Hello, my friends. And welcome back to yet. Another episode of watching the Watchers live. My name is Robert ruler . I am a criminal defense attorney here at the RNR law group in the always beautiful and sunny Scottsdale Arizona, where my team and I over the course of many years have represented thousands of good people facing criminal charges. And throughout our time in practice, we have seen a lot of problems with our justice system. I'm talking about misconduct involving the police. We have prosecutors behaving poorly. We have judges not particularly interested in a little thing called justice, and it all starts with the politicians, the people at the top, the ones who write the rules and pass the laws that they expect you and me to follow, but sometimes have a little bit of difficulty doing so themselves. That's why we started this show called watching the Watchers so that together with your help, we can shine that big, beautiful spotlight of accountability and transparency down upon our system with a hope of finding justice. And we're grateful that you are here in with us today because we've got a lot to get into. We are coming off of a long weekend. Hope everybody had a lovely July 4th. Of course we had a show yesterday, but now everybody's back in the office, myself included, which is why I was five minutes late because it's sort of a lot, a lot of activity happened over the weekend. And so we are grateful that you are here in with us. So let's talk about what's on the agenda. We've got Biden, Biden administration came out today. They're out announcing this new COVID outreach program. And Jen Saki was out there today talking to the press about what this entails. So was Joe Biden. In fact, and they're talking now about , uh , door to door salesman , actually door to door, vaccine salesman , the traveling salesman, Joe, Joe, Biden's going to go door to door and just sort of, you know, encourage everybody who is not vaccinated to go and get vaccinated. So we've got a couple statements from them. And it's interesting because we also hear from a different part of the government. We're talking about the armed services, specifically, the U S army and the U S Navy, both organizations are now detailing that vaccines are going to be mandatory if you are in the military. So we've got some statements from them. We're going to take a look at what is happening there. We also have though, the department of defense, meanwhile, as the Navy and the army are saying, Hey, we're going to go ahead and force a mandate. These vaccines, the department of defense is saying, Hey, you know, we're, we might have some problems here with this thing. So we're going to show you that. Of course, none of this show is medical advice, but these are legitimate news stories that are out there. And so we're just going to show you what our government is saying. We've also got a representative by the name of Thomas Massey, who is introducing a bill called HR 38 60, which is now going to be new legislation, which is going to try to sort of undo what the army and the Navy are doing by making it so that they can't mandate these vaccines. So we'll take a look at what is going on there. And , uh, that's going to be the first segment. Then we're going to move on in our next segment. We're going to be talking about a us citizen, a lawyer, somebody who was working abroad over in Hong Kong guy by the name of Samuel Beckett is now going to be serving time in prison. In Hong Kong, an American lawyer, an American citizen was over there. There were protests taking place. Of course, in Hong Kong. We've been seeing and watching that for some time here, the, the China versus Hong Kong debacle is taking place while this lawyer was over there. And he gets involved in this altercation with UN UN UN uniformed, a non uniformed plainclothes officer gets into this altercation finds out after the fact, he's an officer, even though he asked him, somebody asked him, Hey, are you a police officer? And he didn't respond. Then this altercation breaks out and the officer suddenly gets embarrassed, gets totally manhandled over there in Hong Kong. And now the entire organization over there is trying to make sure that this American attorney is serving prison time. So for four months, about four and a half months, he's going to be serving over there. So we're going to talk about that story. And then for the last segment, which is the best that we may ever have ever on this show, we're talking about Florida, man. He made it to the show. Here he is. And this is going to be a good one because the headline is Florida. Man sues the CDC. I mean, how can you get better than that? So we're going to be talking about Lucas wall. He is a very interesting individual who filed a lawsuit against the CDC, Joe Biden, and everybody else over the mass mandates that the TSA makes you aware of right now. There's a, when you travel, there's all these, you know, mandates that you have to comply with. He has a medical condition and he doesn't want to wear it because he thinks that he should have an exemption following the rules . So we're going to take a look at that story. It's a fun one, Florida man is in the house. Joe Biden has now announced that there is a new COVID vaccination effort, well underway in America. We've got a couple different bullet points that they're going to be talking about, but the big one, the one that is raising everybody's eyebrows here a little bit of course, is the door to door salesman, vaccine policy, which is now part of our federal government. So we're going to go through this. We've got some clips from Jen Sakhi . We've got some clips from Joe Biden and some others. And I want to just kind of flush out what's happening here because you know, we've many people are sort of, Hey, the COVID is over. You know, vaccines are flowing out through the Hills, like wind through the Hills of Capistrano and things are just sort of looking on the up. We're having locked down . Orders are evaporating and things are kind of, you know , moving in the right direction, but not for the white house. They want more vaccines. They want more vaccinations to take place. And so today they came out and announced door to door outreach. This is according to the Washington post. They're telling us that Biden is going to be outlining other strategies. And today he wants to persuade more Americans to get vaccinated. How's he going to do that by including door to door outreach in targeted communities, stepped up efforts to get vaccines to primary care doctors and pediatricians who can encourage adolescents to get the shot. So a couple of things, right? A couple of the big efforts, the big bullet points, one, we're going to get these vaccines to primary care doctors. So when you go, you know , to get a checkup , they just say, Hey, you've been vaccinated. We got some in the fridge right there. Give me that arm. Here you go. And sort of make it a little bit more easily accessible. But the other one of course is the door to door outreach. So you're going to get that knock on the door. Yeah . Do you have a moment to speak about the vaccines there , sir ? No, I don't have any moment to speak about the vaccines, you know? Okay. So I guess they're just going to go to certain communities targeted communities. It's going to be very curious to see where these end up Biden was out here today says it's a year hard fought progress. He says, we can't get complacent. Now the best thing you can do to protect yourself and your family and the ones that you care about is to get vaccinated. He says so on federal government's coronavirus response, he says, it's falling shy of the self-imposed July 4th deadline, where 70% of us adults, whatever received at least one vaccination sites shot. So Biden goes out and says, you know, we're , we're a little bit under our target of 70%. Jen Sakhi then was out here today telling reporters that by the end of the week, nearly 160 million people are going to be fully vaccinated. And so Jen Saki was of course out in front of the press today, here she is unveiling a little bit more about the door-to-door vaccine salesman plan. Here it is. And

More healthcare settings and respond to hotspots. The Rosenwall outlined five areas. His team is focused on to get more Americans vaccinated, one targeted community by community door to door outreach to get remaining American's vaccinated by ensuring they have the information they need on how both safe and accessible the vaccine is to a renewed emphasis on getting the vaccines to more primary care doctors and physicians, something that we've seen.

And all right , so there's Jen . So door to door, make sure they get the information, you know, not, not the actual jab . So they're going to be given the, as they go around New York times is also saying that they're trying to spur the shots, right? There are other strategies are saying that there are tens of millions who remain unvaccinated. And so they've got a big push. What are they going to be doing? He called on Tuesday for employers as well to set up clinics at work, huh? To offer a paid time off for workers as part of a renewed push to reach tens of millions who are still unvaccinated . So you've got, of course , uh, you know, you go to your doctor just to say, Hey, you know , just want to , you know, my , uh, my, my back hurts. My neck hurts. Something hurts, whatever they say, a vaccine. So you get it at your doctor. You also get it at your business. So you go to work, you got a little tent set up there apparently to sort of facilitate all you employees just to go through here and get the jab. And if neither one of those work for you, by the way, we're just going to come right to your house. We'll just come knock on the door. Hey, Hey, we know you didn't get it. We've been following you everywhere. The NSA has data on everybody. So we all, we know that you didn't get it there, Rob. So why don't you go? And just, you know, here, take that shot there, buddy. Boy. All right . So please get vaccinated. He says it works. It's never been easier. It's never been more important. Do it now for yourself and the people you care about for your neighborhood, for your country. He says, it sounds corny, but it's the patriotic thing to do. So, all right. You know, it's, it's, I'm pro choice for vaccines. If you want to get a vaccine, get one. If you don't right , that's fine. As well. Two days after he hosted the July 4th, America's coming back together thing. He said that he's turning his attention to the public health conundrum. Despite his administration's aggressive push not met his goal 70% are not even at least partially vaccinated by now. They've tried many other techniques and we've seen a lot of this, right? They were having the lottery tickets for sale and they were given away all sorts of stuff . Come get your dab and win a lottery ticket. A special focus on five ways to make gains and getting those of you who are unvaccinated vaccinate , because here's the deal. We are continuing to wind down the mass vaccination sites that did so much in the spring to rapidly vaccinate those eager to get their first shot and their second shot for that matter. If they need a second. Now we need to go to community by community, neighborhood, by neighborhood, and often times door to door, literally knocking on doors to get help to the remaining people protected from the virus, a special focus.

