Hello, my friends. And welcome back to yet. Another episode of watching the Watchers live. My name is Robert Mueller. I am a criminal defense attorney here at the RNR law group in the always beautiful and sunny Scottsdale Arizona, where my team and I over the course of many years have represented thousands of good people facing criminal charges. Throughout our time in practice, we have seen a lot of problems with our justice system. I'm talking about misconduct involving the police. We have prosecutors behaving poorly. We have judges not particularly interested in a little thing called justice, and it all starts with the politicians, the people at the top, the ones who write the rules and pass the laws that they expect you and me to follow, but sometimes have a little bit of difficulty doing so themselves. That's why we started this show called watching the Watchers so that together with your help, we can shine that big, beautiful spotlight of accountability and transparency down upon our system with the hope of finding justice. And we're grateful that you are here and with us today, Ben, a couple of days, we didn't have a show on Friday because I was in the middle of the Arizona meltdown. Something that many of us here are still suffering through, but it was something we are going to talk about because we're going to get into that today. There is a heat dome, something that I've lived in Arizona, my whole life, and I've never really known. This was a thing, but we have a heat dome that came through Arizona. And we're going to talk about this in the context of the border crisis, because we've been following this for some time. We've been saying that this was about to happen. That once things started to heat up, we were still seeing this migration coming across the Southern border of the United States. Well, lo and behold, we are now seeing images of what these migrants are going through. So we've got some, uh, some, uh, photographs of, uh, U hall filled with people that are being trafficked across the border. And it's a horrendous thing. And so now governors are starting to take some action. So we're going to check in and see what's happening there. We've got governor Abbott, who's taking action, who is actually saying that he's going to start funding or, or raising funds to support a border wall there in Texas. We've got Ron DeSantis now is saying that he's going to start sending some, uh, law enforcement support to Texas and Arizona. And so there's a lot of activity taking place on the border. We're going to get into that. We're also going to talk about a very interesting story here. It involves a potential Chinese spy or a at least somebody who is defecting. We're talking about a guy by the name of dong wing, dong Jing Wei, and allegedly, he used to work for China's ministry of state security, which is sort of like, you know, the CIA type of a bureaucracy over there. And the story may go that he actually is here in the United States. Allegedly picked up, landed here February, 2021. And there's a lot of interesting things surrounding this story. So we're going to take a look at what's happening on Chinese Twitter because now that there may be some indications that the Chinese just lost one of their top counter intelligence officials, they're trying to put the rabbit back in the hat and we're going to take a look at this story. Very interesting stuff. And then we're going to finish up by talking about a couple case updates. We now have a memorandum from the Michael[inaudible] case. Remember Michael Abinadi was, uh, somebody who allegedly was going to dethrone Donald Trump run for president. He was sort of the second coming for many people on the left wing of the aisle. And so now he is being sentenced for his extortion scheme involving Nike sometime ago. So we're going to check in on that. And then in another case that we followed closely here, mark and Patricia McCloskey, this was the couple that had the, sort of the guns out there in front of their mega mansion, as some of the rioters, uh, breached the gate, the security perimeter, and then sort of walked down the street in front of their mansion. They came out with guns. Everybody, I think in that situation was being very dramatic, but lo and behold, they got charged with a crime and then they actually pled guilty, which was something that was kind of surprising. So we are going to go through that story. And, uh, we've got some pictures from Mr. McCloskey, went out there and bought, I think about a new AR 15, just to sort of, you know, rub, rub salt in the wound. And so that's, you know, good for him. Now, we're going to finish up with Congressman Donald Payne. We were going to talk about this on Friday before the, uh, sauna came into effect here. And it was a very interesting zoom meeting that took place last week, Congressman Donald Payne was in a, in a budget committee and he showed them what he thought of the budget committee. And I actually think this man is an American hero. So we're going to talk about Donald Payne here in a minute, and I want you to be a part of the show. So, all right, enough of that, let's get into the first story of the day. We're going to start not talking about the border. We're going to talk about China. New rumors are surrounding the international espionage scene. We're talking about a potential Chinese defector. Somebody who was very high up in the Chinese bureaucracy in fact is sort of analogous to the CIA over there. And the story comes from spy talk, which is a very fun new website that I'm enjoying spending time on spy talk is saying that there is a rumor that a high level Chinese defection occurred. They're saying that the guy's name is vice minister dong[inaudible] way. So we're going to go through this and we're going to spend a little time going through Chinese Twitter. So it says your state security vice minister guy by the name of dong Jean way, would the highest level defector in the history of the people's Republic of China. And so this article goes through as it was written last week, but I'm going to, we're going to walk you through, we're going to step through this. So we're going to go through this, the initial rumor. Then we're going to take a look at another former Chinese ministry, secret service person on Twitter. And what we're going to notice is that a lot of Chinese Twitter, you know, I'm just going to cut it, bucket it and label it all in that bucket. They're doing some deep dives on this. They're trying to get to the bottom of this guy who is dogging way and what is China doing as a result of this defection? So you can imagine if we have a defection this big, we've got a lot of questions, especially coming on the tail of COVID. A lot of time has been spent asking ourselves, did the Corona virus emerged from Wu Han lab, uh, know, Institute of virology, or is this something that emerged from a bat out of a cave in China somewhere? So let's go back to this. We're going to go, and we're going to do some background work here, Dawn Jean way, apparently defected in mid February. So earlier this year, flying from Hong Kong to the United States, with his daughter dong yang, we're going to, we're going to dig in dong gene, gene, Y supposedly gave the U S information about the Wu Han Institute of virology that changed the stance of the Biden administration concerning the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic. So they're saying this happened about mid February, and we've all kind of noticed that, right? Wasn't there a transition sort of very recently where previously, if you came on YouTube and said something like, well, I think that the virus escape from the Wuhan Institute of virology, you were a conspiracy theorist. You were somebody who was spreading dangerous misinformation, and theoretically you could have even been banned or thrown off of Twitter or YouTube or Facebook. This was happening all over the place. And then something kind of just happened like a flip switched. It was after that Nicholas Wade article came out and I made a very long video about an hour and 20 minutes on that, on my second channel in the description below where you can go and watch that, but long, deep dive article. And that was kind of the opening of the flood gates. Wasn't it, as soon as people started to read that article and suddenly everybody started to say, Hey, you don't have to kind of does make sense. What China's been doing has not really been on the up and up. And so we're going to start taking a second look at some of this stuff. And you even noticed that the byte administration came out and was saying, yeah, actually, you know, I know there was an investigation going on from the Trump administration because we saw that on the transition out. I think January 15th, the day before, or, you know, five days before Biden was inaugurated on the 20th secretary of state Pompeo released a fact sheet that came out and said, Hey, we've got all these concerns about the Wuhan Institute of virology over there. So we knew it was coming. Biden came in, apparently put the lid on that investigation, but then opened it back up. And the timing kind of matches, right? That he landed here in mid February, apparently communicating sometime in March. And we started to see a pretty strong pivot right around that point in time. Now you can talk about it on YouTube. I made a video about it a couple of a month ago on my second channel. And a lot more people are talking about it. You still can't say certain words like, you know, therapeutic words, like if you're going to ingest the pill in your mouth, the other people like Brett Weinstein and some others are going to be are still getting sort of that dangerous label on here. But my point being is that the public accessibility of the discussion has definitely changed. And it coincided kind of right about the same time this guy landed. So spy catcher dog is, or was a long time official in China's ministry of state security, also known as the Guan Bo he is publicly available background indicates that he was responsible for the ministry's counter-intelligence efforts in China. So catching spies, and since being promoted to vice minister in April of 2018, if the stories are true by watch says, Don would be the highest level defector in the history of the people's Republic of China. So, as I mentioned, we're going to go over to this fellow here. This guy's name is LAN chow, hon. And he is somebody who is on Twitter. He's got about 