Speaker 1:

Hello, my friends. And welcome back to yet. Another episode of watching the Watchers live. My name is Robert ruler. I am a criminal defense attorney here at the RNR law group in the always beautiful and sunny Scottsdale Arizona, where my team and I over the course of many years have represented thousands of good people facing criminal charges. Throughout our time in practice, we have seen a lot of problems with our justice system. I'm talking about misconduct involving the police. We have prosecutors behaving poorly. We have judges not particularly interested in a little thing called justice, and it all starts with the politicians, the people at the top, the ones who write the rules and pass the laws that they expect you and me to follow, but sometimes have a little bit of difficulty doing so themselves. That's why we started this show called watching the Watchers so that together with your help, we can shine that big, beautiful spotlight of accountability and transparency down upon our system with a hope of finding justice. And we're grateful that you are here and with us today, we've got a lot to get into. We're going to start off by talking about , uh , what Joe Biden had to say today. Joe Biden came out and gave a speech talking about one of the most dangerous things that American democracy faces. Of course, this is the GOP assault on American voting rights. And so we know that there are a lot of dangerous things happening to us as Americans. We've got a , I think kind of everything now is a threat to democracy. Like everywhere you turn, oh, that's a threat to democracy. Oh, watch out. There's a threat to democracy. Oh, there's another one. So you gotta be very careful with them now, but we have a new one now, which is of course the GOP they're trying to pass some voter integrity laws, make sure that people who are , you know , we want to make sure that the people who are voting, who are, are who they say they are, dang it. It's not actually that complicated, but I made it to be that. But Joe Biden and the Democrats are not happy about any of these reform measures. And so Joe Biden came out today and gave a big bloviating speech about it. While Democrats who are supposed to be involved in voting on voting bills, decided that they did not want to vote at all. In fact, they got on a plane and just got right out of Texas. The Texas democratic delegation picked up, went over to Capitol hill. And so they're singing songs. Now they're over there on Capitol hill and we're going to show you what's going on with that. So , uh , more useless politicians. We've got a lot of those that we talk about here. So we'll just add to the list. And then we're going to change gears and talk about COVID and the COVID vaccines because the president of France came out, gave a speech to the French people and said, ladies and gentlemen of France, you are now mandated to get the COVID vaccine. If you want to do basically anything like going to the movies, going to a dinner hall, going to a banquet, those types of things, it is now mandatory. And so we're going to listen to a two minute clip from the French president because we want to see what he is communicating to his people so that we can see how the other socialists are doing it before the socialist here, start trying to cram this down our throats. And so he came out and he said, this is what we need to do. This is the patriotic thing. And if you don't do it, there will be some repercussions. And so we can just sort of see what's happening, right? The Canary in the coal, mine, as it were taking place over there in France and other parts of the world. And so we'll break down what's happening there. And then finally, we're going to wrap up the show. We haven't spent much time talking about hunter Biden's laptop we did before the election and a little bit afterwards, but it's been , uh , a little while. Okay . I think it's time for a bit of an update on this. Uh, the hunter Biden laptop, there's been this slow drip of problematic things coming out of this laptop. And there is more evidence now that Joe Biden knew a little bit more than he had led on previously. In fact, it looks like that he was actually taking pictures with some of hunter Biden's business associates from within the vice-presidential residence . And so we'll take a look at some of that, as well as check in with a gentleman by the name of Peter Schweitzer, who was on a Sean Hannity show. And he actually has a copy of the hunter Biden laptop. And there was an interesting interplay between Schweitzer and Sean Hannity on this show where slicer is saying, Hey, I got a copy of the laptop. And Sean Hannity says, well, I don't have a copy of the laptop. And the reason why I don't have it is because my attorney, he said that there were some pretty naughty stuff on there. And so we know what they're talking about, but we want to just flush that out. So we've got a lot to get into if you want to be a part of the show to place to do that is [email protected] There is a live chat that's happening right over there. Right now. Want to give a quick shout out to a couple people who are over there, give a hello to justice. Obsessed is in the house. We have three Gurley's is here. We have Joe Snow. Aunt Deb is in there as well as Relic hunter. And we've got some others all taking place. It's all happening [email protected] . And we're going to be taking questions throughout the show. So we go through those three different segments that we outlined. And if you want to ask a question and you are a supporter over it , locals, then you will have access to this form, which is our sort of super chat replacement because YouTube demonetized us. So we have no super chat functionality. So this is our replacement. If you are a supporter over at locals , you go there, fill out the form. And if you can, you know, ask the question sort of in sync with the show. So don't ask me a question about the last topic at the first topic, and then we'll make sure that we do everything I can to get to all of the questions. So [email protected] , and of course we appreciate your support over there. All right? So let's get into the news of the day. Joe Biden has said a lot of things are threats to American democracy could be the Russians. It could be any number of the different problematic things that his administration has talked about, including white supremacy and insurrection. I think climate change is on that list. The list goes on and on and on. Now there's a new one and it is I guess the biggest one yet. So it's about voting because we know that's a big problem. It is being reported over by the daily mail.com that Biden is calling the GOP voting bills , odious and vicious. Yes . Which are pretty nice adjectives. There are the most threat to democracy since the civil war, which is a big deal because I thought that the insurrection was and white supremacy was and domestic violent extremism was. And then I think I CA comma log somebody in the administration said climate change was, it's always, the Russians are like every month are a threat to American democracy. And so the list goes on and on, but this one, oh, gun violence, of course, gun violence is another threat to American democracy. And now this is right, this is the oppositional party. So this is sort of, you know , a standard function of a democracy itself. You have different parties and you have different factions that organize themselves in order to pass things into law, right? You get this group organizes over here and they say, we want to do this with this , uh , a piece of government money or government land. And they lobby for it and you fight it out and you put it in front of the people and they vote it. And you say, great, we're going to annex that, whatever. It's just, it's just democracy. And so in this case, we just had an election in 2020, when , uh, you know, everybody on one particular side of the aisle was saying the most safe and secure and most , uh , reviewed election in history. And anybody who asks a question about it is a lunatic conspiracy theorist, who is , uh , I guess , a danger to democracy. So that happened. And now as , as , uh , you know , kind of hindsight as a country that says, well, we just went through something. There was a little bit of a disagreement about whether or not that was actually how you characterize it to be as perfect and without any flaws and all of that stuff, we think that maybe there is something to look at. And so we're just going to start investigating these things. We're going to run some audits here. We're going to pass some new legislation. We don't like what the courts did last go around . We don't like that. They just sort of changed things for it . Like, you know, the legislature said, this is the rule. And then the courts came in and they said, oh, COVID oh . And they changed everything. And the legislature says, oh no, no, no. That's not how that works. Understand this. We are the legislature. The ability to control the elections has been delegated to us, the United States constitution. Thank you very much. And so we're going to take that power back through the mechanisms of checks and balances. Remember this from civics class or social studies, we have three different branches of government and they're supposed to punch back at each other. It's checks and balances. You want each branch independently kind of climbing at each other for their power. The executive branch is going to gobble theirs up and the legislative branch wants to gobble theirs up. And just like James Madison taught us in Federalist 51. I think this is very important. You want to pit ambition against ambition. And that's how you get a synthesis into something more beautiful. The federal government, the executive fights, the legislative branch, which fights the judicial branch. And we all have checks and balances, pretty simple concept. So we went back through this in 2020, and the country's looking back in hindsight and saying, well, we don't like what happened. The courts took this away from the legislature or this, you know, secretary of state or this governor through this quarter, the whole system was screwy and everybody was blaming it on COVID. So the legislature's now throughout the country are saying, no, that's not, that's not right. We're going to make some changes here. That's not going to be allowed to happen again because we don't like what happened in our local elections. And my opinion, they're perfectly free to do that, right? This is how the system works. There's a pendulum that swings multiple directions and it's going to go one direction and back the other. And so it went one direction in favor of, you know, kind of loose, whatever goes, just make changes. Willy nilly in any of the election rules, put the deadline back three days, oh, you need nine more days. Put it back nine more days. Okay. No problem. Oh , uh , you know , ballot collection , uh , boxes everywhere as a signature verification who needs that it's COVID nobody cares. So it was like that the pendulum swung that way. And now everybody is recognizing that was a problem. So the pendulum wants to swing back the other way. And people are saying, how about some voter integrity? How about we make sure that the people who are voting are who they say they are so we can have some integrity in the elections. Now, when that happens, of course, you're going to see the party that benefited from the looseness of the election rules, going bananas, going ape bananas because of the fact that a modified set of rules, the ones that they modified benefited them. And if you modify it back the other way, well, you know , this historic victory that they had maybe sort of evaporates right in front of their very eyes, because the only reason that that happened was because the rules were changed and now they're changing back. And so now something that would ordinarily be just a regular function of democracy, sort of reviewing things, looking back and saying, we didn't do that so well, let's make some changes. The next go round that now is not just regular democracy. That is a threat to democracy. And in fact, it's something that is the biggest threat since the civil war. In fact, this might be such a threat that it actually divides the country again. So that's our president now running around out there saying things like that in a speech attacking the Supreme court, Trump's quote, big lie and the assault on the election. So Emily Godin puts a posted this over at the daily mail. She said on Tuesday, he launched a counter assault, two attempts by Republican controlled states to change voting rights laws, blasting the threat to democracy, vowing to protect free and fair elections. He says, this is election subversion, the most dangerous threat to voting in the integrity of free and fair elections in our history. So you see how he does this, right? He says that it's the most dangerous threat. He uses this language a lot dangerous threat, dangerous threat, dangerous threat in our history, but then he sort of , uh , you know , couches it with these modifiers to voting in the integrity of free and fair elections. So he , he gets, he gets very loose with this language. It's very kind of a repetitive, you'd be thinking that we're only about six months in that we wouldn't have be in repeats already, but kind of running out of tools in the toolbox there in a 20 minutes speech that trace the history of the voting rights movement, Biden veered into attacks on Trump and Republicans. He says her undermining confidence in America's election and defending his own administration's work on voting rights. So shortly after this, he posted, of course on Twitter. He says to protect our democracy and the sanctity of the vote, we must pass for the people act, which I believe was HR. One. We talked a lot about that. And the John Lewis voting rights advancement act, he says, it's a national imperative. So, you know, there's a couple of different ways to read this, right? They don't really have the votes to pass those things. And so , uh, what are they going to do? Is this another call to a mansion? Or are they going to try to get Kiersten cinema to sort of break , uh, break ranks and maybe pass some sort of voting rights legislation who knows here's Joe Biden now? Uh , actually out there, we just learned from the daily mail that he was giving us a little bit of a history lesson on what happened back during 2020. And if you recall, we talked a lot about that right now, before I play this, I want to be very clear that the, the, the final verdict on who won the presidency in 2020 was Joe Biden. How do we know that he's in the white house and everybody's calling him president. So it's pretty clear to me. I haven't seen any evidence to the contrary. So nothing that we're talking about here of course, is trying to refute the claim or to offer an alternative perspective as to who actually won the presidency. It's pretty clear what happened there. Uh , but let's go back and just sort of revisit some of the litigation that took place because Joe Biden is going to give us a characterization about what happened in the courts. If you recall, we covered a lot of it. Basically every single case that came through here, we were talking about it. And we covered every case that went up to the Supreme court. We were talking about all of them, right? And I talked about Sidney Powell saying, this is a not so good. What are we talking about here? Some, a Venezuelan secret agent from like 30 years ago that nobody cares about work with Hugo Chavez. That's not the crack and what is that? And, but, but there were other very good claims. In my opinion, there were, you know , uh, basically , uh , user patient of power that the different branches of government were taking the power away from the legislatures. They were changing the election rules at the last minute, without any constitutional authority to do so. The courts just papered over the whole thing because it's served one political party and there they were all unified to make sure that Trump would no longer be in power. So that is a big digression. Let's go and see what Joe Biden is talking about though , though, he's going to tell us about what happened with the litigation here. He is

Speaker 2:

Election officials. The entire electric system was stood, unrelenting, political attacks, physical threats, intimidation, and pressure. They did. So with unyielding, courage and faith in our democracy with recount after recount, after recount court case, after court case, the 2020 election was the most scrutinized election ever in American history challenge. After challenge brought to local state and election officials, state, legislature, state, and federal courts, even to the United States Supreme court, not once, but twice more than 80 judges, including those appointed by my predecessor, heard the argument,