Oh , I don't know what the audio was there, but he says, he's going door to door. We're gonna be knocking on the doors. So, you know, okay. That's, that's a, that's a thing. Now we've got traveling vaccine salesman from the government. Hey, we're from the government here. Just want to talk to you about vaccines. Looking forward to that. That's going to be a fun conversation. Won't it? All right. Well, they , you know, if, if , if many people in this country are just refusing to get it well, what about the people in the military? Now you sort of have this weird relationship, right? Where you're sort of giving yourself to the army or to Navy for a certain tenure. And there's a lot of things that you have to sort of give up for that, which is why we always say, Hey, thank you for your service, right? Thank you for making the sacrifice for giving up some of your life to go and sort of, you know, go to foreign places and do these things that they tell us are in America's interests. So it's, it's a , it's a tricky situation now because you've got a very, very large group of people that are very diverse that maybe don't necessarily want to get the vaccine. And they're in the army. They're in the Navy, they are in the Marines. What does the country do about this? Well, now, currently the decision has been to mandate it. According to army times, the army is telling us that they are basically telling us that get ready for this stuff. Mandatory COVID vaccines are coming down the pike. The army has now directed different commands to prepare, to administer mandatory COVID-19 vaccines , starting as early as September one. So this article came out four days ago, written by Davis Winky here over at the army times, the directive came from an executive order sent out by the force by department of army headquarters. Okay. So it's coming from the top army times obtained a portion of the recent update, entitled HQ, D a E X ordered 2, 2 5, 2, 1 COVID 19 steady state operations is the name of the document. It says, quote, commanders will continue COVID-19 vaccine operations and prepare for a directive to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for service members on around September 1st, 2021, right? Prepare a directive to mandate COVID vaccine for service members. The order says commands will be prepared to provide a back brief on service member, vaccination status, and way ahead for completion. Once the vaccine is mandated. So you're in the army by September one this year, it's mandated this mandatory right now. Listen, I never served in the army or the Navy or any of the armed services here in the United States. My understanding is that, you know, there's a lot of vaccines that , that they get. And so, you know, I don't know if this is just standard operating procedure. You just go and you say, you know, you're going to be going over to Afghanistan. And so there's a lot of, you know, foreign things that we got to vaccinate you against over there that we don't necessarily see here in the United States. And so my understanding is that when you go through this process in general, you sort of are , uh, willingly accepting the fact that they're gonna , they're gonna give you a bunch of stuff that maybe the average civilian would not get. So my question then of course, is how does this differentiate, right? You know, this is, is this because maybe this is still, you know , in the experimental phase that we keep hearing about, or is this something that is , is absolutely mandatory that the U S army and the U S Navy are going to tell us that you're not allowed to be in it anymore if you don't have those things in place. So we also, I also want to show you the response to this. So here is Thomas Massey. He says, I've been contacted by members of our voluntary military, right? This is his position. And you can see why he puts this in here, voluntary, meaning if you're going to mandate certain things, maybe people just don't volunteer anymore. I think that's what he's implying here. He says that they say they will quit. If the COVID-19 vaccine is mandated, he says, I introduced HR 38, 60 to prohibit any mandatory requirement that a member of the armed forces receive a vaccination against COVID-19 . He says it now has 24 sponsors. So it, I think it's okay . Very interesting thing, but maybe that's the point, isn't it? What if, what if the point is we've already seen this from, you know, a lot of the people in this current administration that they're going to be interviewing the national guard. They've got concerns that certain people aren't ideologically pure enough to be in it, right? They're saying that they were concerned about Biden safety and the new administration safety given the fact that there may be a bunch of Trumpers in the armed services that might jeopardize their order. And so now we say, okay, well, you know, we can, we can route them out pretty quickly. All we have to do is just enter a new order and we can just watch the people who sort of stand up and say, I'm not going to do that. They're going to self identify . They're just going to raise up. And those are the people that may have, you know , anti-government tendencies, or those are the people who are the vaccine deniers, or, you know, a lot of the other labels that we've seen being thrown around here, including saying that libertarians and people like that are very analogous to domestic terrorist. If not outright defining domestic terrorism, you're going, this is, this is kind of nuts. So we've got Thomas Massie now who is filing this , uh , this, this new legislation, HR 38 60 to prohibit the requirement that they are mandating the vaccination. So I want to share with you also this different article from military.com. And the question is, well, why, why might certain people in the military be hesitant? And it's because of stuff like this, right? From military.com, they say that the DOD now is confirming that there is some inflammation that stems from the vaccines, right? This is a new study posted from Patricia Kimmy. And you've got to be careful with this stuff here on YouTube. Of course, I'm not saying that this is is accurate, or this is not medical advice. I'm I want to be very clear about that, but this was posted over@military.com. And it's an interesting article because they're saying that the , a new study of us service members specifically, right? They're not talking about people in the general population like you and me, they're talking about service members. They found higher than expected rates of heart inflammation following the vaccines, right? It's a finding that DOD researchers say should call attention to the condition. It's a potential side effect of this. The article was published out of JAMA, cardiology, us army Navy air force physicians described 23 cases of myocarditus in previously healthy males. They developed the condition four days after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, right? And that is from the U S military. And of course, you know, this is, I think pertinent because we're , we're seeing this in otherwise healthy males of a fighting age and disposition. So you're, you're starting to see if this is spreading around the military. Then maybe you have a large segment of that population that just says, well , I'm not, I'm not that interested in it, which of course would necessarily mandate the government to respond by mandating it. So physicians back to the article would have expected to find eight or fewer cases among the 436,000 male military members who receive two M RNA shots, but 20 military members develop inflammation after their second dose, after 14, including 14 after Moderna and Pfizer three developed the condition after their first vaccine, all were previously healthy, all physically fit, none showed any evidence of having acute COVID-19 Ellis or any other infection. And so the military of course, is trying to sort this out, right? And I know that there's a, there's a huge segment of , of society and many scientists and the CDC and Biden. And a lot of people will all say, well, listen, you know, a handful of cases, 23 cases out of let's say 436,000 is very minor. It's very, you know , it's very minimal, but I think the bigger point remains that it's, it's about sort of having a personal individual Liberty and talking about, you know , being sort of forced or mandated to inject something into your body that you maybe have some philosophical or , uh, other reasons for not wanting to do that thing. So we'll, we'll see what the military does. I want to show you quickly HR 38 60. This is the bill that is being filed here by Thomas Massie. He's over from Kentucky, introduce this on six 14, so sometime ago. And it's now being referred over to the house committee on armed services. So , uh, you know, this is just, I want to just point this out for you. I went to pull the bill today. You'll notice this was introduced on six 14. If you go down here and click the text, we're in July six now. So about three weeks out, they still don't have the text on the U S a library of Congress. Now, maybe, maybe it's on there today right now, because I haven't, I checked this earlier this morning, but I'm going to guess not right, because this is just kind of how slow these things are. So , uh , Massey was out and he was telling us that he was introducing this bill, but then I really couldn't find that anywhere to see what's what's in it. Other than what the title of it says, which is to prohibit any requirement that a member of the armed forces receive a vaccination against COVID-19. So maybe that's the entirety of the bill, right? So just pass that in legislation and say, Nope, you're not allowed to do that. Anybody who is getting federal government money, who is in the DOD or any of the armed services, any of the armed forces is just not allowed to do that. That might be the extent of the bill, but I just don't know. We'll have to wait until that gets published. Who else is signing onto this thing? So it's got a number of co-sponsors, as he mentioned for us. We've got Roy chip, we've got, let's see, Marjorie Taylor green. We all know about her Lauren Boba it's on there. We also have Annie Biggs from here in Arizona. Jeff Dunkin from South Carolina. Paul Gosar is also on there, Louie Gohmert from Texas. Who else we have , uh , bill Posey, Bob. Good. And then we've got Matt gates over from Florida. Matt gates is on there. He just joined as a co-sponsor as well. So that is the new , uh , COVID efforts, the Biden administration. Let's see if we have anything good going on in the chat. I want to check in with a couple different things we've got , uh, let's see , uh , Joe Snow says , uh, Robert only showing the chat lasted one day. So sort of Joe, we have this going on now, so you can see that there . Right? So I can sort of , uh, uh, be extra sensory of the chats on, on, on YouTube, because things can get a little bit, you know, things will be a little bit spicy over here. Let's see, we've got, want to know in the house. Let's see if we can see any of this. He's got , uh , it says, Robert, let's see. Well , turn that off. I want to know, says best one . The day was guy took, like guy