90,000 followers and he tweets mostly in Chinese and Mandarin. You can see here, this is translated by Google from Chinese, but if you read what the translation says, it says lawyers, human right worker. He is a vice chairman once worked in the ministry of foreign affairs of the Chinese communist party and the U S Senate. So he said that this tweet aims to share information. And so this guy has sort of been, uh, the, the first person who kind of brought this up and I want to go through his tweets because he's been tweeting all weekend about dogging way and about the Chinese government's response. And so, you know, obviously I'm going to guess that he is still not in China, but because he used to work there, vice chairman, ministry of foreign affairs, Chinese communist party, all that stuff. And he's very well plugged in, and he's probably still, you know, very, very up to speed on what the response would be from the government in, in the event that an incident like this happens. So he's giving us some guidance. He's kind of just walking us through and giving us his perspective on what the Chinese communist party is doing in response to this. So here his is his first, uh, one of the first tweets that I saw. Here's what he said in Mandarin, of course, translated. Uh, he says dogging way information update says, I transferred the gossip sent by a friend and it seemed to have alarmed the mainstream media in the United States. This is where I first caught it. And so did spy watch. So he sent something it's just gossip sent by a friend. So the reporter says, well, what was going on? He says, I truthfully answered that it was an unverifiable gossip sent by a mainlander. Okay. So he's just saying, it's just a rumor right now. He says before my Twitter specifically talked about it, so American reporters could not confirm this either. Okay. So what he's saying is, you know, they're reaching out to me, I got contacted by somebody in the mainstream media. I transferred gossip over to them. They're communicating about it. So basically he's saying, he's sort of saying that I kind of heard something was going on over here, and they're also hearing something's going on over here. And so they reached out to me to, to cut, to corroborate this. And he says, you know, I'm kind of hearing the same thing too, but I'm just letting you know it was a rumor. And so it's like both people bump into each other and they're like, Hey, what are you doing here? Oh, what are you doing here? And they both go, oh, Hmm. Okay, well, let's, let's compare notes. Shall we? And so they say, uh, what, what chow Han says is the American reporters could not confirm this. Either the, of the party states he says, which would be China is flying all over the sky. He says, it's a sign that the rain is coming. And he links over here to the daily beast. Daily beast is all over. It says rumors of a us secretly harboring a top China official swirl. So it, mainstream media now has sort of a, you know, a catch on it. So then over near the end of last week, then this was a rumor that was flying around and then red state.com, which is sort of, you know, it's a, it's a right organization, but they confirmed this stuff with their own sources. So we see the media sort of poking their heads around. Then suddenly we get boom confirmation. So over from red state, we got Jennifer van LAR doing excellent work over here. She posted this on June 18th. It says breaking Chinese defectors identity is confirmed. And this is where we get the name dong Wang, uh, you know, for formally corroborated by a U us source. It says, we now know the name of the Chinese defector. He working for the defense intelligence agency here in the United States, working with the DIA for a few months and what his position within the Chinese military and the government was red state sources confirmed the defector is in fact dong. Okay. So the rumors that were spread by chow hun now are sort of being corroborated here. It is. In fact on, we have the U S media that was poking around. We got Jennifer van layer has a source. We now know it's done that. He was in charge of counter-intelligence efforts in China, that he flew to the United States mid February, allegedly to visit his daughter at a university in California. And we're going to talk about this too. Uh, you know, something that I'm learning more, more about China, there's this plan called the thousand talents plan, which is very interesting and got a clipping of that as well, because you start asking yourself, huh? Well, that's weird. What is the counter-intelligence minister like the top spy guy in China doing, sending his daughter to a university in California? You know, if you're sort of in espionage, if you're, uh, you know, Jack Bauer and Jack Ryan and all of the other jacks out there that are master spies, well, you are, you kind of want your loved ones close to you, don't you, you don't wanna send them into the heart of the enemy. The United States, those capitalists, you know, pigs. We want to keep our children close to us. So what's happening here? Oh, might be the thousand talents plan. We're going to read about that. So when Don landed in California, he contacted DIA officials, told them about his plans to defect and the information he brought with him dong then hidden plain sight for about two weeks before disappearing into DIA custody done, done, done. Right? Whoa, whoa. This is crazy. All right. So what's going on in Chinese Twitter, let's go back over there. So we're responding now to chow hon. And so this person posted, uh, you know, gal U 22 0 0 8 1 2. He says, uh, this morning, Dawn, Jean Wei, vice minister of the ministry of national security made a public appearance. Okay. So th he's translating now this press release this public publicly released statement here from the Chinese government, the Chinese communist party. So what are they saying? He's translating. He says, uh, oh no, no, no dogs. You can wait. Oh, no, he's here. He's a he's here. He just made public appearance. In fact, he hosted a symposium. The symposium emphasize that to do a good job in anti-rape and espionage. Uh, we must not only catch the spies, but we must also catch internal traders and quote behind the scenes. Right? So this is the public sort of cleanup press release that the Chinese came out and said, oh, oh, oh no, doggie, wait. No, he didn't the fact he's actually back there. He was at a public symposium and he's talking about anti-rape and he's talking about espionage. You know, speaking of spies, it's very important that in China, that we root out the internal traders and that we eliminate them from behind the scenes, but dogging way, he's right back there at a, uh, he's at a holiday and actually back there. So you'll see him later. Now this goes on. So Twitter now is going, wait a minute. So they just posted that public, you know, that press release that says that he's not, you have him. Other people are saying, no, you don't what's going on here. And then we start to see, well, here's another, here's another Twitter. It says a teacher gown. It was an official account that released the refuting rumors says a Changan sword government official account Shangaan sword. So he's saying, no, it was an official account that is trying to refute the rumors. So that was a followup to this press release. And then we get over here and it looks like, you know, if, if, if that, so, so they post this press release, this press release says, oh no, he's fine. He's here. He's all good. Don't worry about dogs you way he's, he's still, you know, our boy here in China and then somebody else, yang friend, uh, you won a UN says, oh, well, that's interesting, huh? Well, okay, China. Well then why at three o'clock this afternoon? The information about dogging way on Sogou excite encyclopedia is, uh, is the following, sorry. The term you searched for has been deleted or is under review. And so if you click this video, right, he's going to show us that when you go and search for dong jianwei, uh, oh, look what happens. So there's doggy way. We want to get some more information about him and we click it and nothing's there, right? That's the Chinese 4 0 4 page. We, you know, we, we, we try to investigate a little bit more about dogging way, click, uh, click, get some more information. There he is. We search for him up. Can't find them again. So doggy way has just been scrubbed from the Chinese internet. And my understanding is if you go to the Chinese version of Google, I think it's Baidu. Then they also have sort of scrubbed their results. So dogging way is now been eliminated off of the internet. Now, Leanne chow Han actually posted this over the weekend as well. And he's giving us an update. So he says, okay, so where is dogging way? Now we have a name. He says, listen, I forwarded the gossip about dogging ways, defect and attracted attention, which he certainly did the political and legal committee Chang on John, appear to dispel the rumors and posted an article saying that dong, hosted counter information discussion recently. And there was no photo or video. Okay. So that was sort of the press release that we just talked about. So the media, he says, continue to question them a tweet said that Guan did not send the deputy minister due to the nature of his work photo, but some Twitter friends also sent a photo of change. I'm gonna explain this to them at Chen, a second journal seaman high-level secretary dialogue with Germany sent by Chinese yen in 2018. Okay. So please identify whether dong is among them. So what he's talking about is this photo right here, right? He says, okay, so this photo happened. He says, look, you know, the government is now saying dogging Wang is here, that he just did a counter information discussion, but there was no photo or video. And they said they didn't send him due to the nature of his work. But some Twitter friends say that you kinda, you kind of do send him to those things due to the nature of his work. Right. And let's take a look at this 2018 photo. For example, when he was sent to jail, to have a dialogue about this stuff, right here is a picture of them in front of Germany. Here's the German flag. Here's the Chinese flag. And we've got, you know, sort of a delegation here. And so he says that at the bottom, please identify whether dong is among them. So, all right, so the Chinese are telling us they never send them to these things. I got a photo from 2018 is dogging wing in there. And