Speaker 3:

Nope, wrong. Every case wrong,

Speaker 2:

Neither caused nor evidence was found. [inaudible] of administrating this in the face of such extraordinary. Nope, Nope,

Speaker 1:

Nope. Sorry. Their job. Uh, but no, actually most of the evidence, I mean, I'm not most evidence never even made it into court. There was a couple cases where they, we heard of slight tiny bit of oral arguments and those actually took place here in Arizona. But the Arizona was sort of one of the contested states , certainly, but not one of the states that was really necessary that we were even really talking about. It was sort of a surprise. We spent a lot of time talking about Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania and, and Georgia where all of the election litigation was happening. And of course all those states flipped. So what Joe Biden is talking about is yes, there were court cases that were filed. Yes. There were a lot of litigate cases that made it into court. If you go on the court docket, you'll see. Yeah. There's a case number there. And you'll also see, oh, dismissed there. And so what Joe Biden and the Democrats do is they just turn around and say, well, see it made it into court and it was dismissed. And yet a judge saw the case number come in and they saw something. And , you know, in terms of emotion and a complaint filed against the secretary of state or the w the governor or whomever was responsible for the underlying problem. And that is being used as evidence that there was some, some sort of evidence heard on the merits. In other words, the case was presented the, you know, Trump's people came in and they said, listen, here are our main claims. This is what we're seeing happen . And the other side got to present their evidence. And then we sort of duped it out in the court of law. It never happened. We had very, very limited conversations about a tiny audit that took place in Arizona. And that's about the extent of what we covered. We had a number, I think, 16 attorney General's attorneys, general sign on to a , uh, uh , a petition for certiorari in front of the U S Supreme court. They throw it out. They didn't hear any of the evidence. They said you don't have standing. And this was a pattern that we saw elsewhere in Nevada, Wisconsin, Arizona, many other states, lawsuits were being dismissed on standing saying, you don't know, you don't even have a right to bring the claim. Why it's, because we're looking at you. We're not even going to consider what you're complaining about, but we're not going to hear your case. Why a whole multitude of reasons that we're not going to reiterate here. We spent a lot of time talking about it. I said, repeatedly that the courts were twisting themselves into pretzels to do anything possible, to not rule on the merits. And, you know, candidly, I thought that there was probably some pretty compelling reasons for them to do so as judges right there , almost in an impossible situation, because what do you expect the judge to do? Come out and just invalidate an entire state's votes? Oh yeah. Pennsylvania just doesn't count anymore. What would that do to the country? No judge in their right mind was going to do that at ever. So does that mean though, that this was heard on the merits? Absolutely. Very little evidence. If any, was really heard on the merits. And so Joe Biden comes out here and he keeps repeating this stupid lie that no judge has found everything well. Yeah, because no judge has really heard anything, including the Supreme court with 16 state attorney generals, it's kind of the sole reason that they existed the deal with these majorly constitutional , uh , problems. And these disputes, they were just asleep at the wheel. So Joe Biden's , uh , full of it there . Right? Nobody heard anything. Everything was dismissed on standing and prematurely. The reason though, I think this speech is coming out. I think they are freaked out in the Biden administration. They know that Arizona just wrapped up their audits. They know that they could be expecting a report coming out at the end of July or sometime near labor day. They know that different states are sort of percolating with the idea of their own audits and their own investigations. And I think that they're trying to get ahead of whatever's coming. I don't know what it is, but whatever's coming there. They're coordinating our response and they're preempting this. Okay. There are, there are a lot of different techniques sort of called Pre-Suasion right. Not persuasion, but Pre-Suasion, there's a book by Robert Cialdini that talks a lot about it. It's about for you, you know, something's coming, you know, you know, you're going into a sales meeting next week. And so, you know, that guy does this thing and you send them this before you go into the meeting so that he remembers you for three days. And, and then you sort of structure everything. So that he's pre suaded . By the time you get to the meeting, he goes, oh yeah, you know , I have this really good feeling about this guy I never met before, but suddenly I'm going to give him all my business. Right. That stuff happens in the real world. And it also happens politically. It also happens in marketing campaigns and all sorts of stuff. It's called Pre-Suasion . And so Joe Biden today, of course, is out there giving us a speech on , on voting bills and voting rights and where the hell this come from. Right. I thought we sort of were over that hill when we learned that Kiersten cinema and Joe Manchin, we're not going to be breaking the filibuster. That was kind of the end of that conversation. But Joe Biden now is out there full, full front and center. And as soon as we play this clip, we're going to go into the next clip where the Democrats out of Texas are kind of throwing this temper tantrum and getting up and just storming out of the state, going over to Washington, DC, stomping, their feet, very upset about voting rights. And you say , oh , that's kind of weird. Are these two things coincidental? Is this part of a, you know, an orchestrated little maneuver going on here, that they're going to throw their temper tantrum, Joe, Biden's going to get out here and he's going to start scolding everybody about voting rights. What is happening? Feels like they're setting the table. Like there's a little bit of a foundation that's being poured here because they know something is coming further down the pike. And let's take a look and see , uh , Joe Biden here. He's sort of wrapping this up. You're going to see. And he actually looks pretty good here in , in this speech. You know, they gave him something he's, he's, he's , uh , he's got a little color in his skin and he's looking pretty good, but he's got some energy and you're going to see, he's not happy about this. He's going to for God's sake, man, you know, and all that type of language, you know, stand up and fight for something here. So they put a little extra sauce in the, in the coffee this morning, here is Joe Biden.

Speaker 2:

We're going to face another test in 22, a new wave of unprecedented voter suppression and raw and sustained election subversion. We have to prepare now, as I said, time, and again, no matter what, you can never stop the American people from voting. They will decide the power must always be with the people. Okay . That's why just like we did in 2020, we have to prepare for 2022, we'll engage in an all out effort to educate voters about the change in laws, registered them to vote and then get the vote out. We'll encourage people to run for office themselves. At every level, we'll be asking my Republican friends in Congress, in states and cities and counties to stand up for God's sake and help prevent this concerted effort to undermine our election and the sacred right to vote. Whoa, whether it's stopping foreign interference, our elections, or the spread of disinformation from within, we have to work together.

Speaker 1:

All right. So there it is. Right. The foreign interference comes back in and now the spread of disinformation, but I thought it was the, I thought it was the GOP changing the voting rights. So it's also the foreign interference and it's also the spread of this information and it's also co okay, got it. So , uh, so that's Joe Biden out there, you know, doing his thing now for God's sake, man, you know, stand up, do something, everybody, Joe, Biden's angry. Now the Democrats, as we mentioned at the start of the program out of Texas, they just decided , um,

Speaker 3:

We're, we're, we're

Speaker 1:

Going to prevent voting bills from passing, by not voting on the voting bills. And so we're just going to get up and leave. So they did that actually. So there was a group of Texas Democrats that just kind of got on a plane and left Texas so that they couldn't be a part of the quorum. Of course, when you're in a legislature, you got to meet with your compatriots over there and then pass the bills. And so if in order to kind of get things moving, you got to have a quorum, meaning you got to have a full house in order to start the clock rolling and get some business done. And so they just said, well, we don't like what's on the agenda. We're not coming to the party. So they just got up and left and we're going to look at it. This is a , from NBC news, Texas Democrats, they flee the state in an effort to block the GOP backed voting restrictions. Okay. Now this article of course is over from NBC. So we're going to read this. It's kind of hysterical about how sort of one-sided it is. It's really funny, but it's really funny how they, you know, how they frame these things. Okay . And we've talked about this a lot here, talking about sort of the two differences here between voter suppression and voter integrity and , and the , the spectrum that exists and anybody who ever says anything like, well, you should have an ID to vote, or maybe you should vote in your precinct or maybe we should check your signatures or maybe we should sort of limit mail-in balloting and all of that stuff and limit the Dropbox and limit the collections in those things. Why? So we have less of a chain of custody for every individual ballot so that we can sort of make a one-to-one connection between ballot and the person who voted. And that gives us what's called voter integrity. That sounds like a very good thing. So we put that on one end of the spectrum. Well, that might sound good, but if you're a person that wants to, I would say, get more votes through that. Maybe serve your interest better. You'd want to water that down. And so you want to reframe that you want to make sure that it's not called voter integrity, right? Cause that sounds really good. Everybody wants voter integrity. So what do you do? You flip it around and you say, oh, those are voter restrictions. Or if you want to get really fancy, you call it voter suppression. Oh my gosh. You're suppressing voters. What kind of American argue ? What kind of are you a communist or , or something like that? That's insane. How could you possibly do that? No, I'm just checking IDs. Oh, well that doesn't sound bad at all. That sounds pretty reasonable. Doesn't it sounds like voter integrity to me. So we, you can just sort of see as we go through this language, how this all plays out now, voting restrictions is what they call it. Lawmakers left Texas. And they arrived in Washington where, where they're not elected. So they have no, you know , they have no voting power there to advocate for federal voting rights legislation. So they're risking arrest by leaving during the special session. Okay. Then we're going to get there. It says in an extraordinary effort to block, Republican's very extraordinary from enacting new voting restrictions, otherwise known as voter integrity laws, Texas Democrats bolted. Again, they've done this before a large group of democratic members in the house of representatives. They got to the airport after fleeing the state in a pair of charter jet. So , uh , when you're gonna look at it , if you're an elected official and you're going to do a big , uh , uh, um , spectacle like this, you gotta do it in style. Make sure you get chartered jets. At least 51 members were on the flight . It's a source familiar with the plans, told the news, at least seven others were in route as well. Yeah. Unusual move. Same thing they did in 2003 will paralyze the chamber. It's going to stop business until lawmakers returned and the town or the session ends. Right? And so this is sort of a part of the playbook that , that I guess exists there. Speaking to reporters at the airport on Monday, lawmakers urge Congress to quickly pass federal legislation. Huh. And that's weird, right? Because Joe Biden just gave a speech on votes , getting rights . And we just heard that he's going to be telling us how important the , uh , for the people act are. And the John Lewis voting rights act. Arden's very weird that you've got this, this group of , uh, Texas democratic lawmakers, also landing and Capitol health the same day. What a coincidence, weird to protect voting rights. They're going to stay in Washington DC through August to run out the clock on the session, which began on Thursday. So you've got, you've got these Democrats who are going to DC for vacation for a few months so that they don't actually have to do their job out there in Texas. And this is going to be their new tactic for , uh , uh, I guess preserving democracy by not participating in the agreed upon democratic functionality that exists. So it's just, what's wild to me. Right? Uh , you've got the president who says the Republicans are trying to wreck American democracy by participating in American democracy by saying, Hey, we don't like what happened. We're going to pass some new legislation. We're going to introduce that in the house of representatives in Texas, we would love to get the opposition side to come in and, and give us their perspective on this and vote on it. Yes or no. Yay or nay. They can vote up or down. That's what happens in the house of representatives. You don't get to just kind of sit on the sidelines, right . And install stuff. So yes or no. Yes. Sometimes you lose votes that happens, right? Elections have consequences. Sometimes you'll lose. And so they would necessarily lose that vote. The Republicans would win. They would pass some voting rights register, registered laws and democracy would continue on in this case though, that would be labeled as wrecking American democracy. That's exactly sort of how democracy is supposed to function, but that function would be wrecking. It what these , uh , democratic lawmakers are doing though, is sort of heroic, right? It's an extraordinary effort and they're going to stay there to help preserve American democracy. They're going to stay there until August. If they have to, just to protect America by sort of taking one of the wheels off of the Democrat democracy car, right? No, we're not going to no, you don't. We're not going anywhere. If you don't go where we want to go. If you don't take this car where we tell you to take it, we're taking the tires off. How about that? And they just kind of get paraded by NBC news. So that's nice. Now let's take a look on board on their chartered planes. We can see here, we've got a group of , um , just outstanding people here, all on this chartered flight. Now, you know, no masks or anything, which I think is just outstanding, which is just great, fully endorsed that love the idea. Uh, hopefully they also agree with that. Jan, [inaudible] posted this at onboard Texas Democrats on their way to DC, where they plan to stay for more than three weeks to , to, to deny the state a quorum. And we have James Talerico over on Twitter , uh , says my democratic colleagues and I are leaving the state to break quorum. We're going to kill the Texas voter suppression bill. Okay. Voter suppression bill. Right. Which might just be very sad . I haven't looked at the bill, but probably just regular old , uh , voter integrity changes. As we're flying to DC, we're going to demand. Congress passed the for the people act HR one to save our democracy. These people are just so , uh , some , there there's something, my friends, good trouble. So Texas legend . So you see this group of people looks like a third grade classroom or something taking a picture third grade. I think that's a Mrs. Johnson back there. So that's nice. And they also , uh, they're all. So here you go. So this is the crew. This is the people we're looking at over here. So , uh, I think we got some purple hair back here. Is that purple hair? I'm not sure. I think it is purple looks about , uh, about what you'd expect right. From , uh, from the, from the Democrats. Oh, that's that's is that mean, is that a little mean? I can't be mean, I don't want to be mean, but of course right here they are. Here's another group on another chartered flight and uh, it's , it's basically , uh , it's basically what you'd expect. So once again, no masks, no mask for any of them there, which, which is just great, which is great. It's it's it's good. Good news. Good news. Hopefully they are , uh, very, very in favor of that in other areas. Now, as we know, they left. And so the , the , uh, the high school drama continues. So in, in Texas, now the Republicans who were still back in Congress doing their job , uh, not on a field trip. They, they , uh , uh, we're in session today and they passed a resolution that allows them to go and conduct an arrest. And so this was pretty interesting little clip. I pulled off of Twitter. And so they vote like 72 to six or something like that. And what you're going to hear something happen , and they're going to turn this direction and they're going to look up at the actual voting board. He was under the