took like two year old to the baseball game. He got a ball while holding a baby. Didn't even spill his beer. McBride is in the house, says apparently president Biden skipped the day when they explained the fourth amendment in law school or in school. Yeah. In school in general, I would suppose. Good to see you DGM McBride. We've got , uh, let's see, who else is here? We have cat crap fevers in the house. My favorite cat crap fever says door to door intimidation going door to door, you know, and there's a lot of the brown shirts analogies and the Gestapo analogies flying around on Twitter today, right? Oh, here we go again. Right. The third Reich is marching around. So we'll see what it looks like, but it is , uh, it is, is going to be interesting times. Isn't it? We have underscore shades says we have sterilization Oop, well underway. So that's fun. We've got, let's see, what else is, is, is happening over here? Uh, the cat crap fever says that Biden has to save a win for 2024. And you know, I've said this for a long time, that there are some pretty good issues that I think we're going to see for kind of indefinitely, at least until it becomes clear that Donald Trump can't run again, for whatever reason that is right. If he either loses again or he , uh, gets indicted for some things, you know, something happens to the degree that he's not allowed to essentially run anymore, or it would be so political damaging that it just would not be worth the time. So we know that that is going to continue. Okay. Nancy Pelosi is out here talking about a new, special select committee to continue to investigate January 6th . So that's going to continue on, they're going to just milk that until the end of the world. We're going to have COVID or , you know , repeats just we've already seen this season guys we've we just saw it. It's just it's once it's once seasonal , we just finished it and we're going to have to watch that again. We've got Delta, we've got Lambda, we've got all this stuff going on and around and around and around. So it's just going to, I think, continue on because it worked, it was very effective last time. And it, if it's going to continue to mobilize certain ideologies and then also suppress different ideologies, that's very useful. Right. And, and largely that's happening. We're going to get to that in a, another clip here shortly enough. Chairman of the is in the house, what's up, chairman says it's not surprising. They want to go to the door to door strategy. It says it worked for harvesting ballots in Minnesota. So go with what works. Good to see you. Chairman of the board. Yeah. Door to door. Right. I think that's where he kind of got his claim to fame actually was going after the door to door stuff. So maybe somebody can , uh, maybe somebody can, can re uh , can I can recreate that with, with this new organization whoever's doing the door to door knocking. Acorn was doing, I think the door to door knocking back in the time , uh, back in the day. And they were talking about James O'Keefe went in there. And actually, I think it was posing as a pimp or something like that. And the whole thing was weird. I forget what was going on there. Let's see what else. We have a Biden Azizi. The boxing cat says I live in a red state. If Biden shows up, I'll give him ice cream and tell him he lives in China and his plane is waiting. That's so that's good. Well, he might, he might go. I mean, he might just hop on there and jet on outta here. Good to see you is easy. Let's see what else we've got. Uh , Joe Snow is here. Not going to read that comment though. We've got y'all hungry. And who says they're not coming to rural America. That's John Haugen . Green is here. Good to see you, John. I think that's probably true. You know, they, they were talking about certain communities specifically. I don't know what that means, but I'd be very curious where they're intending to send them, right. Because from the data that I have seen, certain communities have lower vaccination rates and there happens to be a correlation between vaccination rates and political ideologies. Isn't that interesting? So let's say just hypothetically spitballing some numbers here, but let's say something like 70% of Democrats got vaccinated because they sort of love what, what the government tells them to do. It's it ? Fowchee is out there telling them, Hey , put the mask on and take the mask off, put it back on again. This list for 30 days, not really kind of lives for a couple hours, you know, and the list goes on and on and we can beat that horse dead. I've already done it many times on this channel, but they go out and say vaccines and everybody just vaccines right up. And so they're going to have a higher adoption rate naturally, but on the other side, right, maybe you've got these, you know, these, these Trumpers out there are these conservatives, these libertarians, these people who might kind of question what the government is telling them, because we've been watching for months and years now of the government, you know , kind of bend the truth around the margins here or there. So when you have a Dr. Fowchee come out and say, it's done yet , there's a huge segment that just goes, get a pass on that. Their doctor sounded reasonable. I know you're on CNN right now, but that just doesn't cut it for me. So we're just going to hard pass on that. And what does that mean? That means that the communities that are lacking in vaccinations, they got to get some extra attention there, right? From these door knockers, from whatever that organization is, what communities are these going to be? Are they going to be communities that have 70% vaccination rates? Probably not. It's going to be the other ones that naturally have lower vaccination rates and more of the Trumpers. Of course. So we'll see where that goes. We've got a speech unleashed says, I wonder if they're going to make a list of all those that refuse to talk door to door. That's another good question right here. It is says that also, do you think they have a list of which people haven't gotten it already? Oh my gosh. I don't know. How would they gather that data? Right. So you would just sort of reverse reverse engineer that you would just say, okay, we got 370 million Americans. We know everybody's names. Most of them, the people who are on our social security rosters and our visa rosters. And you know, they've got a master list somewhere, right? What do they keep it into ? Like an Excel spreadsheet? I don't know what they do, but it's probably out there. And so you would just say, okay, well every single person that goes in and gets vaccinated, if you , if you get a vaccination card from the CDC or any of those things, right, it's, it's documented somewhere. So somebody somewhere is gonna be able to correlate the two lists and tell you, Hey, this is everybody. These are the people that got vaccinated. The total minus, this equals the remainder. And maybe now they have a nice little, you know, targeted list that they can go do some direct marketing, send some mailers to them and , uh, and see what, what they can do. I would guess that they have a pretty good idea of who is vaccinated and who is not all right . What else we have? We have , uh, Sharon Quinn , he's in the house as this pseudo religious vaccination members of drive is actually really scary. Especially since quite a few, few people have died because of it. Ah , let's see what else we've got ZZ . The boxing cat says it's easy to not like Jen Saki when she lies so much. I know. Let's see what else? Uh , Jonathan , how grin is responding? Yeah. List of people door to door. All right. We've got a lot of comments, you know, I have to sort of , uh , there it is. Let's take another one. We've got underscore shade says won't this fall under criminal law. If they force you, I may need a defense lawyer. Synthesis is actually a trial until 2023. How on earth is this legal? So it's a good question to underscore, you know, I think that what they're, what they're doing now is they're framing it as just an informational offering. You know, we hate we're just out there , uh , just providing information, just, Hey, you know, here's , uh , here's some information and it's only it's look, it's all for grandma. Okay . The whole thing's about grandma. And in fact, we had all this stuff we had to do for grandma. We know this, we went on lockdown after lockdown, after lockdown. And if you didn't because you were going to kill grandma, all right . I heard that all the time. You know, I , I was out here not happy that the gyms were closed, that our business risk was closed, that the courts were closed. That people's livelihood was being stripped away from them. That people couldn't go to church. And then if you wanted to talk about it, you also couldn't get on the internet and do that either. So everything was just closed and locked down. And now the government is going to come out and say, if you're not compliant , it's because you're going to kill grandma. Right? How dare you. We need to do this stuff because there are high risk people out there. We have to think about them. So if you just, you know, if you're, if you're adversarial to the vaccine salesman , then wow , you're killing grandma. I know. All right , let's see what else , uh, get some skates. As we need to keep politics out of healthcare. This has become a circus and a breeding of mistrust up click the wrong button, a bleeding of a breeding of mistrust in leadership. Also what happened to being to it being illegal to profit among collaboration in the healthcare field. More along that later. Yeah. So it would be like if the different vaccine companies or , or orchestrating amongst themselves to maybe set standards on certain prices or something like that. Historically speaking, there has been evidence of that. In fact, I think isn't there, the , the beers, the beer diamond conspiracy there . Oh, light bulbs. Yeah. There was also a light bulb. One. This happened with light bulbs. Where was I reading? I was reading this, I think, gosh, what book was that in? All right . So there's a story about light bulbs, right? And this there's this idea, that light bulbs, when they first started, when we were first creating them back when Edison and others were working on it, that they would just pop off. Right. They would , they would last a few hours and then they would just , uh, you know, fail. And so what ended up happening is you can sort of track over a period of time. Once light bulbs became popular usage when people were using them more frequently, different companies got into creating light bulbs. And then what happened naturally of course, is technology gets better. They use better filaments. They're able to, you know , uh , have a better, better , uh , you know, vacuum pressurization of the bulb itself. And so they get very good at creating longer lasting light bulbs. And slowly year after year, I think this was in a book, maybe it was a YouTube video. You can see the light bulb length of time, the usage just go up year after year, right. Just keeps going up and up and up and up. He would go from, let's say 200 hours to 500 hours to a thousand hours