they say, yep. He is in fact, this guy right here is apparently dong Jing Wang because another Twitter user says, yep. Please identify whether dong is among them. Yep. Dong is on that picture. So they found two other photographs of dong Jean Wang. And of course, that guy looks a lot like this guy doesn't he certainly looks like the same fellow to me. And so right, this guy may actually be now in us custody. So they're, they're telling us now China is, is absolutely losing their mind over this. We go back to Leon. Shahan somebody who used to work for the Chinese government. And he's saying the knife cut it in reverse Guan, a senior official, which is, which is the, the intelligence agency, uh, says that dogging wings, defection and CCPs reaction to the gossip and CCPs reaction are very strange. He says G Z gene pings campaign to purge and clean. The political and legal system has entered the deep water area. It will be investigated for 20 years to eliminate quote the horse of the black sheep festering and pus. He says using family law to eliminate dissonance in the political and legal departments, making everyone feel insecure. He says, I hope that the we'll cut back. So, right. So the way that I'm reading this is he saying that what he's seeing happened in China is sort of a, an orientation in response to the news that the bureaucracy is sort of realizing, oh, this happened. That was a big defection. And, and now we have to start responding to this. So they're, they're sort of propagandizing and we're moving stuff off of the internet and apparently cleaning house politically and so on. So troubling stuff. Now we go back over to the red state article and they're going to give us a little bit more information about what's going on here. So now that we know who dong, uh, Janeway is, and a little bit about what's happening, they give us some more information about that summit that they have back in March of 2021. So dog's name came up back during that March or during that summit. And if you remember, I think this was the same summit that I was sort of making fun of the, of the delegation for, because Anthony Blinken was there and he's sort of scolding the Chinese delegates. He's saying, Hey, you know, you're putting all of these weekers up in concentration camps and you're, you know, doing ethnic cleansing and you're eliminating people and sort of reminiscent of concentration camps and the extermination of people during the Holocaust, kind of the big problem. Why don't you answer for that? And the Chinese delegate just said, oh, excuse me, Blake, uh, BLM, racist, slavery holder. Anthony, how about you get your own house in order before you come over here and start wagging your finger in our faces. So it was kind of embarrassing, but apparently what ended up happening back then was that they actually talked about this. So in a tweet on Wednesday Hahn, Dr. Hahn lean chow, K the person we've been following here, a Chinese defector citing an unsafe named source, alleged that China's foreign minister wingy and a communist party, foreign affairs boss yang, G J G demanded that the Americans returned dong and the secretary of state Anthony Blinken refused. Okay. So maybe a little bit more came out of that meeting rather than the finger wagging going back and forth across the delegation table. Sounds like the Chinese came over here and said, Hey, you have dong Jean way. We want him back. And Anthony Blinken to his credit said, no, we're not, no, sorry. We're not giving them back to you. So red state now their sources say that Chinese officials did demand that they returned on Blinken. Didn't exactly refuse. These says at the time Blinken, wasn't aware that Don was even with the us government. Oh, so nevermind. Well, we'll see the sources say and told China, the us didn't have dogs. So maybe they didn't even know he was here. Right? Maybe that sort of raises a red flag. Who are you asking about? Why are you asking about Don? Where does that guy go find him? It's only in the last three to four weeks that anyone outside DIA knew about the defector, according to red state. Prior to that time, the defense intelligence agency was vetting. The information provided and confronting Langley officials, CIA, with what they'd learned without divulging the source. It's a big deal. Experts now quoted in spy talk, essentially say the defection is just a rumor. And if they say, well, it's not that big of a deal. That's not what they say here. Red state says, no, that's not true at all. Our sources with familiar with the information say dong already has provided it's quite quantity and reliability. In terms of information, not only does dong have detailed information about China's special weapon system, the Chinese military operation of the Wuhan Institute of virology and the origins of COVID, but the government's assets and sources within the United States, dong has extremely embarrassing and damaging information about our intelligence community and government officials in terabytes of data. He's provided to the DIA, a terabytes, a lot of data, a lot. We can put a lot of YouTube videos on a lot of terabytes. Let's see how many terabytes he's got. Some of the information provided by Don was reported by the Washington free beacon. So hundreds of Chinese nationals. Now this is what we're going to read about the 10 about the thousand talents plan. So we have these interests. This, this is very interesting. Hundreds of Chinese nationals are the subject of a federal probe after law enforcement officials flag their travel at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Why is that? Chinese nationals returned to the U S earlier than expected in January, 2020, often having modified their travel plans. Why would that happen? January, 2020, stuff's kind of going on around the world. You've got all of these Chinese nationals that are over in China. And they're saying we got to get the hell out of here. America we're coming back early. They did. They modified all of their travel plans and they start coming back in large swaths. The episode is recounted in an internal report circulated among various law enforcement agencies. It surmises that the Chinese students returned to the U S earlier in order to avoid future travel restrictions caused by COVID-19. They knew it was ripping through there. They needed to get out of there before it happened. Team examined 58,000 inbound identified 396 individuals whose return travel was scheduled after, but returned earlier in January. All right, now, this is what they're telling us. The free beacon says that us intelligence officials have not come to a conclusion about whether the students are being investigated. Hmm, red state is told that whether or not one of them wants to use the term spy, those students are setting back specifically to the U S with specific information gathering directives with the purpose of helping Beijing, understand the U S government's response to the pandemic at a much deeper level than they could through publicly available documents, call them spies or not certainly sounds like spying. Those students hashtag spies were charged with reporting back on public policy changes, economic response damage impacts on the health care systems like equipment, hospital, bed shortages, supply chain impacts, including how long it took things like semiconductors from China to reach the U S civil unrest. And more, there is a plan. This is not something that is sort of a conspiracy theory. Okay. There's a actually a plan called the thousand talents plan, and it has a seal and everything. In fact, there's a Wikipedia page and it looks like this, the thousand talents plan. This is a plan coming out of communist China that was established in 2008 by the central government of China. And why did they do it to recognize and recruit leading international experts in science, research, innovation, entrepreneurship, et cetera, both the us and Canada have warned that China intends to use scientists who are involved with this plan to gain access to new technology, economic and military advantage, right? So it's not like, oh, we just want good students. Well-rounded diverse students. You know, we've got a lot of diversity here in the United States, and we're getting a lot more of it, even if we don't necessarily want their version of that. So the Chinese say, oh yeah, we're just going to it's it's it's to make sure we have wealth rounded students. Yeah, right there. They're infiltrating all of the different little tents of American society with the sole purpose of reporting back to China. This is the part of the thousand talents planning. You can call me a Chinese, you know, uh, alarmist, but I think it's pretty alarming. It says the program grew out of the talent superpower strategy of the 17th Congress in China. They elevated the program in 2010 to become, to become the top level award given throughout the country. In 2019, the program was rebranded to become the official representative body for program participants. So the thousand talent plan, let's see it's the highest award. And the program has been praised for recruiting top international talent to China. And they're saying they're kind of ineffective at retaining it. So they've got all sorts of, you know, programs to send people out out of China, go get educated elsewhere, bring them back to China. And when they come back, not only do they have the education they received elsewhere in the world, but they also have a lot of very important information about their economics and infrastructure, and maybe some things that are happening behind the scenes, let's say in the U S government, if they work for the government, it academia, they work in academia and research projects. If they work in different labs and different things throughout the world. So kind of a smart plan. And they're in there in full effect and even dogging way's daughter apparently was in California and, you know, sort of doing something very similar to that. So red state now leaves us with some questions. Okay. And maybe some information about what dogging way actually brought across with him. Let's take a look at some of this information. So first they say he's provided the DIA with the following information, early pathogenic studies of the virus. We now know as COVID models have predicted COVID-19 spread and damage to the U S and the world. Yeah. Cause because if it was, let's say hypothetically, a bio weapon, while you would, you'd