Speaker 4:

Sergeant arms or officers appointed by him, Sam , for all absentees who ended attendance is not excused for the purpose of securing and maintaining their absence, a warrant over risk. If necessary, maybe you heard the motions are turning to ballast the question of record . So they're voting now. Right?

Speaker 1:

All right. And so, so it passed like 76 to something like that. So apparently there's an arrest order out for them. Now let's take a look and see what they're talking about. So this was written earlier before that took place, but here's some background on , on that. So they risked arrest by taking flight under the Texas constitution. The legislature requires a quorum, two thirds lawmakers to be present, to conduct state business in either chamber absent lawmakers can be legally compelled to return to the Capitol , which is what they just voted on. The source said, Democrats expect state Republicans to ask the department of public safety to track them down. So these Democrats are in hiding now, basically because there's , there's now an official order from Texas to go, go grab them , Texas. Governor governor made at tightening election rules of priority. He slammed the moves, a dereliction of duty. He says their decision to break quorum, abandons , Texas. He says, as they fly across the country on cushy private planes, they leave undone issues that can help their districts and our state. And I didn't see much about this in the media. I remember when Ted Cruz went to camp , which wasn't poor form, no question. Uh, it w you know, it was basically like a level five hurricane just wiped through the country. And there were people hyperventilating about that for like weeks on end . I can't believe he did that. And he went down to Texas. He went to Cancun , he left his constituents and all that stuff. And that was it . That was sort of not even official business. Right. He just said, no, we're just going to get the hell out of here. Right. You know , I'm rich. I got money. This is BS. I hate this cold weather. I live in Texas for a reason we're going to can code. Right. So, okay. Not a good look . Look , if you're an elected Senator from that state, just saying, Hey everybody, good luck. I'm outta here. Uh, but you know, I can't believe that happened. Oh my gosh, that's hysterical. Anyway. That's not the point. I'm trying to make. The point that I am trying to make is that he here , nobody cares. These Texas Democrats just picked up and just left. They just said, oh, we're on official business. We're on official duty. We're supposed to be, they're voting on voting bills and we're not going to vote on the voting bill. So we're going to go into hiding. We're going to pick up, we're going to go fly to DC. And it's like a heroic thing happened. Ted Cruz went on vacation. It was the end of the world. These, these women are literally abandoning their duty. Uh, and , and I think a man women and a man are abandoning their duties and , uh, going on a field trip with their pals in, in DC and nobody even bats eye it's , it's like the craziest thing. All right . So let's go back to the article. Republican house speaker, Dave fell and vowed in a statement to use every available resource under the Texas constitution and unanimously passed house rules to secure a quorum. The special session clock is ticking. He said, many of the Democrats listen to this paragraph, watch how they, how they read this. Many of the Democrats who fled. They have families. Oh, they have medical issues too. Yeah. They're like , I believe that. Or they have childcare obligations making the three week venture more difficult, which is, it seems very trying for them. Still the members have nonetheless been considering the extraordinary move for weeks to block the pending legislation. The democratic lawmakers would have to remain away through the end of the special session, which can last as long as 30 days under the constitution. Right? So very dramatics as we are citizen lawmakers, we don't get professional salaries said Fisher, where businesses are where someone else's employees that the three week trip would take on some, it's going to have a personal toll. They say so, so a lot of problems, very stressed out as I showed you previously, right? They're all just like melting. They're , they're making a sacrifice for you, America, for democracy, for voting. Cause those GOP racists , they're going to come out there and strip you of your ability to participate in American democracy. And so they have to just go out and save us all. Thankfully, they're doing that. And , uh , they're also, you, they, they look pretty stressed out, of course, on this, on this , uh , uh , selfie that they're taking. Uh , this guy looks a little uncomfortable, but you know, he probably should be, but, but they're , they're having such a bad time that they actually needed to bring with them an 18 pack of Miller light . Oh gosh, there it is. Right there. It's a case of beer folks. Not even any good beer Miller, let's do notes . It is. I spent a while since I've had any beer, but , uh, they're, they're bringing their own 18 pack with them while they're saving the Merrick on their , uh , private chartered bus and on their private charter jets to go land in Capitol hill the same day, the Joe Biden just happens to be giving a speech on voting rights in America. What a stinking joke. I mean guys, like if you're going to orchestrate this garbage, let's make it a little less obvious now because they are in such dire straits . Things are so hard for them. Everything is so dramatic. Uh, they're actually, you know, singing hymns now on the hill of the Capitol building here they are today, my friends, I just can't being there

Speaker 5:

When a new voting rights act for this century is there. And the rights that w struggled that so many lives were taken so much courage was demonstrated are preserved. Once again, I turn it back over to you for the questions. And , uh, thank you very much for all that you and all of your colleagues are doing here today.

Speaker 4:

[inaudible] the Capitol building. [inaudible] [inaudible] . Thank you, Ms .

Speaker 1:

T oh man. The tone. Deaf Democrats is a new name for a man. That was pretty rough, but okay. Well they're excited and happy for themselves. Let's see what is coming in hot from the questions [email protected] And by the way, everybody, if you're in the chat, I am using the form. So I'm not going to be looking for questions in the chat, but quick shout out to want to know we've got Jeremy [inaudible] in the house. We've got a thunder seven is here. We've got speech unleashed. And let's take a look at what is coming in from the questions we've got a ton. Oh no , we got a , that was picking up from yesterday. So let's see. First one here is from want to know, says a breaking news. The Cuban regime is hunting down protestors and imprisoning them without trial. Just kidding. That's the Kamala Harris administration and the Trump supporters to see you there want to know, let's see who else we've got. We have next up, we have John Dolores here says, all the Democrats do is protest. Why is this news? They act like a bunch of junior high students throw a tantrum and get your way or raise money. It's a, win-win from them. I'm so sick of these people. Yeah. It's sort of, it's kind of circular, right? It's it's always find a problem to complain about. Always raise money off of that. Never actually fixed the problem because if you do, you run out of a grift and you can't ask for money to go solve the problem. And so it's just a cycle that continues on and on. Good to see you. John [inaudible] we've got Joshua. Schwab is in the house, says that now that hunter is a world renowned painter. I wonder how long it will take him. So this is for the next segment says, I wonder how long it will take him to become a board member for any of the institutions that receive pandemic assistance payments, asking for a friend. So good to see you. Joshua. That was a hunter question. We'll get there. We've got under seven says , uh , what is going on? Is it legal for the Dems to not remain and do the job? So I don't, I don't know that it's legal. They just sort of issued a , uh , essentially an arrest warrant for them. You said they ran to Washington and they're singing songs. They're not even hiding their tyranny anymore. Why, what can the Texas GOP do to drag them back? I feel like we're living in a nightmare. It's kind of a joke. Isn't it? Uh , it sounds like they can just issue a warrant and go attempt to arrest them and see if that happens or not. We have J Heath 51 50 says the most significant threat sends the civil war. What a joke. The Democrats will do whatever they can to change the rules and maintain power. I'm so tired of the hypocrisy and the double standards from the left, the hamster running a wheel, they can never get off of. Yeah. Good to see you, Jay Heath. Good comment on that. It's it's everything is like the worst thing sent something else. Right? Member January six was the worst thing since Pearl Harbor is the worst thing in American history. The worst thing since nine 11 or even worse, many people are saying then nine 11. We saw that from Steve Schmidt, from the Lincoln project, right? That this is what happened on January 6th is actually worse than nine 11. And all of the other wars that followed as a result of that, it's like actually insane, right? These , these people are not connected to reality. We have another one from speech unleashed says, if the Dems say something enough, somehow the media and the left take it as truth. No need to let the facts get in the way of the narrative. They're trying to push. If you try to point out the truth, then you post your posts are deleted on social media, right? And we've seen a lot of that. A lot of censorship going on. No question, good to see you. We've gotten a dark, says Steve Bannon says he believes in the next 10 days that fan of Arizona will be submitting her report to the county board of supervisors with evidence of inaccuracies from the recent happenings in Arizona, man, Steve Bannon, you know, I listened to him on Tim pool and the caricature that you hear, Steve Bannon just generally speaking, I think is poorly, pretty intelligent guy and pretty articulate , uh , and actually very insightful. I actually really enjoyed that episode. Uh , want to know, says a lot of reporting that 60,000 votes were duplicated and in Georgia, Texas has 500 cases waiting in other states. So yeah , we're going to continue to see what happens with those we've got soul Viking is , is here, says pre suasion and preparation for pre subversion. Ooh. Yeah. That's that's a nice comment there. Pre-Suasion and preparation for pre subversion. Hm . I like that. It's got a good, it's got good alliteration. I think that's the word. Let's see. We've got speech unleashed says, I think that if any taxpayer paid representative walks out on a vote or meeting that they should have their pay docked for the day. If any of us call off work, we would get doc pay . So the same thing should happen to them. Sounds pretty reasonable speech on leash . Do you think that that's going to be the case? I doubt it. All right . Hyper Patriot is here, says it is unbelievable that they are being celebrated for not doing their job in any other profession. You walk off, fly away from the job you get fired. I strongly dislike how politicians live and work by different rules than the rest of us. It's a great point. Hyper Patriot. They just don't. I think understand what it's like to live in the real world, candidly. Right? And they, we hear this in the way that they speak. We see this even right. When, whenever a politician, Hey, how much does the gas of milk? Uh, a depths of milk. How much does a gallon of milk cost , right? Or a gallon of gas. And they don't know, they don't drive themselves. They don't, they don't do any of these things. They just pass rules for the rest of us, the little people, the peasants down out there. And they just make broad blanket statements that are not really connected to reality. Referencing AOC saying that Peru should just turn off their coal power plants. So I'll just turn them off. Just turn them off. Um , or no , not pu uh , Peru , uh , Puerto Rico, right? Just turn off your power plants. It's that simple. And they go, those are the only things that we use to get electricity dummy. Do you have any idea how this works? It's not that simple. All right. Let's see. We've got next up. We've got Kenny one B says, can the governor keep the session going through the next election to force those fleeing from their duty to forfeit their reelection ? It's a good question. Uh, so I don't know the specifics on it, right? It sounds like there's a special session that, that goes through August. At the end of that, I don't really know what happens next. Can they reform the body or table the bill for an next session or call another special session, right? There's all sorts of different ways. This can work. I'm going to guess that this is not long-term right. That they're not actually going to succeed in stopping this from passing, right. It's Texas, they've got the votes. It's a political spectacle. It's a political field day. It's a field trip for adults to go out there and make a big heyday about this. Make a big spectacle about this because they know that they can't do anything in Texas. They need the feds to do it. They say, oh, we don't want our local people to govern our local elections help us federal government help us Joe Biden because they know that the federal legislation that would modify how states run their elections would benefit their party. It's obvious. Okay. We have a Kenny one B, thank you for that question. Next up thunder seven is here. It says, Rob, I heard that many in SCOTUS were afraid of the angry, violent mobs to even look at the evidence. They have families. They were afraid of their loved ones would hurt or their homes burned down. So I understand that concept thunder seven. I think that there's probably some truth to that, right. But I think that truthfully, the bigger problem , um , with, with judges in general and , and particular in the Supreme court is that they focus almost entirely on legacy, right? They , they focus on sort of how they're going to be viewed in the, in the next 40 years. Right? When I went to law school, we were reading cases from the first judges like ever, right in , uh , uh, uh, Marbury versus Madison and many of the other cases early on in America's founding and judges know that, and they want their decisions and their opinions to be looked upon favorably in the history of books in the law school books, right? It's this big vanity thing. It's a legacy concept. And so they don't want to be the judge that gets remembered as , uh, you know, approving segregation. For example, they want to be the judge that is for whatever looks like a very, you know , golden decision progressive at the forefront of progress, I would say. So they were more concerned about that. The Supreme court didn't want to be the body that said that now the election was really bad because that would undermine the legitimacy of the court. Good question, John Dolores here says the Democrats are laying the groundwork. They are getting people in Texas riled up, building momentum to get out and vote, which is going to be coming up in 2022. And they're also laying the framework that when they get just blown out in 2022, which will happen that , uh , they can start claiming all of the fraud stuff, which will be hysterical because they were just telling us that we were insurrectionists for talking about that. Uh, erection, frogs, lawmakers are abandoning their children at the border, says the last villain. That's all right. That's a great framing. I love that brilliant. That's right. They've got, they've got kids at home and, and they've got medical issues and they've got all of the other problems that they're dealing with. They're just abandoning their children. Wow. Shameful, shameful behavior. Let's see what else we've got pandas here. Pandas in the house says how come voter ID is racist? Every county has voter ID in the EU. Well, well, Panda, this is because obviously you don't know, but Joe Biden and Kamala Harris told us that unfortunately, black people don't know how to get IDs or use fax machines or Xeroxes . So, so it's like, it's really a , it's not funny. I shouldn't be laughing about this. Joe Biden said that, you know, poor minority people in rural areas, they just don't know how to even access the internet. So if you said, you know , Hey, you have to register to vote. Or if you had to Xerox a copy of something, like go to a Kinko's or something like that, Kamala Harris says that rural, rural people just can't get out there. They're too dumb and too poor. And Joe Biden said that they're minorities probably, you know, just too dumb to go out there. So , uh, you know, I don't believe that at all. I think that they're both racist , uh, uh, jerks for saying things like that. But I certainly don't think so. I think that voter ID is pretty obvious, pretty reasonable. I think that most people, you ever see those man on the streets, there was a YouTube video of a man on the street who went, you know , whenever I went around to a bunch of African-American people in a city and said, Hey , um , you know, excuse me, just a quick question. Do you have an ID? And they look at him like, are you kind of a moron? What are you asking me that, of course I have an ID idiot. And all these people are just shocked that you would even ask him such a stupid question. And we have the president of the United States making similar statements and the whole thing just gets glossed over. So I think that's why it's racist because Joe Biden and Camila said it is , I think, honestly, that's the answer. Okay. Jeremy Murrieta here says, I really can't stand how the left makes up their own terms on top of that, the dams run and hide when they don't get their way. If they abandon their posts, they are giving up their right to vote on issues. It's a good point. We'll see if that comes to play. And then we've got two more. Miss lucky is here, says can another special session start if this one expires? So it's a good question, right? I don't know the intricacies of the parliamentarian rules there in , uh , in Texas, but I'm going to guess that if there's enough willpower, this is going to get done one way or the other, right? This is probably just the temporary speed bump. And then basically few futile . I would guess governor Abbott says he plans on calling a special session after session all the way to the 2020 election. So there'll be in DC for quite a long time. That's from feisty lady. So there we go. We've got an answer to that question. Thank you. Feisty lady for that, which is great. Right? So two people can play that game. All right. We'll see how that one goes. We have at dreary, your spider is in the house as should the GOP focus on reminding Americans. The Democrats were the one to give us the , the Jim Crow poll taxes and literacy tests. Also Joe Biden, eulogized Robert Byrd , who was in the KKK. That's right. He did. And I've been saying this for a long time that Joe Biden is responsible. I would say for more incarcerated people of color than anybody in American history. Kamala too . She's a close second. So , uh , nobody takes that into account either. And then lastly, let's see, oh, this is excellent news. What a , what a great way to end the segment. Excellent news coming over from Panda says, did you see the pandas are no longer endangered species? I did not know that, but that's excellent news. I did not I did not know that. So that means they're getting their Panda ongoing on and aren't they good for them. All right . Great questions. All of those came from , uh , watching the watchers.locals.com and we very much appreciate all the love and support over there. We'd love to see you over there. Thank you very much. All right . So we're going to change gears and move on into the next segment for the day. Let's see what we've got vaccine mandates. We've been talking a lot about these on this channel. We've been hearing that the army is going to be rolling them out for people in the army. The Navy is going to be rolling them out for people in the Navy, and now in France, you're going to need it for basically everything. And so I want to take a look at what they're doing because the French president Emmanuel Macron came out, gave a speech unveiling what their country is going to be doing. And , uh, as we sort of have seen elsewhere in society that as goes one, oftentimes goes the others. And so if this is just the first domino in a long list of dominoes that are going to continue to fall, we better be apprised of this. So we're going to take a look about what's happening in France. Then we're going to take a look at what I CNN contributor had to say about this. Talking about the concept that vaccines should be essentially mandatory, or we should incentivize people by creating some very strong disincentives to remaining unvaccinated . I know I used a bunch of negatives in that, but you get the gist of it. And then we're going to take a look at what's happening on college campuses. So camp we're going to campuses. We're going to go through all of that. There's a , a college Charleston college in South Carolina that essentially said that we're going to start making it so that if you're unvaccinated , you have to jump through all these hoops in order to attend our college. While the South Carolina attorney general fired off a letter to them and said, Hey, cut that out. And so they responded, they modified their policy and they're not going to be doing that draconian nonsense anymore. So we've got a lot to get into, right? This is something that many people are concerned may be trickling down into the United States. And so let's take a look and see how they are doing things in France. So from a VAR variety, the French president Emmanuel Macron announced new health rules to contain the spread of the Delta variant . Right now it's the new Delta variant. That country is currently hosting canes , film festival, several thousand guests. The key measure announced by McCrone will make the E U digital COVID certificate. So that's a thing commonly called the health pass, mandatory, mandatory in all cultural venues, including things like cinemas, theaters, concert halls starting on July 21. So that is like a week away. Starting in August, the health pass will then, then it become mandatory, basically everywhere else in public cafes, we have shops. We have restaurants, we have trains, planes and other places. Okay. So , uh , essentially your COVID digital certificate, your health pass now mandatory across France, July 21. Uh , we're going to just kind of , kind of ease you into this, the frog and the boiling water. Don't want to throw it right into the boiling water. You kinda want to turn the heat up. So we're going to start with cinemas and theaters and concert halls. And then we're just going to slowly escalate this up a little bit, trains and planes, and then restaurants and then shops, and then even your local cafes and everywhere you go, show them your ID, show them your vaccination badge. I'm vaccinated, I'm vaccinated. I'm all day long, everywhere you go. So what you used to be able to do freely in France, no longer let's take a look and let's listen in and see what the their president is telling them that is happening. Their country here is this guy

Speaker 6:

Situation. We need to come up with new ways of dealing with the virus, because it is so different to previous

Speaker 1:

Now, real quick on this, it's about a two minute clip, kind of hard to listen to, but I want to play through the whole thing. Cause I want you to hear the language that he's using. We're going to hear a lot of this here, and we're also going to hear from him what the consequences are. Fines, penalties, that doesn't come until the very end. It's a tough translation, but I want to just kind of suffer through this. Watch this guy watch. As he's speaking this our direction here he is.

Speaker 6:

It's waves. All of the vaccines that we have available in France will protect us against the Delta of variant Delta. It reduces its gospel , its ability to con infect others by 12 fold. And it protects us against the virus. The most serious forms by 95% . [inaudible] the more people take the vaccine . The more we will be able to fight against this virus and stop it from spreading . So that is why I would say we are once again, racing against the clock, racing against the clock to spend this summer vaccinating all summer vacs , indeed, to vaccinate as many people as possible everywhere throughout France, this year , all moments because France is a great country. One of science, science of the re pesto . And that is why it is up to us to protect our citizens. And we need to have faith and trust in science, progress, science, science, and reason. That is why we needed to strive for having vaccination levels at near 100% across in Brazil , have a sound in the future. This is why for those healthcare and working in hospitals clinics for time at homes, people working in disabled care facilities, anyone who works in a professional capacity or volunteer capacity, working with the elderly or the most fragile people at home, they will have , they will have to be vaccinated without waiting. It is compulsory for them compulsory because it is thanks to your sense of duty that you will do. So your sense of duty, you have to be vaccinated. They have until the 15th of September to do so. And we need to start now as of the 15th of September , checks will be carried out and fines and sanctions would be handed down for anyone who is not vaccinated.

Speaker 1:

Wow. Okay. So there is a , the French president, right? We heard a couple of things that are very sciency country. They've got Louis Pastore , which is great. We've got Thomas Edison over here. How do you think about that? Pretty good. So they've , uh , now basically thrown all in, right? And we're going in a totally different direction. We're not talking about herd immunity. We're not talking about, well, just enough to slow the spread or to flatten the curve or of that stuff. Now they're talking in France, 100% immunity, 100% vaccination near 100% is what he said. And if you don't want to do that while you're obviously anti-science because Louis Pastore is obviously brilliant and he would have gotten vaccinated if he could have, and you didn't. So how dare you. But he also talks about this being a duty, right? You've got an obligation. This is your duty. How could you not do this? And think about, you know, grandma in there, the same arguments we heard over here, the healthcare providers it's compulsory. Now you got to go get , uh , it's mandatory. So go get vaccinated. And in addition to that , uh , we're going to start checking you actually in September. So if you do not have your vaccine done at that time, and you're not in , you're not compliance , there's going to be checks. There's going to be sanctions and there's going to be fines for it. So you better go get vaccinated there in France. That is their president. And this is I guess, something that's coming down , uh , throughout their country. And we're going to start to see this spread elsewhere. We're going to get there. Let's see what else is coming from the article. He says the past, of course, it's the digital pass, which is your , your sort of vaccine card. This was launched on July one. It's meant to facilitate travel within Europe. It's going to ease the pressure for multiple tests by allowing people to receive a QR code, right? So once you get tested, you get a QR code. Or when you get vaccinated, you get official proof. You get another QR code. So you got to show your shots everywhere you go. So far, the certificate was only required at festivals in any events, gathering more than 5,000 people. So you see how this works. The frog in the boiling pot, the water starts off cool frogs , nice and comfortable in there. And we're only going to require this garbage at festivals only when it's 5,000 people or more. And then the turn, the temperature up the frog starts to warm up in there. As they start shrinking the , the scope of this thing down to you. Personally, the festival made it mandatory for all guests to show a health pass when entering Manny screenings took place, blah, blah, blah, PCR test tested every 48 hours during the Fest. So you got to just go and just get tested repeatedly, but they were able to attend the screenings and so on McCrone is also making the ma the vaccine mandatory for all doctors, nurses, and everybody else, those considered vulnerable, right? So , uh , it is just slowly trickling down. The first domino has already been knocked over and the rest is coming down. Now you might be sitting there in America. Like I am saying, oh, well, that can never happen here. We have a different system. Those are French people. What are the French know about anything? Right. And in America, we don't do that. We've got Liberty here. Don't we ? Well, we've seen how that works here. Historically speaking, when you see how yes. That the government will typically honor a lot of those things like , uh, you know, free speech and things like that. Oh, wait, they don't care. They just outsource it all to private companies. They just say, oh yeah, we're going to protect your free speech, but we don't care if Facebook doesn't or Twitter doesn't or YouTube does it, oh, we don't care a willpower . We won't go and investigate and sort of illegally access any of your data. But if Facebook does it and we just go get it from them and we sort of Jack in there and we don't care about any of that either. So now the concept or the idea of the speculation that this could never happen here. Yeah . Maybe not from the government. Right? You might not see Joe Biden coming out there and saying, well, everything is now mandatory. Like McCrone did, right? Because we have a different system here. If, if he did that, that would, you know, a lot of people would have a massive problem with that. So he can't do that, but he can sort of outsource this stuff, right? Trickle this down to other people, to other, let's say airlines, if they do it, or if a schools decide they want to do this, or if your local business does, or Walmart decides to do it, right. And you start to , to , to sort of outsource all of your government regulation that you can't do as a government, you just pass that off to private companies that you kind of are already in bed with anyways. Right? We all know that Facebook, they don't respond to basically anything that the government says. They called mark Zuckerberg in there in front of the Senate. And he just laughs at them and walks out. So we know how this is going to go. And it's already started. It's already well underway. Here is on CNN. This is a doctor, their correspondent, whomever. This person is you see this got 1.2 million views. This woman is going to be telling everybody else is these morons just nod their head in agreement. Uh , talking about how vaccines need to be made , uh, more mandatory by creating strong disincentives against people who are unvaccinated . So in other words, make it hard if you're, un-vaccinated make it a nightmare so that you just go, oh, enough of this already. Yes. All right. I forget about my health. My well-being my freedom, my Liberty, all of that stuff. I'm just so sick and tired of complying with all your government regulations that sure. Just inject that garbage into my body. No problem. So now we've got them saying that they actually want to make it that way, right? They don't like how it is right now. It's too easy to exist. Unvaccinated . You just, there's no repercussions for it. What are you kidding me? This is the biggest threat to democracy. Now we have a , this woman here, who's going to be wagging her finger at all of us.