to 1500 hours. And so all of these different light bulb manufacturers are all sort of , you know , stepping all over each other to create the longer lasting light bulb, the brighter light bulb, but , you know, use bigger tungsten, use more filament. You use this whatever, and they were all fighting, fighting, fighting, and tell somebody, just got the idea and said, well, you know, if we, if we make longer lasting light bulbs and not that many people are gonna buy light bulbs as frequently. And so all of the light bulb companies got together then, and sort of collaborated on the, on the length of the light bulb length, how long it lasts. And then suddenly you started to see, you know, 2000 hour light bulbs. So slowly work their way back down to 1000 hours, because that became the standard, all the marketing match that, and it was sort of this cabal as it were of , uh, you know, industrialists who were cornering the light bulb market. So, you know , if you think that type of stuff doesn't happen now, and that our governments are not facilitating that because they're in on the scheme. Uh, well, I guess that's a fair opinion, but I disagree with you. Let's see, we've got ZZ. The boxing cat says, what about, what about the side effects? So I don't know. I'm not a doctor. It's hard to, hard to talk about that. Let's see tremendous is here. Tremendous is in the house. As for the love of Pete. I could maybe understand the vaccine push if it wasn't so effective, but come on, man, they need to be happy that it is as effective as it is and give up the more they push people to get it. The more people will dig in about not getting it. That's from tremendous over on locals. That's a good point. You know, and people were making this this point also. And I think this is why a lot of people wanted Trump to come out and be, you know, and be sort of , uh , in favor of it, which he has, I think, right. He, he actually has, he's gotten vaccinated and I think he said it on the margins, but certainly when you have, when you have the opposite political party, that is sort of, you know , wagging their finger in people's faces, mandating, you know, you got to go get this and you sort of getting brow beaten everywhere. You turn from these people on Facebook and Instagram and everywhere you go about this. And now they're going to go to your place of business. They're going to go to your homes to talk about this stuff. People are naturally just going to get a response and just say no, right? I I'm sort of that person in general, if somebody tells me, Hey, you can't do that. My first instinct is, watch, watch this. We're going to try it. Well, Rob, it's a terrible idea. I know it is, but you said I couldn't do it. So I'm going to do it anyways, just because there's that, that sort of natural aversion to authority. And so it works both ways. If somebody says you have to do this thing, no , I'm not going to do that. Y Y you can, you can make a perfectly logical argument. Well, look , uh , you know, the, the vaccination, you know, the, the side effects are basically non-existent from a risk averse, you know, analysis. It's a, no-brainer you make all the arguments in the world with math equations and flip charts and all sorts of PowerPoint slides, which I happen to love and all these things. And somebody just says , yeah, but you told me to , you said I had to , therefore I'm not right . There's a lot of people like that and I can empathize a lot with them. So we'll see how this strategy works. Of course. Let's see what else we've got. We've got be brave is here, says I'm in an area that the newest scariest is in with the low vacs rates and expect to knock at my door any day, best way to tell them to get off my property with , uh , without becoming a future target. So that is there from be brave. Good to see you be brave. You know, it's just a thank you. I'm not interested, that's it. Right. That's it reason to get into it any more than that, just treat it like anybody else who's coming to your door, selling, you know , magazines or whatever. Hey, you know, you want to talk about the something. Okay. You know, I don't want to make fun of any religions or anything like that, but of course we all know we all, we all know that there's a , there's a , there are a lot of good people out there doing door to door sales. Okay. Maybe the vaccine is , or , or some of them, I don't know. But if you're not interested in any door to door sales, you just tell them I'm not interested. Vaccines, magazines. I think the only one that you have to accept are girl scout cookies. If they come, I think you have to take those. I think that's the law. Otherwise that could be criminal, you know , uh , problems for you. Let's see . We've got wants to know, says why do they want third graders and younger to get it open, to get it to open up the schools? Oh my gosh. That was a whole nother story. Wasn't it? Yeah. I , Nope . I'm thinking of a different story. I was thinking about schools. There's a new, there's a story out here today. Chris, Rufo asked actually posted this saying that there's a teacher's union that is going to be teaching CRT anyways. If the law says, otherwise I think 5,000 teachers sign that. Maybe we'll talk about that one tomorrow. All right. So we've got to keep moving on over here. We're going to change gears. We're going to move on into the next segment. Interesting segment here, an American lawyer is now going to be serving prison in Hong Kong. And you may be asking yourself, how did this happen while it all stems back from the unrest that was taking place between China and Hong Kong. Now we know that the global power structure in that part of the world is changing pretty rapidly. And we're following along here and there. But what happened here is this attorney's name is Samuel Beckett, 37 years old. He was over there. He is somebody who sort of works in this space over at the bank of America Merrill Lynch. He's a compliance director, was a compliance director. And as a lot of this stuff was unfolding, there was an altercation that took place. So he was there , there, there were going to watch the video, but they're sort of down in a subway and this altercation happens. And this attorney Samuel goes and sort of pulls this Baton out of a man's hand. Well, it turns out that man was a police officer, but you don't know it at the time, because first of all, he's not wearing any police identification. He's not wearing a uniform he's in totally plain clothes. And you'll also notice as we get to the video that there's another man there who sort of yelling at the officer, not knowing he's an officer saying, are you a Popo? Are you Popo? And I'm thinking, Hey, that's the, that's the word we use here all the time. He's saying , are you Popo? And the cop doesn't respond. And then this altercation breaks out. We have our attorney friend, Samuel Beckett who gets involved. And now of course, because he was involved with the police officer, the allegations were assault on an officer. And so he went through the whole process over there, the entire, you know, pseudo justice system that they've got. And he is now being sentenced to prison in Hong Kong for this. So let's take a look at what's going on here. This is coming over from the Washington post American lawyer. We can see him here. His name is Samuel Beckett. He's 37 years old. He's ordered to serve four months and two weeks. So four and a half months after being convicted and denied bail last month. So he's been in custody for some time. He's a corporate lawyer. He was sentenced to prison in Hong Kong on Tuesday for assaulting a plain clothes police officer. This happened back in 2019 during pro-democracy protests in the city. And so, you know, all right, let's get into it. We've got, it says the former compliance director at the bank of Merrill Lynch was on his way to dinner. Late 2019. He saw a man hitting a teenager with a Baton and he stopped to intervene. The assailant turned out to be an off-duty policemen altercation between the man identified later, as you, you shoe saying and other bystanders in . So we're going to watch the clip here. Here is the attorney. You can see him , uh that's that's him. His name is Samuel Beckett, age 37. And so he's wearing a mask over there. He's standing right outside the Eastern law courts building, which you can see here. And , uh , this is the, the actual video of the , the, the incident. So what we're going to see here, the man in the blue sweater is Samuel Philip . Bicket okay. This guy right here. So we're going to see him, right. He jumps on top of this guy, and you're going to notice that he kind of comes out of the frame this direction. So we're going to blow this up a little bit bigger here on the next slide. But , uh, the , the altercation starts over on this side of the screen. And then there's, it's basically it's between this officer who's lying on the ground and another person. And then Samuel big, it just kind of jumps out out of nowhere and kind of, you know , helps kind of defray the situation, pulls this officer over the ground and then kind of, you know, pop someone, right, right in the face. Now, as you're going to see this officer just gets totally embarrassed. I mean, embarrassed. And we've talked about this a lot here on the show. This is happening over in Hong Kong, but we've talked about it here. The one that I think of most readily of course is Ray shard. Brooks. Remember that happened , Ray shard Brooks was shot in the back from like 21 feet away because those two officers got embarrassed. They tried to arrest him and he, he sort of overpowered them, ran away. And I know a lot of people don't disagree with that analysis, but I don't think that that should , that shooting was justified. And of course that officer is being prosecuted right now. But anytime that happens, right? Anytime an officer sort of gets, gets sort of taken advantage of. I've seen this in our system, many times the system responds and I mean, they respond hard. You ever see that where there's a, where there's an officer involved chase, there's an officer involved shooting, let's say a defendant shoots an officer, right. And that officer is killed. And that defendant, that person allegedly who did the shooting is now, you know, fleeing around the country's on a highway road, going whatever, you know, the , the, a standoff at some residents or something like that. They never find that guy alive. Right. Almost never. They usually find them with about 257 bullet holes in him because that's just what happened . Oh, you shot something . One of our guys, oh , well, that's it. We're not going to , we're not going to court on this thing. Are you nuts? Yeah . So I think he's in that, that building over there and everybody just unloads. All right, that's the end of that building. So same thing kind of happens here. This officer gets totally embarrassed. And now they're going to make sure that this American lawyer, which is of course, is this is all happening in Hong Kong, which is now sort of a , you know, China too , is, is going to pay the price for it. And we have, well, not, not much of a response here from anybody in the United States. We