president. I don't think that Donald Trump

Speaker 3:

Is immune from , uh ,

Speaker 1:

From a lawsuit in this regard, he would be able to assert, you know, qualified immunity as the , as the president at the time saying I'm immune from all of these things. I am somebody who, as the president was entitled to go out and give public speeches. And so they're not going to be able to charge him or, or, you know, recover here. They weren't able to impeach him. He's he's going to be fine as are all of these people. It's just a political stunt is all it is. And , uh, so I wouldn't, I wouldn't really put much more thought into it beyond that. Sharon says, aren't there some penalties for frivolous lawsuits. Yeah. You can get sanctions for that. If you're filing lawsuits for like , you know , the purposes of harassment and stuff, a judge might find that you get sanctioned for that, but it does need to be pretty egregious. Uh, and you know , this is not quite that yet. So this is like so totally crazy. Maybe they all can, especially their legal Eagles plead insanity. But then again, they're assuming in DC, they might get away with taking it all the way up to the Supreme who can't can't be counted on or can be counted on to be a wall as usual. That's from Sharon quitting. Good to see you, Sharon. Let's see what else. We've got a

Speaker 3:

Big one here. Let's

Speaker 1:

See , uh , this is a no name on this one, but a nice long paragraph says, okay, here I go. The Capitol police would be better served and have a better case by suing Pelosi Sergeant at arms and their own agency for failure to do a proper operational order to plan and protect. Also, my understanding is the Capitol police did not provide training to deal with these types of situations. I will generally support law enforcement unless they are wrong or incompetent. This seems to be another political stunt. I also saw a resume for a Capitol police narcotics officer who has a family background and ties very close to democratic party. Yeah, his name. I think if you're talking about the guy, I'm thinking

Speaker 3:

Funny,

Speaker 1:

Officer [inaudible] , I was called a lot of names working for Portland , such as peckerwood and variations on MF, but too bad. These glorified security card guards can't take it like real cops . It comes with the territory. I do not have any respect for this lot. Although I think that there must be a silent group in Capitol police that does not support this politically motivated act. Whew . I've said enough. I will try to be quiet until tomorrow that , that probably Sergeant Bob, there was no name on there. Sounds like Sergeant Bob, because he was a former officer for Sergeant in Portland. And so he's been used to being called names. Right. We all get called names. I get called names. You want me to lawyer jokes? There are out there. And most of them are pretty funny and some of them are even true, but it, you know, it just kinda comes with the territory. Yeah. Okay. It's racial fine. I get it. Yeah. It's very offensive. The world's very, very scary out there. People say bad words. Yeah . And you have to deal with that. I know

Speaker 3:

The world is tough. I know you've been living in lockdown and bubble wrapping yourself before you engage with the difficulties of life. But it's just how it is.

Speaker 1:

[inaudible] all right . We got Sergeant Bob says, did I forget to sign Sergeant Bob ? You did Sergeant. But I knew it was you. I could tell. And we have over here, Sharon says, Rob, I love your show, but everything today is so totally beyond FUBAR . Is there anything beyond FUBAR ? If there is then

Speaker 3:

There ? I think it's, it's be FUBAR beyond FUBAR. Yeah. It's be FUBAR. It's it's like, it's like a Delta variant. It's like ISIS. K it's FUBAR, but it's B FUBAR beyond

Speaker 1:

FUBAR . Yeah, I think that's , I think that's the only thing we got former. Leo says the Democrats referred to Larry elder as the black face of white supremacy. They walk among us. I've seen a lot of those headlines. We haven't been following the California election too much because , uh , I just can't stand California, but it's, it's uh , not, not, not, not to belittle anybody. Who's from California. It's a beautiful state, but their government is just a disaster anyways. So yeah, they've been really coming out. They pulled out the knives out for Larry elder. No question. That was from , uh, let's see. Uh , another one news now says the LA times says that he's the worst white supremacists in California. Anyone can be a white supremacist. I guess you haven't stayed up on the current wokeness. That's from news. Now, Wyoming also chiming in about Larry elder LA times said, he's the biggest white supremacy. He's a black man, folks, Larry elder. If you're not familiar with him, he's not white. And they're all saying he's a white supremacist, which is insane. And they made the same argument back during the , uh , the Trump years there. Cause they , they couldn't reconcile the fact that all sorts of black, African Americans and Hispanic, Hispanic Americans, and all other demographics seem to like Donald Trump. And how could they, because he's such this racist Nazi. So they came up with a new solution, multi racial whiteness, and they wrote a whole article about it in the Washington post. Jeremy Machida says, Rob, have you ever seen such an atrocity of a lawsuit? Yeah. The other one that we, that we read recently, that was another lawsuit. I forget what that one was that remember that Washington guy, he wrote that lawsuit. We talked about it like two weeks ago, but yeah, this one's pretty bad. They're opening themselves up to so much scrutiny for this lawsuit. I bet there was video evidence of at least one of these officers waving people toward the Capitol. I have the utmost respect for real Elios , but these security guards make a laughingstock of the federal building security guards. One of them was even seen waving , having a friendly chat with some of the tourists inside the Capitol. I think they should be countersued for failing to protect the Capitol Trump's supporters wanted Congress to contest the votes and would not have done anything to stop. The debate. Congress had started to have these people need to learn some basic logic and reasoning. No one should be allowed to file suit after failing to do their job. That's from Jeremy [inaudible] . I know it's it's, it's pretty amazing. You know, the whole situation there on the Capitol was these people were telling us for months that this was going to be a big problem. You know, Trump had these , uh , supremacy groups and you know, they weren't prepared for it. And then they're mad that they got overwhelmed. I know , I don't know. Screw the Capitol police is here. It says, this is a confession through projection of the Democrats. They created the Confederates, the KKK and the Jim Crow laws. All the things discriminated against the blacks. Remember when Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden posing next to KKK member Byrd and the 1994 crime bill that Joe that made made by Joe that threw more black people in jail than Trump. I've been saying this for months, probably a year. Now at this point, the Joe Biden is responsible for more black people in jail, in prison than any other person that's ever lived in America.