Speaker 7:

I think this really depends on what it is that we do at this point. So now we have this Delta variant that is much more contagious because it's more contagious. It's going to be even harder for us to reach herd immunity. We're going to have to vaccinate and even higher proportion of people to get there. What happens then if we end up having another variant developing that's even more contagious, that could cause more disease. That could be the protection of our immune system. And so how quickly we get this under control and which way we go, depends on what we do now. When it comes to vaccination to overcoming disinformation. And what we really need to do at this point is to make vaccination the easy choice. It needs to be hard for people to remain unvaccinated right now. It's kind of the opposite. It's fine. I mean, it's easy. If you're unvaccinated , you can do everything you want to do anyway . But at some point, these mandates by workplaces, by schools, I think it will be important to say, Hey, you can opt out, but if you want to opt out, do you have to sign? These forms have to get twice weekly testing. Basically we need to make getting vaccinated the easy choice. That is what it's going to take for us to actually end the pandemic. Like I, so

Speaker 1:

What she's talking about is reversing the presumption of freedom, essentially. Okay? So in America we have the ability to just kind of live our lives or so we thought, right, that was the starting point. We all get to make decisions. We all get to live our lives. It's called Liberty. We don't have people telling us what to do, where to go, how much this, all of the things to do, we kind of do. But we left all of that to create a better version of it, which has sort of descended back into the old anyways. The whole point is what she's talking about is you, the default is no longer a choice. The default is vaccination. The default is whatever the government tells you to do. Government says the vaccine safe and healthy. You got to go get it. And if you don't do it, we're going to create it. We're going to make it so painful for you. You're going to have to get vaccinated twice weekly. You're going to have to fill out forms is going to be so miserable that you're just going to be regulated into compliance is essentially what they're doing. They can't come out like they did with McCrone and France and just mandate it and say, we're going to find you and penalize you if you don't get it. But here, they're going to say, well, we can't do that here. So we're just going to make it just a nightmare. If you're not vaccinated. And she is literally sort of default flipping the default, the default ordinarily would be, I'm a free man. I'm a free person. I can live my life. However I want to live it. And what she's going to do is say, well, not so fast there, buddy. You are a walking virus factory, and you're responsible for killing grandmas everywhere you go. So therefore, we're going to reverse your presumption of freedom and we're going to make it a presumption of you have to fall in line with whatever society deems best. You just have to get in line with that. And if you don't, it's because you don't believe in science or you don't believe in duty, right? And you're just probably a racist American person in general. We're hearing this from many, many people now in the media and in elected positions of power so much so that the Republicans are starting to push back on this. And so I want to pause and , uh , talk about a couple , uh, situations in the country that are looking good, looking promising, pushing back against this garbage Republicans . Now, according to Axios are pushing a ban, a pushing to ban quote discrimination against unvaccinated people. This was written by Caitlin Owens. And again, you know, they're, they're going to sort of needle everybody who is talking in this manner, calling it, you know, quote discrimination as if, as if , uh, you know, not allowing you to come into a restaurant or something like that is not discriminatory, right? It's vaccine discrimination is exactly what it is, but she wants to quote it right as , as being this, which is very curious, because I was watching on what was I watching yesterday? Hmm . Well, I forget what it was. Anyway, state Republican lawmakers around the country, they are now pushing bills, at least one of which actually became law, which is going to give unvaccinated people the same protections as those surrounding race, gender, and religion, right? Because it's your health, why it matters. The bills would tie the hands as , as they say, tie hands , right? So again, it's framing. Language is important. Is it the hands of private businesses or is it let's say giving them more freedom to make decisions about what to do or something like that, where you could, you could write the article in a different way to protect their employees and their customers. So it's tying the hands from it's preventing them from protecting their employees and customers, but they also know how deep into the political psyche resistance to the vaccine has become on how vaccination status has rapidly become a marker of identity. Right. Which is a big problem. We've been hearing that , uh McCrone and , and even Fowchee say that people are sort of becoming vaccine hesitant because of the idea that , uh, I guess their political disposition is superseding. Their logical thought, I think is what their argument is. I don't, I don't get it, but that's their position. The big picture they say on a national scale, well-known GOP figures have recently escalated their rhetoric about the vaccination effort, comparing it to Germany in the apartheid at the state level, though, there's more bite to the bark. Many Republican led states have enacted some kind of restriction on the vaccine mandate or vaccine passports. And some state lawmakers are trying to make it illegal for employers, government, or private businesses to treat unvaccinated people any differently than vaccinated people using the same language found in the federal civil rights law. Yeah. And so, you know, it's like tie the hands of private businesses that want to protect their employees and customers. Okay. So why wouldn't they go get the vaccine then and go get the vaccine and aren't you protected? Like I don't. Okay. So let's take a look at two different states. Number one, Montana is a , now they have made it illegal to discriminate on the basis of the vaccine status with some exceptions within the healthcare sector, the law prohibits businesses, government entities, and places of public accommodation, like grocery stores, hotels, and restaurants from refusing to serve or withholding goods from anyone based on their vaccination status, right? Whether they have an immunity passport. So a bill like that, a law like that would apparently not work in France because this is saying that you can go to a store and the store can't discriminate against you. Okay. Employers aren't allowed to discriminate or refuse to employ someone based on the same criteria. This is a civil rights statute says Bagley . What the law is saying is that the restriction directed at the unvaccinated is prohibited in the same way as you'd be putting up a sign, be prohibited from putting up a sign that says no Irish admitted, right? I think it's a pretty good point on that. Pretty good point. Other state laws we've got Alabama, they prevent schools and universities from requiring coronavirus vaccines. They prohibit vaccination as a condition of receiving government services. And they ban businesses from refusing to serve someone based on their vaccine status. Several other states have also implemented measures, targeted more narrowly to state and local governments and schools. So I wanted to show you this right. Another place where a lot of sort of young people are held captive, and they're forced to do things like learning about certain ideas and other things are of course, colleges, right? Schools and colleges, where they want to sort of, you know, teach a certain thing we've been talking a lot about, well, it doesn't just go away . Critical race theory. Doesn't just go to wokeness. It just doesn't go to, you know , communism is , is amazing and America is the worst. It's also now going to vaccinations. Of course. So the college of Charleston in a , uh , interesting victory for, I would say the free choice for vaccination, the college amends its COVID-19 vaccination policies after concerns were raised by the attorney general. So the colleges, the Charleston college, the attorney general is Alan Wilson . And we've got some documents, some letters that they sent back and forth to one another. And so this is from the college of Charleston, they're abandoning their punitive COVID-19 testing regimen for [inaudible] students after receiving a warning letter from the state attorney general. So a different approach, okay, we've got in , uh , Montana and Alabama, they are passing laws in legislation, right? The state legislatures are saying, we don't like where this is going. And so we're going to make sure that we can't do that here. So they're passing legislation to prohibit some of this stuff. But another way to do it is to have the attorney general, which is sort of the chief lawyer of the state, just, you know , sort of police. Some of this stuff say that what you're doing there is it's feeling discriminatory. And we already have some existing laws in place that may prohibit discrimination, discrimination based on health reasons. So let's take a look at this letter that was fired off over to the president of the college college of Charleston, president Andrew Hugh says here, this was emailed and sent over by the attorney general of South Carolina office of the attorney general state of South Carolina, July six. He fired this off. He says, listen , uh , dear president Hugh the office here has received a number of inquiries into the tent and the application of the recently circulated COVID-19 policy. He says, well, you know , help me understand this. The policy could be read to imply that unvaccinated student that refuses to participate in a survey and monthly testing that they may be reprimanded and it might be kind of harsh. What do you have to say about that? He says it's a well understood principle of law. What cannot be done directly. Likewise can not be done indirectly. Either court would most probably apply this rule here. He says, as you know, the general assembly has prohibited any state institution from requiring vaccinations. So they already did pass a law, which means that students and their families are left to exercise their own independent judgment. It's a personal decision as a result. No state institution may mandate that because I strongly urge the college to revise its proposed COVID 19 vaccine policy. Let's back up here. What was the original policy? So here it says the original policy was that a required [inaudible] college would have required unvaccinated students to subject themselves to monthly COVID-19 testing or face unspecified sanctions. Right? So that's all, it was sort of monthly testing, which is a big deal, right? It's a big deal to go out , to be tested every month. Since I strongly urge the college to review and revise the policy, the college should clarify while it may encourage vaccinations, there will be no reprimand or punishment or any other adverse consequences. Once the policy has been appropriately revised, send me a copy there, Mr. College president. Here's my email address. I appreciate your attention to this matter. If I can ever be of assistance to you or your staff, let me know, signed off on by South Carolina, attorney general, a good person over there, Alan Wilson . And so the college responded, they said right back the next day, I believe this was the next day. Let's see. Is there a date on here ? He didn't date this. Okay. Thank you for your July six letter regarding the car . Oh , vid protocols here at this school. I'm thankful for this. I share your desire to have a good fall following your guidance. Earlier today, we issued a clarifying message enclosed regarding our campus protocols, following your guidance. I feel confident with this message that the college's position is very clear. Now it is very clear. Our message reads in part, it says as has always been the case. Students are not required to be vaccinated in order to enroll. Please note, we strongly encourage all students to get vaccinated in order to help with the mitigation efforts. Got it. For those students who are not vaccinated, they will not be required to participate in monthly testing protocols. However, given the social nature and highly density of college campus, health experts strongly encourage monthly testing. Uh, at minimum college will offer voluntary weekly testing to help facilitate this as if he says, listen up . Furthermore, I want to personally assure you that no student will have any adverse consequences for making a personal choice to not be vaccinated. Thank you again for contacting me next time. You're in Charleston. I hope you'll come by. We can have a visit and chat about all this stuff. So , uh, you know, a sternly worded letter can oftentimes have that effect on an institution. And so that , uh, attorney general certainly did that. All right , let's take a [email protected] . Let's take a quick look at the chat. See who else is on over there? We've got Relic hunters still in the house. We've got our , uh , Arcturians is now here. I haven't seen Arcturians in a long time. Want to know is chime in and speech unleashes in there . Good conversations taking place. Let's [email protected]ocals.com . Let's see, we've got a COVID we just got done talking about let's see here. Uh , the last villain is in the house as they are using the Delta variant, the new Lambda variant to up the fear and to set up for the winter lockdowns pre suasion is what he says. Ah , love that. Brilliant. Yeah. Winter lockdowns coming up. Get ready for them. Uh, are we, are we still, are we still on the 15 days to slow the spread window? I'm not sure yet. Okay. Wants to know, says where are the science studies for possible birth defects? And the only one immune seems , uh , immune system seems it's the drug companies. That's from want to know. Good to see. You want to know? Let's see, we got thunder seven says big pharma just paid him 1 million for the public ad Fowchee received millions, promoting the experimental , uh , jabs. I hope all the Democrats got vaccinated two or three. And now the booster. Yeah. And so we already heard from the woman on CNN who said that, well, Delta's very dangerous and we got to get vaccinated so that we're prepared for the next variant. If there is one, which there will certainly be one that's already called Lambda going to have probably another one. Kappa gamma, Delta feta, all of them. Right. It's like a frat house of COVID. Okay. We've got, let's see, we've got a speech unleashed says I have always felt extremely lucky and privileged to live in the U S but never more than today. I'm praying hard that our country doesn't go that far. Imagine being forced to have a , an experimental item injected into your body or going broke in paying fees. Yeah. And your government actually telling you what to do. I mean, ordering you to do something like that work . We're getting closer to that here in the United States speech. I mean, they, there that you have to go by healthcare now, for example, you actually have to go do something, right? It's a, it's a thing let's see. Miss lucky is here, says like the frog in the pot, it is like the camel getting his nose under the tent. What happens next? The camel with his nose under the tent. I've never heard that one, but I love that. Right. I'm going to guess that the tent gets accessed or flipped. Right? That's we kind of know where that's going. Good, good. One. I like those little plays on words. That's a fun one. All right, Kenny, one B says, can't take your dog to the groomers or for boarding without showing proof of vaccinations. Okay. So , so I think Kenny one B I think, I think you're pro uh , well, I don't know . I'm not gonna make it. I'm not gonna make