have a U S citizen that is sort of being abused here. And it's just kind of all quiet on the Western front. So let's see what is happening here. Again, this is the officer, right? And he kind of gets flipped over the rail. Let's watch what happens. [inaudible] All right . And so you can see right about here, right? This guy is, is , uh , is shouting. So this guy is the cop and this guy comes up and he's shouting back at him. And you could, you could hear him in the video. We'll play it again. When we read a little bit more, but he says, are you Popo? Are you Popo? Are you Popo? Right? And the other guy shouting back at him, you're in the way, get out of the way or something. Right. It's hard to tell. And then it just sort of goes bad from there. There's a Baton there. It looks like we have , uh , the lawyer Becket kind of come in and try to sort of seize that Baton , the officer's holding onto it. He gets flipped over the thing. And so then we see the rest of the ordeal. It goes, he gets charged with a crime. A biscuit is now charged with the crime. And then on, on today during the court date, we have magistrate. Who's the judge, Arthur Lamb. He called Becket's acts a serious threat to public order. Okay. Which is all right . Citing multiple injuries suffered by the police officer. Huh? As the assault happened in a crowded area, according to the judge, bigots actions could have affected others, emotions and incited, a bigger conflict. Oh man. I wonder, I wonder if he's talking about like an insurrection or something he says in his verdict last month, Lam said the officer was not concealing his identity and could not have been expected to respond as the crowd was disrespectfully asking him if he was Popo a slang term for the police. Oh my gosh. So disrespectful bigot lamb said was not acting in self-defense, but simply wanted to snatch the Baton , which, which you , you can kind of see that to be, to be fair. Let's watch this again. I think it's hilarious though, that this judge has just so offended, right? You called him a Popo that slang as disrespectful, and you can't even expect an officer to identify himself if you are being so disrespectful in public. And so of course he was not going to respond and now you're gonna go to prison for it. Let's watch that one more time. Shall we? Here it is. And again, let's watch what happens with Beckett. K . He comes in from this side and let's see if it, if it looks like it was a self-defense or is he just kind of jumping in there? Let's take a look, watch it one more time.

All right. So quick, quick point on this. It does kind of look like he kind of lunged at that Baton doesn't it , it kind of looks like he just kind of went right after it and that's not the right thing to do. Right. You can't do that now at , at the same time, you've also got the police officer who comes down and you can see him actually poke that other guy right. In the chest. Right. We'll watch that quickly. Right. So that kind of pokes him and he kind of nudges him up and says, Hey, you're in the way, you're in the way. And he says, are you a police officer? How dare you? Who are you poking in the chest? Do you have any authority to tell me to move or to get out, you know, to, to relocate. And he doesn't respond. He kind of says, he might've said no there. And then Becca of course comes in Arabic. It comes in and sort of pulls the Baton away from him. Now the response there would be well that wasn't assault either way, right? Because Beckett was going after that Baton . And he was assaulting that person, which maybe you could say yes, maybe you could say, in fact pick it was doing that because you know, maybe he should not have done that. And you could say, well, a regular assault would have been justified there. Let's say that this guy was not a police officer. And there was just a regular assault. The question of course, would , would then become what , because I've ever even been charged. If this was just some random guy out there, right ? If this was some guy randomly just walking down the stairs and he gets into this altercation, Becky comes, rips the Baton out from him. And it's just a regular guy . Nothing happens. Right. He doesn't get charged with anything. Or if a police officer is standing there, he sees that and he says, oh, you can't do that. You know, that's, you're , you're trying to take somebody's property away from them. That's a problem. So he charges him with a crime, but it would be assault, right. It wouldn't, it wouldn't be a regular sort of , uh , you know, an aggravated assault on a police officer. So, you know, I'm not sure how they do their law, of course, in Hong Kong or China, but in the United States, there are severe penalties when you do anything bad against a police officer. Okay. If we, if we get into a fight in the middle of the road or at a bar or something at a sporting events, and it's between me and another person, that's just kind of a regular fight. Maybe we both get charged with assault, but if I get an F, if I punch a regular person, it's just assault. If I punch an officer, that's aggravated assault, okay. It goes from a , maybe a lower level misdemeanor into something that is a very serious felony. And so they aggravate the charges dramatically when you're dealing with a police officer. So if we apply that same concept over here to Becket , if Beckett was just pulling the Baton from some jerk who was in the subway, well, that's a separate thing. Maybe it's a low-level misdemeanor. Nobody bats an eye here. Obviously that's not the case. The problem here is that it didn't know it was an officer. Maybe he would not have responded the way that he did if he had in fact known. And so he's at a total disadvantage. You see somebody who's coming down here with a weapon and , and, and jabbing somebody else in the chest. And he says, I'm gonna, you know, I'm going to step in and do something about this. Turns out wrong move because it was a police officer now, because of course the saying that this is outrageous he's he's right. He says that this is a violation of legal precedent. The former prosecutor in the, his case over from Hong Kong, he added told his defense team that the charges were pursued because had embarrassed the police, which is exactly right, right. As I said, if this were not a police officer probably wouldn't have even been charged. The whole thing. We were just gone by the, you know, nobody would have even talked about it, but it's an officer and you saw what happened to him. He just got flipped right over that thing. I'm going to go, you know, I'm going to be tough with you. And he just got flipped over and then totally embarrassed. So, you know, good luck to that guy. But it, meanwhile, Becket is going to spend some time in prison. His defense lawyer went over to south China morning post. It says that his defense lawyer said in mitigation on Tuesday, which would be during the sentencing hearing that because it was a young person who works hard, had a clean record before the case. He pleaded for leniency. So his client could resume, work and continue providing financial support for his retired mother who had difficulties moving around. Right. And this is pretty standard kind of sentencing stuff. He's young 37. It's good. I means I'm pretty young too. And he's got a clean record, right? And he will talk about that at every sentencing, asking for mitigation, asking for leniency, sounds like they had already gone through a trial and he had already lost. So those arguments had already been made his defense team. Now they asked for a two week jail term because had already served after being remanded into custody on June 22nd after the conviction. So he was out of custody, lost the trial in June, got taken into custody. Been in there for two weeks, got sentenced today. And the judge this then today just said, well, you got another four and a half months assaulting a police officer. He says is punishable by up to six months imprisonment. So this guy basically got five of the six. Okay. Two weeks in, since June 22nd, another four and a half months, five months of the six . So he's almost the max almost there for , for what you just saw in that video. He's got a fine of 5,000 HK over in Hong Kong. And lamb pointed out the seriousness of bigots offense. He said, including trying to snatch the officer's Baton and kneeling on his chest, which caused multiple injuries, weak weakling. He said, police must be protected from abuse while on duty, but nobody could tell he was on duty. Hello. Otherwise law and public order would be threatened. We have Devin Kennington chief of American citizens services at the U S consulate in Hong Kong. He urged the city's government to maintain judicial independence outside the court. On Tuesday, the city, he wants to maintain independence in Hong Kong independence from home. I wondered, he says the U S consulate and quote urges the Hong Kong government to protect judicial independence, ensure the courts are free from political interference and respect a fair trial guarantee for all individuals. Do you think that's happening over there right now? Do you think that the us consulate is , uh , is really, you know, twisting the , the levers of international diplomacy to make sure that the Chinese vis-a-vis the Hong Kong, you know , Hong Kong he's get the Chinese are, are, you know , playing ball here, or is this something where they're just going to say, well, it's an American, he kind of embarrassed one of our officers, how dare you , uh , four and a half months making a five month total term. And the us consulate says , uh, okay, well, just make sure you're , you're free from political interference. So the question is, you know, what , what, what started off and is this looking familiar to anybody? Let's see we've got unrest or according to the Washington post, they give us some background on this story. They say that the unrest really started up in Hong Kong in June, 2019. It was prompted by an extradition bill that residents feared would remove the firewall between the city's courts. Oh , which is based on English, common law and China's judicial system, right in Hong Kong, June 2nd, 2019, the Chinese come in, there's a new bill. That's going to eliminate the lines that have been drawn in the sand between China and Hong Kong courts, which are based on English, common law. Uh, now, now the judicial system is going to be answering to China's ruling. Communist party. Beijing has characterized the spontaneous protest as the work of meddlesome foreign countries in Hong Kong. You know, those democracies are the worst in response, Chinese and Hong Kong authorities moved to curb the city's freedoms. How does that sound? Does that fit in Chinese and Hong Kong? In the , in response, they moved to curb China's freedoms. Most notably how they do that through a national security law that was imposed last year. They also want to overhaul the electoral system. Okay. So they're going to overhaul the electoral system, and then they're going to freeze the assets of a pro-democracy newspaper. Huh ? So that that's going to get shut down. So let's see here, what is China doing? So China sort of a communist