want to model it, you want to see how this impacts the rest of the world. They've also got financial records detailing, which exact organization and governments funded the research on COVID two and other biological warfare. We've got the names of us citizens who provide Intel to China, but not, that'd be nice to see, we got names of Chinese spies working in the U S or attending us universities. We have financial records showing us businessmen, public officials who've received money from the Chinese government would love to see that list, but that would be very nice. I could speculate and probably be pretty accurate on that. But I would like to see the official docs details of meetings, us government officials had with Chinese spies and members of Russia's SVR. We've got how the Chinese government gained access to the CIA communication systems leading to the death of dozens of Chinese people who were working with the CIA. That's pretty good information trove there. Dong has also provided them with copies of contents of the hard drive on hunter Biden's laptop. Oh, great. Uh, great. That means we will never hear any of this information because hunter Biden's involved showing the information the Chinese government has about Hunter's pornography problem and his, and Joe's business dealing with Chinese entities. Some of the files on, on dong has provided shine, a light on just how the sale of the[inaudible] automotive, their stealth technology to the Chinese military manufacturer Otto was approved. So the list just goes on, on, and on very interesting story. We got three is here, says I really hope this rumor is true and corroborate what Dr. Ling Lee Ming Yan has already given us. She has already already gave proof. This rumor is true. His info would make it stronger. Yeah. We got to make sure that that information the light of day, but that's my number one concern here. You know, the government is very, they invested, they got their heels dug in on, on a lot of this stuff as, as do a lot of people in the media. I mean, did you see Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert when they start talking about this potentially being a lab escape called bears is his brain short-circuited. He didn't know what to think or say about it. And there are many people like that in this country who, who are not necessarily open to an alternative explanation. So we might be seeing some serious cognitive dissonance. All right. Last up on this one, we've got, wants to know, says with Feinstein Cabella's husband in California, politician, a lot of mainstream media spying and lobbying for China. China knows everything probably more than you or me. Yeah. I mean, it's like, do, does China even have to try that hard? I mean, for, for some of these agencies, I mean, a lot of what we hear about related to China is, is mostly sort of, I think coping with the fact that we have they're, they're sort of somebody we have to deal with. It's sort of like, well, you know, they could always be doing better where you got a big country and sort of making excuses for them all the time. The only person that really came in with really tough talk on China was Trump. That's it? I mean, everybody else has sort of just, you know, middle of the road, a bunch of wafflers here. And so, you know, I could imagine a situation where the U S government has some things that are very much in alignment with Chinese interests. Okay. If they both angled COVID response, if the us was funding China, for example, and they both have their hands in the pot and they both got caught with their hands in the pot, maybe they both just say, well, listen, all right, we're just going to kind of turn the volume down on this one a little bit, let this whole thing blow over, you know, the U S government and the Chinese government. They have a lot at stake here in terms of their legitimacy. If both our governments are complicit in this disaster that has overtaken the world, well, it can be a lot of angry people about that. And so when you have, you know, it's kind of the enemy of your enemy is your friend type of a thing. Maybe that doesn't fit them. You get the point. All right. Great questions. It has been hot here in the Southwestern United States. So hot. In fact, it looks like this kind of looks like kind of something that's kind of burning on the stove. Definitely wouldn't want to eat whatever's in this sort of a dark area, as you can see. Unfortunately for me, I happen to live sort of right here, right there in the middle. And it feels sort of about what it looks like. It's hot. It is June 21st is the day that we're recording this video. And, you know, typically I don't talk about the weather on this show, but this is important because we're talking about some very, very problematic implications of a very hot summer in something that's called a heat dome in conjunction with people crossing the border. And there are now images that are coming out about people just sort of slamming themselves, packing themselves in you halls and different conveyances to try to get across the border. We have governors now who are actually taking steps into taking action. They are trying to resolve this because they are recognizing that the federal government has dropped the ball at every level. Kamala Harris just went down to Guatemala and then over to Mexico. And she told a bunch of people don't come to the United States. We're going to see if that was effective or not. But the point here is that Arizona and the Southwestern United States are going through something right now. And it's kind of a weird thing. I've lived here my whole life. And you'll notice that some of the temperatures are, are, are wild. We've got salt lake city, 1 0 7. We have Vegas one 16 and we had, let's see, uh, on Thursday, about 6:00 PM. Death valley got to 128 degrees. Okay. 128 Phoenix was close by at 118. And in fact it was so hot that it actually fried the air conditioning unit, uh, down at my studio B. So I'm here today. And, uh, you know, last week, the hard drive at this studio failed. So I was recording from the other one. Then the air conditioning failed at that studio. So now I'm back here. I fixed the hard drive this weekend. So we're back in business. But my point is, it's like actually, you know, causing a lot of problems for people. And I know that this is sort of minor compared to some of the other catastrophes that we've seen out there. Houses are not getting burned down. We do have a lot of wildfires that are spreading around the area, but it's, it's really hot, right? People are not freezing to death. They, there, there are people though, as we're going to see who are actually being hospitalized as a result of this, right? They are putting themselves subjecting themselves to temperatures over 110 degrees, 123 degrees in some places. And so I've lived here my whole life. Never quite heard about a heat dome, but I want to show you what this looks like. So this is a heat dome. Apparently this is the thing as the ground warms, you're going to see the ground loses moisture. So what that means is that it is easily heated. So then it causes sort of a rise in some of the air. Then you have a high pressure system, which pushes the warm air down. And so if you look at this, it kind of looks like a convection oven, doesn't it? And it sort of feels like that around here. Well, the people who are coming across the border, they're through all of that, right? So I'm sitting here, you know, in an office that has air conditioning. Um, I'm doing okay. There are, uh, by last count last month, 180,000 people who came across. We talked about those statistics here this month, we're going to see if those numbers dip, they certainly will. And we said this before they are going to dip because it heats up and the, the administration is going to come back of course and say, oh, look, what Kamala did she solve the problem? Because the numbers are down here, right? They go down because it gets hot, but that doesn't stop. What we're about to see the sun came out and says, close to death, shock picks, show 33, illegal immigrants crammed into a U hall in Texas in temperatures that are a hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Trump blast the border crisis. Of course. So remember this article came out June 17th. This was before the heat dome. And this was from about a week before that. So let's take a look. We're going to see what's going on here. At least a dozen people were actually hospitalized with heat-related illnesses. Agents revealed the group was close to perishing due to excessive heat and a lack of fresh air. Okay? So these are people who are literally going to be dying. Now this is let go look. These are people that we find at the border. They came to the border, they made it border patrol says, oh my God, we got to get you people to a hospital. You're gonna kill yourselves. And they're like dying right in front of them. They cause, cause they made it here. How many of these you halls don't make it? How many of these coyotes, you know, do something down there and we never hear about it going to guess. It's not insignificant. Border protection said here in a statement that they acted on a tip of a suspicious activity near a McDonald's agents approached a Dodge journey in a U haul truck. They freed 33 people from inside the vehicle. 