an assumption. Listen, I'm not anti vaccination. I'm not, I'm not pro or anti any of that stuff. I'm anti the government telling you that you have to go do certain things. Always, always, right. I don't care what it is. Could be vaccines. It could be, it could be basically anything. I don't like that because we live in a free nation. Dang it. And we have to hold the line on that. On all of these little, they might, I feel like these minor encroachments is why he flipped out when they started to tell us to lock down, because I knew it was not going to be 15 days or 14 days. It was going to be indefinitely. And here we are. All right , we've got three girls. He says the vaccine passport in France reminds me of China's social score. Next France will mark their citizens with QR code tattoos, force them to wear badges. It's downright sickening. The level of authoritarian BS that is invading France from three girlies. I'm with you. I've I've been to France. Uh, I had , uh, I had , uh , I actually didn't enjoy it all that much, quite frankly. So, you know, I'm not sure what's going to happen over there. All right. We've got hyper Patriot, says America, the land of the oppressed home of the cowards, will it take for the , what will it take for the people to rise up and reclaim their freedom to show how brave they really are? This medical tyranny is unbelievable. And to see Americans bend the knee to it is infuriating. It's not even just bending the knee. Right. You know, some of that , uh, you know, I'll admit, right. I mean, I sort of, okay. I guess we'll lock down. I mean , what else are we going to do? Right. I guess, I guess we'll, we'll be good citizens. I guess we'll just lock down and close office for a month and oh , well we're opening up close back down again. Right? Cause it's like, what can you do? But you know, at the same time, there's a point at when your Goodwill starts to expire. Okay. I'm a part of society. We're going to go along. I disagree with what you're doing. I think this is wrong. I don't think it's productive at all. I think it's actually wrecking the country, but okay. I'm not elected. You are. So we'll, we'll give you a crack at it. Let's see what you can do with this thing. And , uh, that expires right. That Goodwill expires at some point. And especially when they continue to lie to you and tell you that certain things are a certain way and then they're not. And it's actually obvious that they already knew that and they were covering this all up. And , uh, it actually may in fact have escaped from a lab up. Sorry about that. We were , we were calling you all crazy lunatics for a while there, but you know , you might've been right. And , uh , there's some other things that maybe you're right about. And so, you know, now we know that this is kind of the way things are going to be for the foreseeable future. At some point, there's going to be a segment of people that , that just kind of have had enough of it. Right? And we're just not, not going to play ball anymore. But I think the bigger problem is the people , people that aren't not just bending the knee, they're sort of taking up arms on behalf of that side, on the side of the totalitarians, the authoritarians, the people out there that want absolute total control of your life. And if you don't give it to them, as we heard from Missy and , and con contributor over there, they're going to make it more difficult for you. They're actually going to impose some penalties for you. You got to get twice, you got to get tested twice weekly. Otherwise you can't go anywhere. It's like, what are you talking about? Uh, this that's not going to happen in this country, Madam. Right? That's not going to happen here. Uh, okay. So, so thanks. Thanks for that. But there are people who will stand behind her and fight down your door or on her behalf because they think that , that they're on the side of righteousness. They think that they're on the side of, I guess, freedom or American values. They are so far removed reality. That it is actually scary. There's no question. All right , we have a Nadar. The free human is here, says, I say, give me Liberty or give me death. Well, that means, that means you just , uh , you just violated the 2019 FBI mobilization indicators protocol. They're in a dark. We talked about those yesterday. I think you're in group B there for , uh, for caution and concern. So a good news. You're probably already on the FBI list with me. So you don't need to worry about that. You already know, you already know how the game is played here. You've been with the channel for some time. All right . We've got a new Dobbs . Again, says COVID aside , can an employer discriminate if an employee has aids , if no, then why do they think COVID is special? That laws can be ignored. Nidar the unboxed is here. As we got into dark . Let's see who else we've got. Be brave, says they will get FDA approval and we'll immediately see the mandates. And then they'll go door to door. I think you're exactly right. I'm actually surprised it's taken this long to get the , uh, the FDA, you know, full approval, but they're gonna , they're gonna get that. And then at that point in time, it's, you're out of options. All right, last question here says, hi, Robert, if everyone is supposed to have a passport, what will happen if you lose it? I don't want us to be carrying it around this silly passport. What happens if we lose it? Are we heading to have microchips installed into us? Not for me. Yeah. Or you know , the microchips or, you know , just biometrics, right? So just sort of match your COVID identity marker to your retina or to your thumbprint or to your face scan or whatever. Right? You take your phone with you everywhere you go. So that's all you need. You don't actually need the microchip. A microchip actually limits functionality, right? If, if , if you have to put a microchip into your body, well, it doesn't have a camera. It doesn't have a microphone. Doesn't have GPS, doesn't it doesn't, you know, you're not actually inputting data into it. So it can't monitor your texts and phone calls until they can insert that directly into your brain and just gobble up everything that's happening in there. The phone is really the next best thing. It has literally everything. It has access to your entire digital world. Every conversation you have, everywhere you go, it's got it. It's tracking everything. It's probably recording a large portion of stuff, whether you know it or not. And we just all carried around with us. Like it's not, not even a big deal. Here it is. Oh, oh, I forgot my phone. Got to turn around and go get it. Can't go to the grocery store without that. Of course. So I better go get that because somebody better might call me in the next 15 minutes, turn around and get the phone. Right. So , uh , I don't think we need a microchips or any of that stuff. We've already basically , uh , chipped ourselves , uh , want to know says, did you hear no trespassing signs sold out? No, I didn't hear that. Is that right? Oh, this country is amazing. All right. We have Jeremy [inaudible] says I hate to see it, but the left helps make the right stronger, hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men and weak men create hard times. That's from Jeremy. [inaudible] one of my favorite quotes. Uh, and I agree with that, right? Some of my most trying times in my entire life have turned in , uh , created some beautiful things as a result. There's a book that I check in with it's called the daily stoic. And I think on July 4th, there was a really good one about that. Uh , uh, the daily stoic, it has daily stoic readings, 366 of them. And so I just kind of, well , when I'm at the gym in the mornings, just kind of Pope , uh , pop, open that book and you get a nice reading from, you know, Marcus or really us, or , uh , you know, one of the Stoics in there. And on July 4th, there was a quote very much like that. Right. Sort of the, the obstacle is the way the, you know, the adversarial path. That's the path you got to take. If you're looking at three paths and there's an easy one, a hard one and a really hard one. You've got to take that one. Sorry. Like that's the one because there's treasure on the other end of that. So great book. Great quote. Thank you for that, Jeremy. All right. And our last segment of the day, we are going to be , uh, talking about's oh, hunter. Biden's back in the house. Forgot about that one. All right. So hunter Biden and the hunter Biden laptop, the laptop that's fortunately will never go away because we don't know what's in it. And information continues to leak out. And as it does, we continue to see that there is in fact more going on than maybe meets the eye recall on this channel. We talked a lot about the, a hunter laptop and Tony Bobby Alinsky and Barisma , and all of the nefarious activities at hunter Biden was involved in prior to the election taking place. When literally nobody else was talking about it. We even showed on a ground news. It's a news aggregator site. We went and looked at the stories and it will show you what different entities are covering, what stories. And so it'll say these right wing websites are covering this right wing story. These left wing websites are covering this left wing story. And so on that hunter Biden stuff was a total blackout the entire election on all of the major mainstream sites. So they didn't talk about it banned from Facebook and all sorts of different places. And that was a pretty big problem because there's a lot of troubling stuff on the laptop, and it doesn't just necessarily center around hunter Biden. It also implicates Joe Biden. And as this continues to drip out, and as more and more people are investigating this, this is going to continue to be a problem for the Biden administration. And it's probably going to grow into a much bigger problem at candidly. So let's take a look. Breitbart gave us a headline here, says that our copy of Biden's laptop confirms that Joe Biden was a direct beneficiary of his son's deals. Okay. That's a big claim, a direct beneficiary of this, right? And we've already talked about this, Tony Bobby Linsky , and some of the text messages between hunter and his associate when he was on barista . We flushed all of this out previously, but there were, there were conversations taking place and it was kind of difficult to directly implicate Joe Biden. Right? And so the , the defense back during the election was well, it's who it's , who knows what Hunter's doing. Well , what does that have to do with Joe? Joe doesn't know anything about it, and they'd ask him about it. And he said, my son is the smartest person in the world. And I don't know anything, any of that. Well, it doesn't look like. So Peter Schweitzer is the name of this guy. We're going to take a look at who he is. I pulled up his Wikipedia. He's part of an organization called the government accountability Institute, the gai , he was on an interview with Sean Hannity and he gave us some pretty interesting tidbits here. He says the president, Joe Biden was a direct beneficiary of hunter Biden's financial deals with foreign interests . And so he said on the show that we have a copy of the hard drive laptop and all the files, he said, it confirms the Joe Biden was a direct beneficiary. Okay. It's a big claim. We have a clip of the show, but let's take a look at this guy who is this guy, Peter Franz Schweizer American writer, political consultant, president of the government accountability Institute, senior editor at large over at Breitbart, which is where I pulled the article from a former fellow at the conservative Hoover institution. And he wrote Clinton cash in 2015. Books also made a I'm sorry, discussing donations that were made to the Clinton foundation by foreign entities. And so he's kind of a , you know, a right wing guy , uh, do, as I say, not as I do profile in liberal hypocrisy, Clinton cash went to Oxford, went to George Washington university political advisor , 56 years old , uh, uh , let's see, Peter swisher.com . And , uh, okay. So he's got a lot of , uh , historic history as somebody who sort of is on the right side of the conversation and then goes after the left, right? When after bill and Hillary Clinton , uh, profiles and liberal hypocrisy, all of that. So we, we, we got that, right. We know who he is. Uh, no qualms about the fact that there's no allegations or implications here that this guy is sort of a centrist independent journalists , but he's a right wing guy who wants to go and take out his left wing opponents, nothing wrong with that. You just gotta make sure you understand that. That's what we're talking about. He runs this organization and you're going to see some names in here that, that cause people's hair to stand up. If you are in the media , uh , the government accountability Institute, what are they? Well, it's a conservative think tank based in Florida founded in 2012 by Schweizer . Oh, who else? Ban . And Steve Bannon. Oh, and we got Robert Mercer. Remember the Mercer families. They allegedly are, you know, this, this , uh , shadowy cabal of , of right-wingers out there who are wrecking America, slicer serves as the group president, the group is known for pushing conspiracy theories about Hillary Clinton in 2016, as well as conspiracy theories about Joe Biden before 2020. And so , uh, as we know from Wikipedia, it's pretty slanted one direction. So basically any time that they say something like this, about somebody, it's almost like a pure vetting of that individual, which means this guy is probably one of the most trustworthy people on the planet. If he says, if Wikipedia is characterized , characterizing his work as conspiracy theories about Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, it's probably brilliant work. And it's probably pretty accurate if they're going to label it that as we have seen here, right? Most of the things we talk about that are conspiracy theories, they turn out to be basically true. So according to Bloomberg business week, the organization is a self-styled corruption, watchdog group funded by Rebecca Mercer, the Republican mega donor. I think she funds a lot of different things. I think she actually may fund some of project Veritas stuff. So members of the board, they includes the Bannon hunter Lewis , Ron Robinson, president of the young America's foundation went and hall and Peter Schweitzer, of course their research method. They include analyzing tax filings, flight logs, foreign government documents, as well as engaging in data mining in the deep web 97% of information on the web isn't indexed by traditional search engines, right? There's a lot of stuff out there that Google just doesn't care about does an index doesn't look and you can't find it. So he goes and looks in that stuff between 2012 and 2014, they received donations 4 million from the Mercer family and the Koch brothers and their donor trust. Right? So a lot of these names have been sort of puffed up as these nefarious actors from the right wing or conspiracy theories. Okay. So that's who this guy is. That's what they do. And apparently they've had a copy of this laptop for some time. So let's listen in. This is from Sean Hannity show. There is a, I think it's about a minute, about a minute long clip here, but in the clip, they're going to be talking about the laptop and there's something interesting legally happening here. Uh , Schweizer has a copy of the laptop and Sean had it. He says, well, I don't have a copy of the laptop. My attorney said that I couldn't get a copy of that. Why? And he says, well, cause there's some stuff on there that is problematic. Here's why I have a copy anyways. So , uh, you probably already know what kind of content might be problematic. What kind of content would Sean Hannity's lawyers say? You don't want anything to do with that? You don't want to touch that. You don't want a copy of it. Don't ask for it. If it's been offered to you, don't take it. Don't even get near it. Don't touch it with a 10 foot pole. Don't even think about it. What kind of content might be on there? Don't have to be a defense lawyer to piece that one together. But let's the Bidens