Speaker 3:

Single-handedly and somehow

Speaker 1:

Credit party was able to seize the mantle of criminal justice reform during the election. The Republicans let them get away with that was what it wasn't embarrassing. Perry masonary says it looks like their feelings got hurt. I wonder how much damages they can get for that in Washington, DC. Probably a lot. But yeah, their , their fee is very, very hurt. We have a Ben Gazi

Speaker 3:

Ghost is here, says

Speaker 1:

Nice long comments says, Rob, I'm very offended by the racist statements made by hangman's noose. This person think you can come on your show by making, making true statements. Let me say one thing in order to prove treason and overt act as needed an act that shows criminal intent and furthers in accomplishment of a crime, but an overt act itself doesn't have to be a crime attempt. Someone can be convicted of treason, even if the attempt to aid isn't successful or the enemy's goal isn't achieved. A wide range of actions can qualify as overtly treasonous acts for making statements post to providing weapons and ammunition. The key consideration is whether the person took the action with the intention of carrying out or furthering treason. Rob , we have a pass . We have passed the point. People do not fear or believe anything will happen to them for their actions. The theory of give them a good talking to does not work

Speaker 3:

For we, the people to stand or become a ghost like

Speaker 1:

To me , that's from them and Gazi ghosts . Wow. That's powerful. The Benghazi ghost. Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Wow. Come on your show. Making true statements from across the great divide, the ghost of Bengazi joins the show. Amazing

Speaker 1:

Screw the Capitol police also says considering the Capitol police answer to Congress, not the executive that a violation of the separation of powers can the Capitol police are the most corrupt. Yeah. They're most corrupt because they can't get FOYA . No freedom of information act requests allowed there. We have another one from news. Now Wyoming says it is time that if you file a lawsuit and it dismisses because it is crap that the person who files it and their attorney should pay attorney's fees and costs. There are too many restrictions on it. Now you might see something like that here. You know, typically the courts are sort of, you know , hesitant to do that, especially in those types of cases. But you know, we'll see Ashley Babbitt says I was murdered. All I was doing was climbing through a window that Antifa smashed for me and then set a trap. I was very naive. Thought I had a right to protest was gunned down and died. Hope her family wins the lawsuit. Yeah, look. Yeah. I hope so too VNC. Cause prime says I hurt my face after face palming from this lawsuit. Can I Sue

Speaker 3:

The police members?

Speaker 1:

I think you should be entitled to look if the police can

Speaker 3:

Sue because

Speaker 1:

Their feelings are hurt over racial pejorative

Speaker 3:

And they caused you to fail

Speaker 1:

Palm your face into your hand or your desk or anywhere else,

Speaker 3:

There should be consequences for that peaceful

Speaker 1:

Political consequences. Tos forever says interesting. None of those officers are the individuals interviewed January 7th. That's right. I noticed that those were all the officers. Uh , Those were all the office . We , I didn't hear from those officers as far as I know, Natalie's dirty diapers in the house,

Speaker 3:

Rob it's FUBAR B. Get it right. All right.

Speaker 1:

Okay. I stand corrected there. Foo Barbie. That's from Natalie's dirty diaper. Say what says Rob? I would, I believe we should give all the bad actors a good talking to him . It's starting to work. Look at all this changed since that's happened. Okay. Let's start talking about treason. Yeah . You know, it's Joe Biden is very emotional for them. Anthony Blinken to many of them. They're very scared, very sad, very difficult times for them. So we should give them some leeway. Kareem , 1 65 says just because their story adds up and makes sense. Doesn't it

Speaker 3:

Mean it is true. And that is

Speaker 1:

That's the last question on watching the watchers.locals.com my friends, which means we're going to wrap it up for the day. Let me see if we've got any super chats come in. No, but we do have some followers over on Twitch. My goodness. We're gaining some momentum over there. Shout outs to Darby's 25 is following on Twitch. We've got DAS death . 6 66 is now over on Twitch, along with Dorin 2, 3, 1 . Also following on Twitch, which is super fun. I'm going to start poking around over there a little bit more now that I am getting settled in here in many different ways. And so , uh , that's it for the show.