12 patients were transported at regional hospitals. Others were treated for symptoms of dehydration, no casualties. Thank God had our heroic agents not been able to free these trap undocumented migrants. We could have seen 33 miserable deaths in this event, right? Easily. You'll see smugglers do not care. What type of misery they put people through as they take their money. Homeland security is now working to identify the smugglers. Good luck. It's not clear where the migrants are being kept or where they're originally from. Agents have said, not said when it is, they believe they entered the country. It comes as 27 migrants were found crammed inside another U haul truck during a traffic stop near Laredo. Agent said the temperature inside the cargo compartment was a sweltering 1 0 6, which is actually quite, quite reasonable. When I get in my car, it's 120 something, you know, a hundred easily, no problem. So they must have had some sort of, you know, some, some sort of solution in there. Let's take a look. It says they were all placed under arrest. Along with driver and passenger though human smugglers may try different ways to avoid detection. We're going to find them. Joe Biden administration has been blasted for huge spikes in migrants, illegally crossing the border. Since he took office, data has shown tens of thousands made the journey in April and may compared to less than 100 who crossed in the last month of Donald Trump's presidency. So it was significantly more than that. I think in may, it was 190,000. Yeah. In may we talked about it. There was a story on the show, 180,000 people coming. Trump blasted Biden on the border on Wednesday. He claimed that death and criminals are pouring into our country. So as I think the reason, okay, uh, he goes on, he was on Sean Hannity's show. He announced on Tuesday, a surprise trip to the border. Republicans are slamming vice president, Kamala Harris for failing to visit the border. Even though she's been put in charge of it from Joe Biden. And I've confirmed that four times. So let's take a look at what they're seeing inside the U hall. So there we've got sort of a, a laser temperature gauge says temperature reached at least 1 0 6 in there. A lot of water in, in sort of, you know, some, some hydration. We'll see what's going on. We've got pictures of the inside of it. Harris embarked on her first trip. It was unequivocal. We've got some other people's border we're going to get there. All right. So I want to point this out, right? We've got Kamala Harris. Now. She, she was just down there, went down to solve this problem once and for all. So she went down to Guatemala and then wagged her finger in the Guatemalans face and said, Hey, keep your problems down here in Guatemala. We don't want to deal with you people down in the United States, even though when she was running for president. I mean, vice-president, you know, you get the same difference. She was saying things like, oh, you know anything that Donald Trump does is racist. It's inhumane, it's inhumane. We're a country of immigrants and we're going to accept everybody. Then she flies down there. As soon as she's elected, it says do not come. So she tells him, do not come, do not migrate to the United States. And look, let's take a quick look at what date. This was June 7th, this was updated. All right. So it was about that time. She called on robust talks with Guatemalan president. All right. So, okay. So on June 7th, Kamala Harris do not come. She said something like if you come, I believe you'll be turned away at the border. Right? So she didn't actually change a policy. She's like, well, I believe well, okay. You're the vice-president what did you tell the border patrol? Do they believe? Or what are we talking about here? So she says on June 7th, June 7th, do not come guess what happens on June 10th? Well, we got a whole huge hall full of people coming in. Now, these, the reason I'm showing you this picture, so you can see what I'm talking about. Their images, their faces are all blurred out. Everything is being protected for their privacy. Okay? That the point of it is this is what's happening and this is not happening because of climate change, right? Kamala Harris went down there and said, well, we've got to address the root causes of an economic LPR, whatever this is happening. Because her administration has made a very, very strong policy change saying that you can come into the United, you can make your move here and you can wait in the United States. Donald Trump was remained in Mexico. You can come and apply for asylum, but you can't come across the border. They changed that because the last we heard that was a very racist, xenophobic thing that Donald Trump did. So that policy changes suddenly there's a flood gate of everybody wants to come across the border because the byte administration in the, in the months leading up to the election said, essentially, you're welcome here in, in different words. And then as soon as they got off into office, they actually changed the policies that orchestrated the momentum shift. Now they're trying to clean up the mess. Kamala Harris walks down there to Guatemala and says, don't come three days later, you hall full of people coming. So what's, what's, what's going to happen. Why, why are they coming? I thought that they listened to her. I thought that the queen Kamala Harris, the boarders are, who was put in charge of this by Joe Biden, was going to solve this problem. Are you telling me that she went down there and gave a speech and then everybody just didn't bow to her and say, oh, got it. Thanks Kamala. Thanks for telling us not to come. I guess you're right. We're going to stay right where we're where we are. Thank, you know, she had her and Joe Biden have the exact power to change some of these policies, but they're not going to do it. They're not going to do it because we've got some American people here who say, well, those policies are racist and they don't necessarily know this is what happens when you have these policies. This is exactly what happens. You are causing people to put themselves in harm's way and kill themselves in order to get here, because they have this belief based on your own stinking statements and your own administration's actual policies that are causing them to come. And you're going to, you know, you're going to just say that this is a humanitarian thing. Here's another 27 migrants, right? All filled up in, in the back of a U hall in Texas. We've got this one over here. Here's another one crammed in to the back of a flatbed folks. It's look, look, that is what this administration is, is causing to happen. It's been going on for a long time. It's been going on for a long time. I'm not saying they started it, but they are causing it. We look it's, it's awful. What's happening. Look at this. It makes you sick that these are human beings. These are people who are cramming themselves in and they're getting taken advantage of, and they're coming across the border because they don't want racist policies. They don't want racist immigration policies. So instead, they're just going to create policies that just force there that are incentivizing people to do this to themselves. Oh my gosh. It's so insane that we're living in this world, but that's what our administration is doing right now. Great. All right. So anyways, so it looked, if you're not really concerned about the migrants, if you, if you look at that flatbed of people cramming themselves into the back of a flatbed and that doesn't make your heart turn, you're like, oh, well, you know, those are just immigrants. Whatever, if you're somebody who says, well, we want more of that. So I support Biden's policies. I support Cabela's policies. Cause I don't care about that. As long as that keeps happening and we're not implementing racist policies and you can feel good about yourself. If that doesn't bother you at all. How about this? How about the fentanyl that they're bringing across the border and not, not the, not the people who want to come and immigrate here to work here and put themselves in the back of a flatbed to be a part of America. I'm talking about the people who are exploiting. Everybody else exploiting the border to traffic. 300% higher yields of fentanyl coming across the border. As we are seeing right now, according to Adam Shaw, over at Fox news, apprehensions of fentanyl, the border were nearly 300% than last year. Numbers come from may. Another indicator of a continued crisis at the border 951 pounds of the deadly drug, which can be fatal in tiny amounts. They were seized at the border and may highest amount. See since December, 2020, a slight increase over April. However it is another month that is significantly higher than the amount sees compared to the same time. Last year in may, 2 20, 20, 240 pounds this year, 7,450 pounds of fentanyl dwarfing. What was it apprehended in the entirety of last year? So seventh it's about 7,500 pounds this year, fiscal year, 2021 last year, only 4,700 pounds. K fentanyl is so deadly folks. Okay. I meet with a men's group. I, we talked 12 steps. We talk recovery all the time, and this is, is a dangerous molecule. I am not seeing people come back to meetings again. After playing around with this molecule, it's not a good one coming across 300% higher than last time. And guess what guess where those drugs are going? Well, it's just ripping through the U S workforce, just killing people all over the place. So here from the Portland press Herald says opioids are behind about three fourths of the overdoses. According to Wednesday's data from the U S CDC, CDC comes out and they say, Hey, before COVID-19 teen, before that pandemic, there was the drug epidemic. Relentless added 90,000, almost 91,000 deaths in the U S through the year 2020 November, 2020, a grim number, a skier obscured by the 600,000 COVID deaths. After the virus transfixed the nation drug crisis spread to largely untouched parts of the country exacerbated by the recessions and the millions of job losses, not only stores and restaurants, shuttered counseling services, they went online, inpatient clinics, close mobile clinics, pulled back. AA meetings went online, all of those sort of the 12 step recovery work that was taking place day in and day out on all the different churches and meeting forums, meeting halls throughout the country, all just kind of came to a screeching halt. We took our men's group online ourselves, right? Were we do zooms now because we have some elderly people in it. So it's happening all across the country and people are relapsing and dying before the pandemic us unemployment hit a century low of 3.5%. Now almost 8 million people, not on payrolls, Joe Biden administration, they're seeking full employment, but the goal is going to be daunted. As we can confront a workforce, more addicted did than ever. This stuff just keeps spiraling. People are, are, you know, we had a public health crisis that then created a mental health crisis, and we're going to be dealing with that for a very long time. Now, the governors, as I mentioned, they're doing stuff about this. So governor Abbott, Greg Abbott over from Texas, came out and says that they are going to make a$250 million down payment for the border wall. Adam Shaw, over at Fox news wrote this. He accused the Biden administration of abandoning its responsibility says Texas now is going to build a border wall in our state to secure the border$250 million down payment, going to begin the project, allowing the state to hire project manager, get the task underway. He