Speaker 8:

From the beginning have lied and shifted the goalposts . At first, remember they said, no, there are no foreign deals with the Chinese. That's all fake news. But then when it,

Speaker 1:

And , and real quick, I apologize on that. Turned out. There's two parts of this thing. He's going to walk back through the slow progression. He's going to say, oh no, they said hunter didn't do anything wrong, but then he did do something wrong, but Joe didn't know about it up, but then Joe didn't know about it, but then he kind of knew about it, but not the full extent, but , uh , then he didn't get the benefit, but he wasn't the beneficiary. And he walks us through that. It's pretty good. Listen

Speaker 8:

Yields were real. We show that they were real. They said, well, you know, Joe Biden had no knowledge of those deals. When we showed that Joe Biden had knowledge of those deals that shifted to , well, he never discussed it with his son. Then when we showed that he discussed it with his son, they shifted to, well, he never directly benefit , uh , what we see from the hunter Biden laptop. And , uh , we do have a copy of , by the way, here at gai , uh, of the laptop and all the files , uh , it confirms that Joe Biden was a direct beneficiary. You have a

Speaker 5:

Copy. The New York post has a copy. The daily mail has a copy. And my lawyers won't let me get a copy, even though I'm an offer to copy because , uh , I am told that there are things on there that would be illegal to be in my possession if I had him . And I, and I appreciate my lawyer's looking out for me, but , um, is that true?

Speaker 8:

Uh , it , it is what you don't want is you don't want access to the photos , uh, because , uh, at least I bled and led to believe. So what we have are all the emails, all the attachments and your ,

Speaker 1:

Okay, so we have all the emails, we have all the attachments, what you don't want are the photos. He also, we also just read from Wikipedia, right? That these guys do a lot of the , the deep web searches. So they're sort of plugged in into the dark web and Tor networks and all of these other , uh, areas of the, of the web that most people never go or even think about. So they are, you know, sort of experts and plugged in, in that space. They have a copy of the hard drive. They don't have a copy of the photos. And it sounds like that's because the photos would be highly illegal. Right. And what kind of photos are highly illegal? It's typically photos involving children. And those photos are of them doing awful, horrendous, highly evil, very illegal things. And so that's what they're talking about without them talking about that. Right. Which means that if that is in fact, on a laptop, on a hard drive somewhere, that's a highly, highly, highly problematic thing for the Biden family, for the byte administration. If there's any cover-up with any of this stuff, that's basically, you know, if that ever hit the public, I think that's the end of the administration, honestly. Right? There's one thing that nobody in America stands for. It's wrong things being done to children, if that ever got out. And there was any hint that this was being covered up. I mean, I don't, I don't know how, how any administration, politician, or family could survive an allegation like that on a national scale. So, you know , who knows if that is in fact in there, but this got me thinking a little bit differently, right? How did this guy get the email and where did all of this stuff originate from? And so I started to think back, maybe that , uh, remember what happened with the laptop in the first place, allegedly hunter Biden took it to an apple repair store, forgot about it. Cause he was cracked out of his mind somewhere. And they, the , uh, the , the, the person who received the hard drive called the FBI, they came, there was a lot of problems with that. Like a lot of questionable activity that took place there, but apparently this guy made an image backed up the hard drive, and we don't know what happened with that. Right. Uh , did he upload it to the internet? Is, is, is that image, is it a one-to-one copy of that hard drive, uploaded, floating around tore somewhere? Is it floating around the dark web that , that , uh , this guy has a lot of experience with? And if so, you know, did they download a copy of that? And did somebody strip out some of the, you know, the , the illegal images from that file or not. And if it's being passed around with the illegal images and then being in possession of that is highly illegal, right? Because even, even if he didn't make any of those images or even look at them , being in possession of them alone is highly, highly illegal. And it's something that is not joked about, right. Uh , you go to prison for years based on images, 10 years on image, you got 50 images. That's 10 years time. It's a lot of time in prison just for being in possession of the images. So you can see how quickly this gets problematic, which is exactly why Sean Hannity and his lawyers, they don't want anything to do with it at all. So then the next question becomes, well, if somebody made a one-to-one image of the exact hard drive, and there are those images that are floating around in the image, right? So we're talking about a copy of the hard drive that might contain illegal images. And those are being spread around the internet. Is there a file or a version of that that has the images stripped out of that that would enable this guy or the New York post or some of the other news agencies that Sean Hannity was mentioning to , to , to shift around or to spread around the files, but then you might be saying, well, why would anybody even want to touch those files and who would've prepared that file so that we know that it is missing any of the illegal images. And so you've got this file when the point of all this is, you've got this, you've got this file. That is very dangerous file. And nobody really knows what's in it. Nobody wants to touch it. Nobody wants to look at it. It's sort of being spread around , uh, the , the, the dark web maybe, right? I haven't confirmed that, but , uh, I would guess that it copies of this are being passed around from person to person. And everybody's going through this very slowly and very carefully, which is why this information is , is sort of slowly trickling out in front of our eyes. We know the New York post is also going through this because they gave us this image. And this was one that is sort of shedding new light on the conversation about what Joe actually knew here is Joe Biden. Here is hunter Biden. And here are some of Hunter's business associates. Okay. We've got Jeff Cooper, Carlos slim at Mexico, Mexican billionaire, Miguel Alamar Velazco , we've got Miguel Alamar , we've got Magnolia and a photo. This photo was taken in 2015 guests who was vice-president back then Joe Biden was right. And we have in the living room of the Naval observatory. So here's hunter Biden standing there. Uh, I I'm guessing this is not take your kid to work day , right? He's not there. Uh, as on the board of barista , which is a company over in the Ukraine, right? These are Mexican business officials , uh , Mexican billionaire, and they are doing deals. And here is Biden standing right there in the middle of it. This was reported by Miranda Devine . This was posted back on June 30th. Laptop shows that Joe Biden attended meetings between hunter and his Mexican business partners, right? Joe Biden was there. She says, at some point the Biden white house is going to have to confront the evidence of the president's involvement in hunter shady business deals. Joe Biden says he never knew a thing about Hunter's deals when he was vice-president right, when he would be able to wield influence, but evidence of bounds on Hunter's abandoned laptop of Joe's involvement. For instance, Joe invited hunters , foreign associates to breakfast meetings at his vice presidential residence and to his office in the white house, the laptop shows he took his son on air force two to countries where hunter was doing deals. And on at least one occasion included one of Hunter's business partners on the trip, more than 100 events scheduled in Hunter's diary at the VP's residence, more than 100, among more than 100 at the Naval observatory in DC, there were meetings which appear to overlap with Hunter's business interests, right? The two were working hand in hand. We already all knew that, but now it's sort of being confirmed breakfast with dad. Nave OBS is one such meeting, right breakfast with dad at the Naval observatory recorded eight 30 on November 19th, 2015 five photographs date stamps on that day or taken at 10 0 3, 10 0 4. They appear on the laptop. They show Joe Biden posing with four of Hunter's business associates, including Mexico's billionaire Carlos slim and Miguel Almaguer Valasco . But breakfast with dad. Guess what had breakfast? Right? Carlos slim and Miguel Almaguer Valasco down here. So Joe Biden absolutely knew about it. One photo also features Velazco son , the founder of budget, airline interject who's Acapulco mansion, hunter and wife, Kathleen stayed at in March Jeff Cooper, a long time Biden family benefactor ran one of the largest asbestos litigation firms in the country. Also appears the photos we're taking in the living room of the VP's residence, which was painted at the time in a daffodil yellow chosen by Jill Biden. Isn't that nice featuring a distinctive painting by Vermont artists, Wolf Kahn on loan from Addison, Ripley, fine art in Georgetown, two floral chairs and a pink tone silk rug in the photos match the decor of the living room and the background of whatever. Right. Who cares about the decor? We care about the people in the room with Joe Biden and the allegations that he had no idea any of this stuff was going on . No idea , liars, all of them. So, so , uh, well , let's go back. Let's see here. Oh, so let's go back now to the original interview. So I sort of took us on a detour. We were talking about Schweizer who's in possession of the laptop who sort of implying on Sean Hannity show that maybe there's some very problematic, highly illegal evil pictures. The, on the photograph, on the laptop that hunter Biden was in possession of. And so we go through that, we know that there's more smoke here. There's , there's more fire here. We already have been following the smoke. There's a , there's a smoldering flame of , uh, debris there that we have to sort through. And the G AI, which is the organization, that Switzer is a part of, they're still going through this. Breitbart tells us that they are in the process of investigating its copy of files found on the laptop. He said that the GIA is forthcoming reports on the laptop will expose disastrous dimensions of the Biden. Family says we're in the middle of the investigation now, but by the end of the year, it will be completed. It will take on a far more sinister tone than it has even now in terms of what it says about Biden and the vulnerabilities of the Biden family. It's that bad right handed. He said on a scale of one to 10, how bad are the coming revelations? He added the coming revelations based on what we are in the middle of right now on a scale of one to 10. And you know, Sean , I'm pretty cautious about this stuff, frankly are an 11 it's that bad hunter Biden claimed not to know whether the laptop was his asked in April about the authenticity he replied for real. I don't know for real, I don't know. No, seriously. I have no idea. It's your laptop, my man, and everybody knows it. And so, you know, my big question on this always for some time has always been well, where is it? Just release the whole tell what's in it. What's in it. What takes you so long? Why is this so complicated? And , uh , it actually is complicated from the way he described it. He said, listen, what we're doing is we're , we're reassembling every day of this guy's life, like day by day. So they go through and like every day is like a puzzle, essentially. He didn't, he didn't explain it this way, but I know what he's doing. So he said that, look, you know, most people, most journalists, what they do is they get a copy of the hard drive. You can imagine, right? A hard drive with access to email accounts and everything is going to have a ton of data on there. And most of it is going to be kind of hard to decipher unless you're that person a lunch with John? Well, who the hell was John? Where was lunch? What were you talking about? And so you got to take that meeting that's on a calendar on a Monday on Hunter's laptop and go , okay, John. All right . Well, what else was happening on March 5th? So you go back. What was Joe doing on March 5th? Okay. He was here, here, here, and now that day doesn't match. Okay. We'll go to March six. Okay. Hunter was here, Joe Biden was over. Oh, okay. If we have an overlap here. And in fact they're both over here and this guy was over here. And so, you know , you sort of take that all this data and you, and you sort of, you know , recreate a person's life and you go day by day and unpack it all. And so that takes some time. He's saying what other journalists were doing was sort of doing keyword searches, right? They open up the laptop, they type in Donald Trump and they sort of report on anything that showed up under Donald Trump. This is a little bit different. And this is where you're connecting things at a deeper level. And they're going to reveal all of that later. I do get irritated that we have this like drip, drip, drip, drip, drip stuff going on. But I also understand that there are tactical reasons to not also release the information, right . This stuff. If it is that powerful and vulnerable, what benefit do they get discussing any of that right now? What , what benefit does anybody get ? Um, right now versus let's say talking about this on the Eve of the 20, 22 election or on the Eve of the 20, 24 election, if Joe Biden makes it that far. So we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll see it when it comes out. I would like to see it. Certainly I think that a lot of this stuff would have been worth to worthwhile to investigate before the election, if any of the other journalists had not been doing a disservice to America and been doing their , their job, then that would have been good. But of course we know that they are not going to do that. All right . So let's see what you have to say over from watching the watchers.locals.com. And we got some questions coming in Hunter's laptop. Miss lucky says that the Dems have pushed the Russia, Russia planted its story. If so, why didn't sleepy, Joe ho hop all over that and put this whole thing away with evidence because it's not because Russia didn't plant it. If they did, then they would have a pretty easy out, but they don't. That's why hunter has to go and say, I don't know. I don't know where it came from. I don't know. That's a good question. I'm curious too. We have speech unleashed says, I think it is interesting that all of Trump's children were criticized in the media, but for some reason, Biden's son is supposed to be off limits. The double standard is overwhelming from speech unleashed. Well that's because he's just an artist. You know, artists are , are delicate and we don't want to offend them. We have ghost gunner says, oh no, I can't believe Joe is a corrupt politician. How is that possible? He doesn't even tweet mean things or instill insurrections. Please. Rob, reach out to Facebook to verify these supposedly facts. Yeah. That's from ghost gunner. I probably should just hire a fact checker just to maybe from Facebook. Maybe I can get one of their moderators to just fact check me on the show. We'll never get through the show. All right . Let's see what else we have we've got, want to know is here says, can a lawyer have copies of illegal photos without getting in trouble? Cause your a lawyer? No . So we don't, we don't get those images nor do we want them or want anything to do with those when you're talking about images like that, they strip them out of the discovery. So it never actually hits public record or any discovery files. You know, they're not going to , uh, I've worked on cases like this , right? They don't give you the evidence there . You still are entitled to go see it if you want to. But it's all done on secure terminals that are not connected to the internet. They don't want those images getting out. So in a typical criminal case, they just give us everything we say, Hey , uh, you know, our client was charged with a DUI. We want blood results. We want police reports. We want body cam footage. We want to know what your , uh , crime lab did and all this stuff. They got to give all of that to us, including the body cameras, the recordings, right? The photographs, what the, what? The actual handwritten notes of the crime tech lab, the crime lab technicians and things like that. But when you're talking about a case involving children with images like that, they don't send that over to us in our files. Right. That it is so, so protected for good reason. They don't want that getting out again because , uh, it , it , it proliferates and it it's a big problem. So, Nope. We don't get them. We don't want them. And I'm okay with that. Let's see. Oh, sock says Rob big fan. So being a lawyer, how do you find the gun from hunter Hughes ? He says, I checked Lex SCOTUS, FBI ATF, and found nothing. So any help would be great. So how do I find the gun that hunter used? Uh, so I don't, I don't know. I don't know. How do I find the gun from hunter used? I checked Lexus SCOTUS, FBI ATF found nothing. So I'm not, I'm not sure what you're asking there. Oh, sock . And I apologize. I'm not sure if you're asking, if you can go and sort of look up his registration. I don't, I don't think that you can do that. So I apologize that I'm just not understanding it probably it's probably on my end, the miscommunication. Alright . Leafy bug is here, says, so the FBI has had this laptop with a bunch of these images on it and they did nothing. You'd think that they would be something they'd want to follow up on, but they are too busy, leafy bug, trying to find all of the insurrectionists children, you know, afterthought, grandma in the Capitol building, somebody called the SWAT team, Saab D is here, says Switzer's report. Report will probably be more dependably delivered than Durham's. Yeah. Where is Durham? Where whatever happened to that guy, that's from Savi . And we've got a couple more coming in before we wrap up. We've got leaf bug is in the house. Leafy bug says I'm a little dubious. If this is coming through Hannity, as he spent the last three years over promising and under delivering, I totally agree with that with his predictions about what would happen to the deep state wrongdoers who were behind the Russia gate hosts . I totally agree with that leafy bug. Look, if Sean Hannity came out and said, listen, I talked to somebody and he said, this is a level 11 out of a 10 or whatever. I'd say whatever, Sean , you've been saying that for like four years. I like Sean Hannity, by the way. Uh, you know, I don't want to , uh, I used to listen to Sean Hannity, cleaning pools. Uh, I had , uh, back in the day, man, I had this old FM armband that had , uh , uh, ear earbuds, right? It was listen , no amp amp . It was an AMR man. Yeah. AMFM armband. Remember those things when you had the Sony Walkmans and those things, you kids don't understand what we had to go through out there, but we had these FM radios that I would put on my arm and go clean pools, listening to Shawn and rush and rush. And , uh, whoever else was on five 50 K FYI, it was Barry young in the morning. And some other people back in the day, they're not around anymore, obviously. Uh, but yeah, Sean , uh, the, the tick tock thing, the drip, drip, drip, drip, drip, drip stuff , um , um , I'm over it, but we'll see what else is out there. I do believe that there are some serious, seriously problematic things on this laptop. Just, just because of how the , the , the case is being handled right. There is , there's so much concern everywhere. You look about this laptop. The media is freaked out about it. The government is freaked out about it, and nobody wants to talk about it. That means there's some good stuff on there. Leafy , oh, we already got leafy bug. Sorry. I was going to do another leafy bug. We got hyper Patriots here, says it seems like half the country is aware of the Biden crime family. And it blows the collective mind that the other half of the country can not accept the facts. If the corporate media doesn't report on it, it is automatically dismissed as fake news. What advice do you have to open the eyes and the minds of the sheeple? You know, it's a good question. I'm a big proponent in just speaking out, right. And sort of , um, communicating your ideas. And I say that not necessarily that you aim your ideas at the sheeple, right? Because if you try to talk to somebody, most people are gonna kind of get resentful and they're going to dig their heels in. Right? So if you go to this person and you go to your family member and you say, Hey, dummy, do you know what Joe Biden's doing out there? Listen, here's a laundry list of all the crime stuff that's going on. They're going to say, oh, well, you're just a whatever, right? Because they've already been preconditioned pre-programmed to fall into that line of thinking they've been conditioned, they've been pre suaded to just sort of put up their defenses, anytime that you confront them with logic or reason. And so they just got their sort of rehearsed lines about, you know, democracy or whatever that they want to, you know , shove back in your face. And so I think th th the only thing that you can do is find what matters to you in terms of your principles and your values. So for this show, for example, we talk about accountability, transparency, and justice, right? I say those for a reason, those are guiding principles. I'm going to talk about things that I think needs some accountability, some transparency. And I want to talk about justice. I believe in those concepts, those are my orienting principles. And so if I come on here and we have some fun talking through those things, but, and that's kind of how I pick my stories, oh, let's talk about these things. And I'm trying to provide some value to the world, and I'm trying to offer a new perspective. And I'm trying to sort of learn out in public and process things in public. Then I, I, I think, I think maybe you might snag a person out there who says, you know, I didn't think about that, that way. That's interesting. But they came to you. You didn't go to them. So in, in AA, right in 12 steps, we talk about this a lot. It's a program of attraction, not a program of promotion. Okay. We don't go out in AA and say, Hey, alcoholic, you need help because what does the alcoholic do ? He says, I'm like , don't, you don't know anything about me. You don't know what I'm going through. You don't know my life, leave me alone. I'm fine. I know that because I was that guy for some time. And so rather than going out there and promoting, promoting, promoting, Hey, Joe, Biden's bad Republicans, good Democrats, bad Republicans, good Democrats, bad. No, it doesn't work. We've been trying that in this country for a long time, people are so bundled up in their ideologies. I'm a Republican. So I got to believe everything. The Republicans do. I'm a Democrat. I gotta believe everything the Democrats do . Or we can just have some conversations. We can discuss ideas and we can be authentic and we can be wrong and we can make mistakes. And we can look like fools, but we're having real conversations. Can , we're actually talking about some hard issues. We're talking about things that made people uncomfortable. We're talking about things that I don't know everything about, but we're still trying our best to, you know , build a community and think through these issues, have a little bit of fun while we're doing it. And then I think when people see that happening, it's a, it's attractive. They go, what's going on over there. That's curious. Hmm . That's kinda how I got to the program in a, oh , that's interesting. You know, those guys have something that looks pretty good. I'm not happy living in my miserable alcoholic life. I don't like this life. They've got something I want, let me go see what they're doing over there. And I think that's the recipe for success here. Candidly, I've said this before. I think that if you are somebody who sort of adheres to a more problematic ideology that focuses on division and fear and animosity, and sort of establishing yourself as a perpetual victim and eliminating incentives from people so that they really have no motivation to get out there and make something of themselves. Why should they, the world's a racist bigoted place. Why should they do anything meaningful? Well, what's going to end up happening is that is going to cycle itself into a downward spiral. It's going to be very problematic for those people. And the rest of society is going to look over there and say, I don't want anything to do with that. I don't want to be a part of that company. There were , everybody has to , uh , you know, walk around on eggshells. That doesn't sound fun at all. I like what's happening over here. I like freedom. That sounds interesting. Oh, they're talking about issues. That kind of makes sense to me. Oh, they're questioning things that are happening in the world. That looks attractive. That sounds fun. Let's go listen in. And then you'll, you'll get the open-minded will come in. And the close-minded won't and that's fine. I think a big part of, you know , having meaningful conversations is to know with whom to have them. There are many people in this country that are not worth the time to talk to, or even try to convert because they're too hardened. They're too ensconced in their superiority to have any will, to even talk to you. Their goal is to convert you to their ideology, forget about those people. Don't have to engage in them. There's plenty of other people who are much more reasonably minded that are interested in a better way of doing things. And so we'll focus on those people. We'll keep doing what we're doing. We're going to have a lot of fun hybrid Patriot you're here. You're a part of the conversation. And I appreciate it. Thank you for a great question. All right. Last one other day, we've got, oh, suc says he wants to know where the gun from Biden came from or something. So I think the gun, I don't know the type of gun. I think it was a handgun. I'm pretty sure it was a hand gun . I don't know what caliber it was or what make or model , but it was found in a trashcan . I think by a school is where it came from. And so that's why it turned into a problem. And you know , that should have been something that should have been reported. And it's , I think the secret service showed up and they kind of papered over the whole thing cause it was hunter Biden's gun and it was his spouse. And so they were cleaning up embarrassingly for, for these, you know , secret service officers, hunter Biden's personal baggage and garbage. That's all I know about the gun though. And those were great questions. Those all came in from watching the watchers.locals.com quick check-in on the live chat. Make sure that we are saying hello to everybody before we wrap up. We've got Arcturians is here, Joe. Snow's here. We got, want to know Relic hunter. We've got who else? Let's see. Uh, okay. So, all right , so good stuff going on over in the chat . Uh , all right .