state, Hong Kong, more analogous to a democratic state. China comes in and says, we're just going to eliminate your justice system because that's a pretty good way to start getting control over everything. Isn't it? I say this often that here in the United States, when the government touches you in that bad spot, it's either the IRS or law enforcement. And so if you can sort of reform the justice system to work in your favor, to , to further your political ideology, it's a good place to start because everything else will trickle down from there. If you can, if you can control criminal law, you can control behavior throughout society because you just criminalize something that you don't like. And everybody has to respond to that. You criminalize speech, you criminalize going to church, you criminalize not putting a mask on and the list goes on and on. And so China's very clearly doing that. They have , uh , a national security law that was being imposed. And we're hearing a lot of that same type of stuff here. Aren't we we're hearing about, you know, domestic violent extremists. We're hearing about domestic terrorism. Now, Nancy Pelosi just formed a select committee to investigate all of that domestic terrorism that's going on. And so that's happening around the clock, have this new effort to really focus on gun violence. Again, it's sort of a new form of violence. Joe Biden told us a lot about this back in the 1980s and nineties about drug violence. And now it's just gun violence now. So that's morphed. So he's going to renew that one, another rerun there from Joe. And that's just sort of the national security law. China's got one us is working on it. Uh, and in China you'll notice they also wanted to overhaul the electoral system. Huh? Remember that? So overhaul just the entire electoral system, because once you've got control of the justice system, and once you've got the ability to pass national laws that can criminalize certain behavior, while you can just move right on over to elections. Now we're formed the electoral system, kind of like what was trying to be done here under HR one when the Democrats were trying to federalize elections nationally. So , uh , we're still working hard on that. Don't know, don't know if they're gonna be able to get that done or not, but , uh , China's doing it. So yeah, I guess we should do it here also. So that's good. And then lastly, of course we see here that they are freezing the assets, belonging to a pro-democracy newspaper, leading it to shut down. In other words, you can't speak, you can't talk, you can't get out there and express your opinions. Lest you be eliminated, shut down , thrown off the internet. Like many people like a sitting president in this country was in fact like many people who have ever voiced and express their concern or a little bit of trepidation skepticism about one of, some of our elected, you know , saviors have told us is the case. Well, you , you know, you're somebody who is dangerous now and you're you're harmful. And now what we need to do is shut you down and you just have this perfect domino effect, just the trifecta, just cascading, totalitarianism, rolling down your country. And , uh , we've got, we've got a good model here about , uh , what happened in China and Hong Kong. So since the protest, more than 10,000 people have been arrested about a quarter, had been charged 780 convicted police data show. And that's how you eliminate your opposition party. China's got a good model for that. Let's take a look at some questions over on the chat. We're going to jump to the most recent messages and then see what is going on up here. We have , uh , Todd trout is in the house as when in foreign countries. Would it not be better to not interfere? You don't know their laws and customs. I think that's, that's a good point. Right? I agree with that. Now this guy may have been over there a lot because he was a financial advisor . He was somebody who was working, I think with Merrill Lynch and bank of America. And so, you know, they've got conglomerates or , or , or , uh , headquarters all over the country. And so maybe he was a little bit more familiar with their customs. Maybe he was familiar with the laws and he just picked the wrong guy. You know, it's just a bad, a bad, bad situation , uh, can in it says I'm with John Rich. If someone knocks on the door, talking about vaccines, invite them and talk about Jesus following by a long, slow reading of the constitution. Yeah. You should get your pocket constitution right here. Everywhere you go. And you read it , uh , ever so slowly and you just open it up right here. Carry this with you everywhere you go. They, they come to your door. Hey , uh , vaccine here. And you say , uh , hold on. Let me open this up here too . Um, that , uh, let's see here amendments. Hmm . You can pick this over. Well, I can't really find , uh , find it right now. Cause I don't know how this book works. Uh , let's see here, but you get the picture, right? You, you get this little pocket constitution. You're going to open this sucker up to the fourth amendment , wherever the heck it is in here. And you say we are free from unreasonable searches and seizures. I'm not interested. And I don't answer those questions, which is rule number 3.1 in law enforcement interaction training. All right. Good questions. Ah , alright . Let's see. What else is going on here? We have ghost gunner who says didn't they say he was actually off duty. Yeah. He was off duty, which is, well, I'm not sure if the court said that. Yeah. So the court said that he was police officer and you can't embarrass a police officer and this is problematic and how dare you. And now that therefore you're going to go to prison for four or five months. But now I don't know . No. If, if, if they know that he was off duty, I'm presuming they do. And they probably don't care. I think that's really the answer. They just don't care. They just say , well, he was an officer. So it doesn't matter on duty off duty, a sleeping driving. Right . You know, whatever, if you dare, how dare you, offense police officer you're in big trouble. We got Sharon Quinny says , uh, Robert, oh , police. As we're talking about China here, do you seriously think anybody could get any real justice in China? Dare moral . Don't go to China. Don't buy their products. That's from sharing . Courtney. We have high deserts as if there is any doubt. There is no doubt. Remove the doubt before you act by giving commands and asking questions. It's a good point on that. I want to share the best, most incredible headline I've ever seen on this show, Florida man files, a lawsuit against CDCs mask mandate in the Supreme court, Florida man is finally here. My friends, I have been saying Florida man for months now. And a lot of people have asked me and sent me emails and sent me messages saying, what the heck are you talking about? What is this? Who is this Florida, man? You say it at the end of every show. It's like, what are you talking about? Somebody specifically. Yes, my friends and we just found him. And his name is Florida, man. This is a lawsuit. Now this guy kind of looks like a Florida man. This is not the Florida man. He has only one hypothetical Florida man, but this guy is double masking. So he might in fact be a Florida man. I would think that he might, but he's actually visiting time square in New York in this picture. So it's a little bit of a bait and switch there. You know, not really appreciative of that over there. You know, Jack Phillips from epoch times. But uh, still, I gotta give you props on the headline. And the first, the first sentence in the article seals it for me. He says he starts it . He says a floor , a man who frequently flies planes, ask the Supreme court to halt the CDCs mass requirements for public transportation, decrying the regulation as unconstitutional. I mean, it's just perfect. It doesn't get any better than this, a Florida man. If so, you know, look , if you go into Google and type a Florida man, and then put your date of birth in there, you're going to get some good stuff. And we've shared some of those over on our locals.com community. Just because there's a, there's a Florida man for everything. There's always that Florida man or Florida woman, and we gotta be inclusive here. That is always doing something that you just go that's. Yeah, that sounds like a Florida man. Absolutely nailed it. And so this sky is suing. The CDC might be the best. What a man of all time, his name is Lucas wall. And he appealed to the court on Tuesday and he named the CDC center for disease controls, president Joe Biden and other federal agencies as defendants. In the case previously, he filed a lawsuit against seven airlines and alleged. They engaged in discrimination against fliers who can not wear face masks due to medical reasons. He says, quote, this court has issued at least five emergency injunctive orders in the past seven months, unequivocally holding to the government may not restrict first amendment rights. Even in the name of fighting a pandemic. He says, now he wants the court to rule on whether his constitutional rights quote, can't be suspended by the federal defendants because of COVID 19. Right? So that's a fun headline. The Florida man is going to Sue everybody, which I'm in favor of that, right. Especially if we're talking about , uh , the government and these organizations. All right. So that's good. Now let's take a look at the more serious headline here. Cause this is actually an interesting story lawsuits . Interesting as well. We're going to take a look quick, look at that, but let's look at what is happening actually from Florida. This guy here is suing the CDC, the TSA and Biden. And there's actually some , some, some, some questions about this. Okay. He was denied entry, even though he wasn't wearing a mask due to a medical condition, right? So there's actually, this is not just a guy who doesn't want to wear a mask. It was actually a medical condition. And he went through an exemption process from the airline. So he's actually, you know , kind of following the rules. Not exactly because they said that he needed to , uh , by , uh , filed the exemption for the mass a certain time before he actually gets on the plane. And I think we're going to hear in this next clip that he did it a little bit too soon. Like he bought the ticket, you know, two days from now. And then he filed the exemption right? As he bought the ticket. But their policy says, you gotta file the exemption seven days before you get on the plane so they can process it. And he says, I, I just bought the ticket. So there's not enough time. So when you want me to do about this, so , uh, here, here is the gentlemen . Now we're going to watch a quick clip from this altercation here. Uh, this comes from this news website w USA nine. And they're going to give us a clip as he's going through TSA. And you can see this TSA person here is actually just pulling out a mask, right? And so this guy, Lucas wall comes out and he says, ah, I'm not gonna wear that mask. We've got a medical condition kind of just assume stands from , let's take a quick watch of this clip.