said it would be built on a combination of state land and donations of private land, partly funded by donations. He says, I believe based on the conversations, I've already had a lot of support to do this. We're going to have volunteer land. It's going to yield hundreds of miles to build a wall in the state of Texas. Dallas reported that the down payment will come from the state's department of criminal justice. Okay. Right. It's like, Hey, if they're bringing Fenn all over and you've got huge bloated law enforcement budgets for the drug war, well, you'll get, go use that at the source. Then why are you stopping little Johnny for, you know, having, having some marijuana on him, whereas you could just go find the real people who were bringing the bad, bad drugs into the country. If you want to go fight that drug war, rather than stopping people for traffic tickets might be a better use of law enforcement money. Now we also have DeSantis. Who's jumping into the fray. The Santas is sort of out there just swinging for the fences. He says, he's also going to send Florida police officers over to help Texas and Arizona. So a lot of specifics here, but we'll see, it says he's going to send them over. Made the announcement during a news conference in Pensacola, uh, Arizona, governor Doug Ducey sent a letter last week to governors of the other 48 states requesting assistance in battling illegal immigration at the border with Mexico. So our own governor saying, Hey, please help us. Okay. Federal government. Uh, hello. Okay. Can anyone else help us here details on the number of officers that will be deployed and where they're going? Of course, all of that is still up to be determined, but we'll see. Yeah. At least the governors are doing something. And I think this is one of the nice things about our system is that we have, we have different jurisdictions. We have overlapping jurisdictions. If the feds don't want to act, all right, we can do some stuff locally. So we'll see where that goes now. All right. The borders continuing to be a mess makes my heart turn. Let's take a look at some questions. We've got N Y renal MD in the house, as I feel your pain. 120 in Palm Springs on Sunday, today's a chili 1 0 7. So doc, I can't believe you're in Palm Springs. Then I saw that. Actually I saw that cause I've been to Palm Springs several times drive through there all the time when I go out to orange county and it is a, um, typically not 120 degrees. So the fact that Palm Springs is sort of hotter than Phoenix was a weird thing. I'm thinking, well, I thought we were melting here, but apparently we're not. Uh, Palm Springs is worse. We've got, want to know, says for Camila to solve the border crisis. Why doesn't she try going to the white house? Do you think the government of Texas and Arizona are going to build a wall hot for construction? Can they use leftover materials? How does the fed land ownership work or is this just nice talk, Florida, give them officers and help. So you've got a lot of questions in there wants to know, and I love that because you just sort of stack them all in there. Uh, candidly, I think that a lot of this is, is sort of a political posturing. I mean, I think it's nice that they're calling attention to these issues. I think that it's nice that the, the, the governor is sort of making a big stink about these in, in different parts of the country, because it is a problem, you know, I don't know. I've never lived anywhere, but Arizona, I lived in Mexico for three months, but that's about it. But, you know, I don't, I don't know what the border feels like if you live in Washington or Oregon or what it feels like if you live in Ohio, right. Or, or someplace in the, in the east coast, I, I don't know what it feels like. Right. Because you're so far removed from it. But when you're here on the border, it's sort of like the biggest issue. It's kind of been one of the biggest issues, uh, my entire life. And I just don't know, you know, I think the problem is sort of bigger than any one state or even an amalgamation of states. I would like to see the states absolutely Clawson power back from the federal government. It's not the federal governments to begin with and the states have just signed it kind of been like, well, we want that money though. So, you know, I guess, I guess we'll do those awful things that inhibit people's freedom and liberties in exchange for that money. We love that government money down here at the state level. But if we can sort of extricate ourselves from that and just say, now we're going to be more, self-sufficient keep all of that. We're not following your rules. And if you want to enforce your rules coming in them, just like what's happening out of Missouri says, no, if you're going to pass federal firearm legislation, you got to enforce it. We're not enforcing your garbage laws here in our state. We're not going to use state resources to do it. And so I think with the border, it's going to be something similar to that. You're going to have a bunch of states that want to solve it, but it's, it really is kind of a federal issue. It's the federal border. They have carved out some, you know, some, some very, uh, very strong, uh, jurisdictional trappings that make sure that they maintain control of that. So I'm not sure that it's going to go anywhere, but it is certainly calling attention to it. So we'll see, we got Sharon Whitney's here in the house, says how many people are going to have to die before these people admit they made a mistake and abandoned their commitment to Trump derangement syndrome. It's a great point, right? It's a great point, Sharon. Gosh, it's such a good point. So we're, we're sort of seeing this, right. We can talk about it in the context of the border. We can say, listen, I know you're mad at Donald Trump. I know that you think that he's a racist bigot and all of those things, but these policies actually reduced people who wanted to cross the border. Okay. And this is a big problem, as we know, because we've got a bunch of kids in cages. You said you were mad about the kids in cages. We've got a lot more of them now. So maybe we should kind of just, you know, look, I know, just say Mia culpa, let's go back a little bit. Let's say, Hey, you know, Donald Trump was wrong on everything, but he kind of had that one, right. Or just fake it even, you know, just sort of modify it a little bit and get Brian Stelter out there and he'll come and he'll sell whatever, you know, whatever you do. So that, that's fine. Just do it because we don't want to see more people killing themselves, getting raped, being trafficked, being assaulted, being robbed, being murdered on the, on the journey up here. Don't want to see that. So it do whatever you need to do to save face. But like, let's have some policy changes rather than, uh, speeches down in the Northern triangle countries as she likes to call them. So, okay. Dog whistles in the house says, and before I, before I move on and Sharon, because the other reason your point is so astute is, cause this is also happening with COVID right. Is also happening with a lot of the other drugs out there that are now sort of banned. You can't even say them on any of these platforms, less, you get a strike and be removed from the platform as Bret Weinstein is going through right now with other doctors and clinicians who know more about this. And I would gather some of the YouTube sensors do, but what do I know? Maybe they know more than all of us, but let's say this, let's say had they maybe not had so much of that Trump derangement syndrome, like we're everything he says, they have to pick the opposite, which I've always criticized. I've always said that people who just bundle their opinions, you know, they're kind of doing a disservice to themselves. If every time Joe Biden opens his mouth, I go, wow, that's kind of a disservice. Sometimes he says some things and does some things I can go, okay. That's a pretty good point there, Joe, appreciate that. Right? Like let's, let's, let's, let's sort of take the good[inaudible] use our use our minds when we're actually analyzing these politicians rather than bundling ourselves into one particular ideology. But what happened with the COVID stuff? Trump comes out and says, it came from China. Everybody in the medical establishment says, no, it didn't you racist. And you go, what? Maybe it did. Can we have a conversation about this? So how many people died as a result of that? How many people died by not mentioning these other pharmaceuticals that may or may not have some therapeutic effects or at least are worth discussing and allowing people to make their own decision based on their own risk management analysis. Didn't even do any of that now because we can't actually enact border policies that make sense logically, because the border itself has been politicized. If our goal was, is to hate, let let's stop people coming across the border so that they don't kill themselves. Maybe, uh, maybe there's a way to do that, but we, you can't get there because both sides are politicizing it to the point where it, nothing will get done. And now it's, it's, it's just patently obvious to me that there was a lower number. When Trump was in there, there were policies that were, were one way they changed numbers are dramatically higher. The only thing I can attribute that to change in the administration. All right, we've got and, and listen, and it's not just me. I know I keep moving on here, but it's not just me. The, these other, uh, you know, presidents. I think the president of Mexico said, yeah, no, the Biden administration has been basically terrible on immigration. Their messaging is way off. They told us borders are open. Now they're telling us it's not open. So they don't know what they're doing. Dog whistle says, if illegal aliens go to ice and say, they have been subject to sex trafficking or severe labor track of trafficking, they have a right to stay in the U S on visas and get permanent residence. All right. So I can't speak to that. I don't do immigration law. And I know that immigration is a sort of influx right now. I think even people who do immigration law are dealing with the changes because there are so, so many of them happening quickly, but I'm certainly, I'm sure that there are certain, you know, uh, certain steps to take that gives you a higher likelihood of remaining in the U S because that's just how the law works. We've got three girlies in the house as they have people from the U S that are helping these people with rideshare companies, something like$1,000 a trip, oh my gosh, they just got two us army soldiers transporting illegal immigrants across the border. Uh, uh, these people, man, they're just getting exploited. It makes me absolutely. It makes me sick. It makes me so mad. These people cramming themselves in cargo containers. Oh, that's the worst share queen. He says, this is an atrocity and humanitarian crisis. The like of which we haven't seen. I don't think for decades, it's, it's right on our border. I mean, look, I've grown up in Arizona. I've seen a lot of these types of pictures. Uh, typically kind of not what we're seeing now. Right? Uh, we're getting notices notifications here in Arizona that our local governments are sort of contracting with the feds and we've got, uh, I got a new notice that the city of Scottsdale now is, is, uh, doing something with that. They're trying to find facilities to house people. So all of this is, is kind of new and we're starting to see a higher uptake of this stuff and 180,000 people 300%. And the whole thing is, is, is absolutely exacerbating. It's getting worse. And you know, at this stage, it's like, man, I've been seeing pictures like this for like 30 years. What the hell is going on here? Why, why is this continuing to happen? And when you all right, I got to get going on this. That's a great question. I could, I could rant all day about it. We've got next up. Solidad Viking says, as you know, so well, this U haul transportation is not new. Yeah. Every day they come in, similar circumstances, truly devastating loss of life. And yes, the present administration is increasing the flow and not disincentivizing this. Yeah. Yeah. You're exactly right. It's not new. They, they, they, they have been coming. I've seen people, folks. I've seen images of people. You can find this stuff on the internet. It's not anything new, but people who actually will cram themselves into compartments in a car. And I'm talking about like, take the dashboard off the car and put up kid in there and then put the dashboard back on. And the border patrol pulls the car out and start pulling panels off. And you've got people just sort of stuffed into vehicles and stuff. It's, it's awful. It's really, it's really horrendous. And you know, this type of stuff, the government wants to sort of handhold on everything. And then they do stuff like this that is actually causing people to die. Like, like in real time it makes my stomach churn. All right. Sharon Courtney says the mental health and addiction crisis is equally distressing. Another problem is that folks are making more money from not working than they would if they were employed. When will this insanity and skirt question? I don't know, Sharon. Probably not. Anytime soon farmer's daughter says, Hey, good evening. Good evening to you farmer. We got a aren't there federal laws in place already. And Trump was adhering to them while surprise. Biden's ignoring them because orange man, bad and oh, voters. Yeah. It's it's like, there are, there are all sorts of federal laws, right. But it's about the application and it's about the enforcement. And then we have one administration, one firm to the next where everything becomes politicized and you're just going, man. It's like, it's frustrating. All right. It's ed says, if America is so racist in such a deplorable place, according to the left, and why are people risking their lives to come here by the hundreds of thousands? It's a great question. I've always had this question too. You know, it's like, if this country is such a rotten hell hole, why do people all, all across the world sort of, you know, look, look to America and say, that's kind of a, kind of a nice place to live. That's kind of, uh, the lifestyle that I would like to live with freedom and opportunity. And you, look, I say this all the time, but I think that a lot of the people who are not from America are the people that really value what America is and what it's supposed to be. You know, I got some, I look around society. A lot of, a lot of Americans are very, just, you know, very hat, uh, fat and happy. Their life is so good that they're just looking for things to complain about. We have to kind of go and find racism, right? Go find it. Everything is racist. That interaction. I bought that coffee from you. You said, you're welcome. That's a racist thing. I got to go find it because I'm there. Everything's mostly pretty good. Right? I go home, throw my Netflix on, you know, how I don't even have to work. I get a check from the government. Things are pretty good. So I got to go and make something up to complain about it. I'm not saying that racist is made up. I'm not saying that at all. But I am saying that we're sort of creating it in areas where every, all of us are going. What, that's a rate? What, what are you talking about? You know, we, we were living in a society where Martin Luther king said, you know, think about things this way. And we're doing the exact opposite now today. So people are having a difficult time dissecting all of that. All right, next up, we got pinky says, are the illegals filled with starry-eyed dreams of freedom that are not true? I don't know. I guess, I don't know. I don't think so because Kamala Harris told him do not come. So apparently they didn't listen doctors in the house. And why renal MD says, if people did not hire them, they wouldn't come stimulus, entitlements lead to citizens, staying at home. This cause the CA this caused the demand for workers. Yeah. You know, I think that there are multiple variable variables here. Okay. If, if Kamala Harris wants to go down there and say, it's climate change, or it's the homicide capital of the world, or it's economic, you know, uh, lack of economic opportunities. Sure. I think all those things probably have a factor. Definitely. Right. We talk about pushing and pulling. So you've got some factors that are local to whatever country we're talking about. Let's say Guatemala were Kamala. Harris just was, she says, uh, there, there are certain situations that are pushing people out of the country. Okay. And so she wants to go fix those things. If she can turn, you know, El Salvador into, you know, not the homicide capital of the world anymore. Cause she's magical. If she can go and fix their economy, cause she's magical, go donate$10 million to whatever. Right. If she can solve those problems. And the theory is that those don't push people out of the country, into the United States. If you look at it from the other perspective, it's about pulling well, what if you create an incentive in the United States that that encourages people that incentivizes them to sort of be pulled the country, which is, I think is exactly what's happening right now. So if you have a push situation where there's pressure in one country and those people have a place to go, if they want to take off from the airport and land somewhere else, and that's a good opportunity for them, it makes sense because the equation is full. If you say, if we, on the other side, if we eliminate the pole and they still have a push there. Well, yeah, that, that, that certainly is a situation where you might say, well, there's a humanitarian crisis and we have an obligation to help those people. Okay. And in my, in my philosophy and my thought, my school of thought is, okay, let's help them help themselves rather than creating a pressure cooker escape valve where people can just pick up and leave, right. Rather than creating a situation where they got to hold their own public officials accountable, or they have to go and sort of, you know, fix their own country to some extent. And I know I'm going to get a lot of feedback on that. You know, America is a, uh, an evil empire and we go out there and we take advantage of all these people and then so on and so forth. That's a whole separate conversation. My point here is that what the United States is doing is it's incentivizing people to leave their countries. And it sort of promising them a better life by virtue of the policy changes. And so when we start to see 200,000 people flooding the borders, it shouldn't be a surprise to anybody, especially this administration and their solution to this is not to eliminate the pole. It's to go down there and tell them, don't act upon the push don't come. She goes down there and says, Hey, your situation's terrible. Are you going to fix it? Are you going to fix those underlying root causes? They're Camila Harris, the global warming and you know, all of the economic problems and the crime and all the corrupt politicians and the bribery. And you're gonna fix all of that. No. Then why are you telling us not to come? Because your policies still say, we're welcome. She says, do, do not come and expect that to be a solution. It's not a solution. All right. We got N Y says, I do not quite understand why states lack standing to Sue the federal government for not enforcing border laws. Well, it's because the courts just kind of do whatever they want. Really. I mean, the, they, they find standing when they want to hear the case, they, they find a lack of standing when they don't want to hear the case because the courts can be a mess. We're going to change gears a little bit. We've got some case updates that we've got to get to been awhile. Michael Abinadi remember him. He was somebody that was supposed to sort of clean Donald Trump's clock. Many times over somebody who was being rumored to run for president. He was sort of in the spotlight, the limelight for the media establishment for a very long time, until he got busted, trying to extort Nike out of a lot of money, kind of not, not, not that, not that great of a guy, Michael Abinadi, but it's been some time since we heard from this fellow. So you probably need a little bit of a refresher about just how much kind of sycophancy we saw the last time this guy was in the news.