Mask, but Southwest denied the request saying he needed to submit it. Seven days in advance. Even the wall booked the flight. Only two days before. Take a look at all. Those people says airlines used to be more accommodating to people with disabilities. So what's changed while points to the federal transportation mask mandate. It went into effect just a few months ago and an email Southwest confirmed . They follow the mandate and they do offer where exceptions to people who filed the request and get approval from a doctor.

If you look even on CDC website, there's a lengthy list of medical conditions where they don't recommend people wear a mask more than half the country is fully vaccinated. NY , nice report there, Larry Miller and well done there , Lucas wall. So you heard him kind of explaining what is going on here. And he's actually got a kind of a legitimate grievance right there saying, Hey, you know, we've got indoor requirements. We know the CDC is modifying all of these rules if you're inside. And you know, a large swath of the country is vaccinated and what's the point of this, right? You're now infringing on my civil liberties by making it so I can't breathe anymore. And especially for somebody like him, that has anxiety disorders that causes, you know , panic attacks when he can't breathe. And so there's a policy in place and , uh , what's probably gonna happen here. Well, the course , just going to say, well , you didn't follow the policy there. So, you know , go follow the policy. It's their policy. And they're probably just, you know, this whole lawsuits going to go, essentially nowhere probably, but it is fun. And I want to take a look at it because this story just continues to get Florida, man. Right ? The more I started looking into this, it's just even more Florida, man. So, so I want to show you what's going on here. I pulled this guy's name, Lucas wall, threw that into Google to see if I could find some other , other information about it. And we go over to this other website called village news.com, which we can see over here. And I want to show you, first of all, city fire has an amazing deal. $10 includes the , uh, the drink non-alcoholic beverages. So, you know, you can go pick two lunch special . Uh, they are not sponsors here, but I just wanted to point this out. You know, this is not a paid promotion. It's pretty good deal. Right? Pick two . I don't know of what to have , what I don't know, but it includes a drink for 10 bucks over there looks pretty good. So over from villages now, all we have of course, is this, this headline, which is bizarre. It says villagers, stranded son claims his mask fight has national significance. So I really don't know what the stranded, you know, sun thing is. And villagers of course is referencing the town, but it sort of just feels like they're talking about a stranded villager. Doesn't it? That's what I thought when I was reading this, I was like, did this is this guy stranded villager who just filed this lawsuit in district court? What if he's a strand? Does he have a computer or laptop? How is he typing up this complaint that he's going to be filing if he's a stranded villager? So I think what it means is that there's a town in Florida called villages. I still don't know why he stranded though. All right . So let me show you this fellow . Now I'm going to show you this and it might feel like I'm trying to make fun of this guy. I am absolutely not. I think this guy is outstanding. I think what he's doing is great. He's super proud of his work. I love it. I love when people are authentic and they're going after what they believe in. And I , and I mean that genuinely, but this is also pretty funny. And I think it's, he , he owns it well. So I think he seems like a person of good humor to me. So I just, I , he posted this on social media. I didn't, let me show you this though. First, this is a two part photo. So we're going to take a look at this gentleman Lucas wall. And obviously we can tell he's in Florida. Okay. Because we see Palm trees. We see , um, maybe there are some iguanas running around back there. I don't know, but it looks like Florida to me, we've got some clouds in the sky and this is Lucas wall . It's like a very nice man. And this was actually posted from the article over here on village news. So they, they, they gave us this image of, of , uh, Mr. Wall over here. And , uh, that's, that's the top, right? That's the top frame that you see there's Lucas wall . He's very professional looks good. You know, lavender, I think is a little bold , but it looks, looks pretty good to me. This looks like, you know, most states, right? Like Arizona, probably California, probably New York, maybe not New York. I don't know about New York, you know , uh , California probably I've seen that in Arizona. You might have seen that in your other states. I'm not sure if you've seen that in your other states, but it is sort of a common thing, right? Suit and tie. I don't know what kind of color anyways . My point is that is, is sort of professional on the top. But then we get Florida on the bottom of my friends. It's professional on the top and party on the bottom. We've got this guy here, who's just super happy about his interview. And he posted this on social media. Right. And I absolutely love it. I just think it's hysterical and listen, we've all done this, right? This is , uh , I'm actually wearing, I'm actually wearing khakis right now. So you can see the khakis it's professional on top and professional on the bottom. But you've been at those zoom meetings, right? Where you sort of, you know, look professional at the top and you just do the party on the bottom and he's absolutely doing it. And he did this for an interview because they came over to his house. And so after the interview, he goes out and he says, Hey, look, I just did the thing. I did the party on the, on the bottom thing where I just sort of suited up for the cameras, but I was just rocking and rolling downtown. And so I thought it was fun. I thought it was hilarious. And hopefully you enjoyed that as well. So a villagers , stranded sun won't back down in the legal fight, there was a federal mandate requiring masks . You said earlier this week, he stepped up the court battle. He began waging earlier. He wasn't allowed to board a Southwest airlines flight and he's suing Biden. He's suing the CDC. He suing the TSA, he's suing the DHS and others in his latest salvo. He asked that the wall acknowledges the fierce debate about mass in his country. And so you can see here, they posted this. I said, Lucas wall posted this photo of himself on social media at his mother's home in the villages, after an interview with a TV station. So maybe that's why he stranded. Maybe he's living with his mom because something happened. Um, so certainly I don't want to poke fun at the guy, but I , but I , I just, I sort of, I love his personality. Just owns it. Right. It goes out there, throws on the suit and just owns it so good for him. I seriously applaud that. Like to see that. All right . So let's take a look at his actual lawsuit because this is a thing. This is a big thing. Let me show you, this is the cover sheet. This is being filed out of the, it looks like the district of Columbia somewhere where they're residing, let's see your court of appeals, DC circuit related cases. The big thing I wanted to show you here is this, okay. 208 pages in this lawsuit. It is massive. And it is Lucas' wall. He's filing this pro per, which means he doesn't have an attorney. And I don't think he's an attorney, but he's, he's sort of drafting this on his own. He's got a Washington DC mailing address. He's saying that this is , uh , under a statute, invoking administrative procedure, an appellate agency decision is, is sort of the , the check box that he's checking here. And you can see the attorneys who are representing the government, which is the center for disease control. We're going to have Eric Beck in got Leslie, Steven , Danny, Jennifer, and Karen. They're all going to be federal defendants. So I'm not sure how he named them or whatever, not asking for a jury demand right here, but the big news, again, 208 pages. And so we're not going to go through the whole thing. It is a lot, but I do want to show you what's going on here. We're going to read the statement of the case. So what is sort of the , the, the allegation, and then also take a quick look at what is, what does he want? What is he asking for 208 pages? I mean, he's got a lot of meat in there. What's inside. Let's take a look statement of the case. We'll start off. But before we do quick reminder, these are all the people he's suing. Like basically everybody involved in everything. So we got department of transportation, Joe Biden in his personal official capacity. We've got the aviation authority of greater Orlando, central Florida, regional TSA, transportation authority here. The TSA is up here, DHS health and human services and the CDC so large swaths of the federal government. And he says that he's bringing this suit to enjoin the enforcement of the federal transportation mask mandate, which he's going to be calling the F T M M as well as the I T T R, which is the international testing requirements. So we've got two things that he's upset about masks and tests, not happy, either one of those things. And he says , uh , we know who's responsible for this specifically. It is DHS TSA, D O T et cetera , especially Joe Biden, who he is calling the federal defendants. And he's saying that all of these different organizations, they administer this stuff all over the place, including the greater Orlando region. He says these mandates for mass and for testing are in direct violation of a Florida executive order prohibiting any subdivision of the state from requiring face coverings. Huh? So it sounds like that might be one of those DeSantis orders that we have heard so much about DeSantis is out there showing Republicans how to Republican isn't he he's out there just going hog , wild , passing, all sorts of stuff. Some stuff I think is great. Some stuff I go, I don't, I don't know how that's going to land because of the constitutionality of the , the separation of powers, federal jurisdiction versus state rural jurisdiction. And it can get pretty messy. This is one of those areas where you might be able to come in at a state level and say, we're going to pass this, that nobody anywhere can use anything related to masks in any way, shape or form. But what do you do about the airport, which is , uh , you know, kind of got it . A lot of different layers of federal jurisdiction kind of slapped on top of it, doesn't it right? TSA and so on, are all going on in there. So what happens when you sort of carve out this jurisdictional gray area and the fed say, you got to wear the mask and the state says you don't have to wear the mask anymore. What happens? Who's going to win on that. So we'll see, he's not happy about it. Surprisingly, he says, this lawsuit appears to be the first in the nation to challenge all aspects of FTM M which is the masking and to strike down the testing. So I, you know, I can't confirm or deny that. Of course I didn't do any deep dive into that, but he said that he searched ballot PDs database of almost a thousand lawsuits. And didn't find anything similar to this. He gives us a tiny URL link, which is one to cite things. He says, my research found only one similar lawsuit regarding the three TSA security directives and one emergency amendment Corvette. So he's talking about some cases. He says there was another lawsuit challenging the mass, but it does not raise the many other issues that I do here . He also hopped on Google and couldn't find much about any of these decisions about masks or the testing. He says that the government, yeah , we know they have a goal that they want to ease. COVID-19 he says, that's laudable. That's great. But he says, it's grossly misguided. He says, you know, mandating masks for American travelers and requiring anyone to fly. Even those fully vaccinated to obtain, requiring them to obtain expensive Corona tests within three days is ridiculous. He says, they , these reasons serious constitutional concerns because of these mass mandates, numerous different agencies are required to enforce a federal policy that isn't direct conflict with state law. Right? And so, you know, ordinarily, when we talk about these things, we say, well , it's the supremacy clause, right? The us constitution says that when we have conflicts between federal and state laws, that the federal law reigns Supreme, it's the supremacy clause. And it's kind of that glue that really held a lot of the 13 colonies together. Arguably speaking, depending on how you want to interpret that, the idea being that if you allowed the states to be more Supreme than the federal government, well, then you kind of have 13 different countries, not 13 different states under one bigger federal umbrella. And they tried something like that under the articles of Confederation and the federal government just wasn't so powerful. It just, wasn't powerful enough to kind of keep the cohesion. You need a certain amount of political gravity to bring everything together. And they were not able to do that , uh, back during the articles of Confederation. So they had to scrap those and come back with a new, more robust, centralized federal government. And, you know, obviously that started out much different currently than what we have now. Now it is a massive federal government. Okay? So we go back here. It says the court should hold unlawful. And immediately vacate both the mass requirement and the testing requirement. He says their improper illegal unconstitutional exercises of executive authority. He says both mandates are procedurally defective because the federal defendants adopted a rule without following the APS , notice both the masks and the tasks . He says exceed the statutory authority of the CDC. He says that Congress never intended for the executive branch, which is the presidency to have the authority to promulgate these policies, typo, typo there. And even if it did they're unconstitutional, Congress has enacted at least 20 laws directly concerning the Corona virus pandemic yet net yet not none of these have authorized a mass mandate or international testing requirement. Federal defendants may not exercise their authority in a manner that is inconsistent with the structure Congress enacted. I wonder, do you think this is going to go anywhere? Let's see, we'll wrap this up. We've got one final slide before we see what he wants specifically. He says, they're arbitrary. They're capricious. He says the feds have failed to reasonably explain why other measures are insufficient to tackle this problem COVID is declining and so on. He says, these raised constitutional questions about the separation of powers, the right to due process, the freedom to travel states rights among others, public health service, it confers broad authority to the CDC. The statute would violate the non delegation doctrine because it contains no intelligible principle guiding the CDC and so on. What's some good arguments that are being lobbied there. Let's see what he wants out of this thing. He says, okay, here, here I am asking the court grant, the following relief specifically, an executive order that is declared to be unconstitutional. He says he wants to declare the requirement also unconstitutional. Let's see, it says he's got a lot of requests here. So let's see if we can parse through some of these vacate, the determination, enjoying the enforcement of another order. We have another order requirement for persons who wear masks . He wants that thrown out. He wants to enjoy the enforcement of a security directive over there. Let's see TSA. He's got an emergency authorization. He wants that gone. Another one from the TSA gone. He wants a writ of mandamus. So sort of an order ordering the TSA to remove all signs, informing passengers of the requirement to wear a mask, get rid of the science. He says, he says he wants to declare the defendants department of transportation mask up campaign, contrary to the statute and also unconstitutional. Get those out of here. He says he wants to improve them from using any email addresses with the words mask or mask up. This guy is super thorough and he is very angry about this. Listen, not only do I want the court to order that this program be enjoined, I want the marketing stopped and eliminated, and I want the signs removed. And in fact, I want the department of transportation to delete those stink and mass emails. By the way he continues. He says also to declare that they failed its statutory obligation to enforce certain access. He continues. I want the federal transit administration to amend its master agreement, to withhold federal funding. He wants the OTs agency, the federal railroad administration. He wants their emergency order gone . He wants the FM CSA. So the federal motor carrier safety administration to do something he wants [inaudible] . He wants links to do something. He wants a permanent injunction from anybody to cover their face unless they are infected by a communicable disease. So very broad requests there. Another permanent injunction, he also wants, this is so good. Under paragraph S award me all costs and attorney's fees. He says, if I later hire an attorney to represent me in this lawsuit, and I don't have an attorney now, but if I want somebody to represent me, you got to pay for that other declaratory relief and other relief as deemed proper. He signs off on it. Seventh day of June, 2021 by Lucas wall, which is just outstanding. Right? So this guy wrote all of this himself. He's doesn't have a lawyer. He wrote 208 pages and he was just blasting every single government entity that had anything to do with masks. It's good stuff. We know it's Tuesday. So I got to hop out of here a little bit earlier than usual, but let's take a look at the chat and see what's happening over here. We have , uh , Davis parks is chime in and says, will you, at some point we've got two questions that just rolled in. So Davis park says, well , you, at some point go over the history of the general welfare clause. I already didn't understand how we allow this to justify social security and minimum wage. But with all these mass mandates, it seems like they crossed another line. How did we get to this point? Yeah, it's a great question. That's a great idea. Davis parks . So I will go ahead and write that down. Jenna , you know, there is a, there's sort of a long, a long history there, and I think that will be very worthwhile. And I do that . You don't have time to get into it right now. I apologize, but it is written down. Okay. Jeremy Machida says the information age was a great achievement for humankind. And fortunately we've progressed to the disinformation misinformation, age, rendering information, useless and not trustworthy. Yeah. So Jeremy, I have a whole nother thing. I'm working on that. So I have this, I have this , uh , this thing I'm working on called first principles for criminal justice and American freedom. And I have this idea for , uh , for a framework that I think is going to be arguing for a new informational supply chain for America in general. But I want to start with criminal law. I think they're , they're a beautiful creature. And when I was a , oh my gosh, when I was a kid, when I was just a child, how old was I must've been eight or something like that. Uh, and I was sort of, you know, sort of going in between conferences, her, but we went to the DC zoo and I got to sort of see, they had an amazing Panda exhibit. I got this like Panda stuff thing. I was a boy. I loved that thing. I happen to love pandas . There they're great animals. We got tos forever says time for Florida, man, to have a go fund me page, maybe get that man, a civil lawyer. He said he needs some funds to go get a lawyer. I, I support that.