He's Donald Trump's worst nightmare. Mike, joining us once again as Michael[inaudible], Michael Abinadi, Michael Abinadi. Thank you very much. He's out there saving the country. Meacham says he may be the savior of the Republic. If you are something of a folk hero now, Michael Abinadi and apology, I've been saying enough already, Michael I've seen you everywhere. What do you have left to say? I was wrong, brother. You have a lot to say, I am just dying to hear what you think. Cause people all like you. I'm the only person right here. Donald Trump fears more than Robert Miller. We think you guys are the tip of the spear. This is going to take down Donald Trump. Michael Abinadi is a beast. Okay? That's true. And he's a beast. He's a beast. He has a bigger calling here. That being a lawyer is minimal compared to what he's doing. No one has talked tougher directly to Donald Trump on TV than Michael Abinadi. And Donald Trump is afraid to mention his name. That's fascinating. Donald Trump is terrified of Michael Lebanon, Trump a run for his money than anybody else. Michael, have an audience, existential threats to the Trump presidency. The Democrats could learn something for you. You are messing with Trump a lot more than they are. He has no doubt created sheer panic and Donald Trump's very fragile mind. Michael Abinadi is laying down the law as guest cohost. I'm just really thinking about running for president. Uh, one reason why I'm taking you seriously as a contender is because of your presence on cable news. You look at the field of Democrats right now, and often he's the one who stands out. If they decide they value a fighter, most people would be foolish to underestimate my glove. And I have always said that they need a fighter. Look. I mean, we're going to continue to use the media. I think we've used it with great success.

Yeah, yeah, no kidding. So that's over from the Washington free beacon. Uh, yeah. Continue to use the media, use them for success. Cause uh, they, they actually lap that up. Oh Michael Levin Audi. Great, great, great. So they said in there he was going to be laying down the law and the are trying to do the same thing. In fact, they want very substantial prison time for Michael Abinadi. This story comes over from NBC news, published here by the associated press. Prosecutors urged the judge to impose very substantial prison sentence. They say for Michael, Abinadi trying to extort millions of dollars from Nike. They noted in federal court submission that they recommend an eight year prison term for the California attorney game fame three years ago, representing stormy Daniels, the porn star against Trump. They say the prosecutors wrote in their memo for sentencing. So what happens here? We're at a sentencing phase. So remember, uh, what we, we just went through the Derrick Shovan trial, right? He has not been sentenced yet. He's been convicted. Jury found him guilty, but we don't know how much time he's going to get based on the judge's ruling at sentencing. And so prior to sentencing, a lot of stuff happens kind of behind the scenes. The defense comes out and they say, Hey, this is what we think is appropriate. Government comes out and says, Hey, this is what we think is appropriate. And then there's typically an independent party sort of a probation department, or, uh, they call them, you know, whatever they call them in your local, uh, jurisdiction that is given the court's interpretation of what the appropriate sentence would be. So they, they typically will independently interview the person. They'll all give their opinion on what the sentence should be. Then the judge makes a decision. So here the prosecutors wrote in their summation of this, their, their, their sentencing memorandum, that the defendant is a prominent attorney and immediate personality got a large public following. They say he betrayed his client. He sought to enrich himself by weaponizing his public profile in an attempt to extort a publicly traded company out of tens of millions of dollars to say it's an egregious abuse of trust. It warrants a real and serious punishment. The government said that Abinadi representing the director of a youth basketball program in LA, tried to force Nike to pay him$25 million to keep him quiet about allegations of corruptions involving Nike and college athletics Abinadi was convicted. Last year pre-sentence is submission. They wrote his lawyers wanted six months of jail, six months of prison. And then a year of home detention. They say, that's enough. That's all he needs. Prosecutors say, no, that's not enough. They've got a victim impact statement from Nike. And they got former client, Gary Franklin, senior. They urged the judge to order Abinadi to pay 1 million in restitution to Nike, for its fees, legal fees. And then in a victim statement, Nike wrote that Abinadi did considerable harm harm to the company he followed through on threats caused Nike billions of dollars in losses by falsely alleging in a tweet prior to his arrest, that criminal conduct of the company reached the highest levels. Nike stock price immediately dropped a dollar representing 300 million. They said, so Nike executives were shocked. His lawyer, Nike had made a decision not to pay Mr Abinadi and now they were watching as he carried out what he had criminally threatened to do. So he threatened them, pay me or else, and then they don't pay him. So he goes out, they said Abinadi issued a daily barrage of Twitter posts for weeks after his arrest, leveling provably, false allegations and accusations against Nike and high school athletes who competed in the program. Franklin said that, uh, who was another victim? He was devastated. Financially destroyed my reputation enrollment in my club is at a record record, low. I no longer feel comfortable last week Abinadi and his lawyer said his client deserved leniency because nobody lost money from the crime. He had suffered enormous public shame and a recurrence was impossible since he will never practice law. Again, he can not go anywhere in public without inducing or subjecting himself to vitriolic comments or an abuse. These circumstances, along with her, anyone in Abinadi shoes, from engaging in similar conduct, a message seeking a reaction to the filings was sent to Abinadi. His lawyers later, he faces another trial in federal court claiming he cheated clients and others out of millions of dollars. Early next year, he's scheduled to go to trial in Manhattan. He, uh, against stormy Daniels saying that he took hundreds of thousands of dollars from her over a book deal. So pleading not guilty to all charges. So this guy has got a lot of pending litigation going on and you know, normally, right, I'm a criminal defense attorney. So I kind of look at things in a, in a light favorable to the defendants more often than not. So you kind of look at this and you say, well, I have Abinadi, you know, people do bad things and oh, well, no, not so fast. This guy's a lawyer and he's a corrupt lawyer and he's a piece of garbage all around. So good, good, good, good, good. That he's going to get what his coming to him because we got to call out the people in our ranks who are doing bad things, same standard. I asked the law enforcement community to provide to themselves, call out the bad people, get them out of there. This is this guy's license. He's gonna lose his license. He's going to go to jail. He's going to go to prison because he tried to defraud clients. I get tired of other lawyers. You know, lawyers get, have a bad reputation because of guys like this, I'm not happy about that. I want warriors to have a good reputation because the lawyers that I work with are very interested in helping people improve their lives. This guy was just a leech and a scummy loser. So he's going to get what's coming to him. And I got no love lost on that one. All right. Next up. Another case that we covered heavily here. Remember these people that McCloskey keys, remember them. We talked about this story a lot. So, uh, these two guys, gal guy and gal came out in front of their mansion. And, uh, this was back during the, I forget St. Louis. Now, where was this? I can't remember. This was, uh, south St. Louis it's in the next slide. So in St. Louis, there was a protest taking place during the summer of unrest. Last year, we talked about this case. We went through pictures. We took a look at the actual, uh, gate that was broken in, right. W we did an analysis. Was that trespassing, you know, did they have a right to go out there and get their guns? Turns out that one of the guns wasn't even fire-able, it was sort of a prop that was using a different trial. And so the whole thing looked like, you know, these two people were out here to kind of, you know, kind of, uh, make a show of the thing, make a spectacle of the thing. Now, if you recall, if you were winding the context back here, this was not a very, uh, peaceful, peaceful couple months throughout America. We had a lot of buildings being burnt down. A lot of people being hit by cars. I think a former police officer got shot and killed by the mob. You know, all sorts of stuff was happening. And so nobody really knew what was going on. So these protesters break through their mega mansion area and they break in these two people are lawyers. They grabbed these guns, they go out front and they sort of get into it with some of the protestors who were walking through the neighborhood. No guns go off, no physical altercations, nothing happens, but they get charged with a crime. And you start to say, huh, well, that's kind of weird because it's kind of looks like that. They were defending themselves on their own property against people who broken, entered into their, uh, HOA into their, into their residence area and kind of what the second amendment is there for right. To defend yourself against a potential threat coming in onto your property. And so it kind of, you know, some people are saying, well, it kind of worked out exactly the way that you might think it should, that you have a violent group that is breaking into a pro an area that they don't have lawful access to. They actually broke a gate. We showed the picture of that and they, they, you know, who knows what happens next? So a second amendment person might say, well, what happened is exactly what's supposed to happen. There's an active threat. You show that that threat is going to be met with force. If it continues on it, doesn't continue on the situation. Dissipates. Everything goes back to normal, kind of, kind of, you know, how it should work in a way. And now what we see is that the prosecutor out of St. Louis didn't like that so much. So she actually charged him with a crime, which is when, you know, you start getting a little bit irritated about this, or if you're me, you get a lot irritated about it. So let's see what happened here. The backstory comes over from the New York times. This was a St. Louis couple aimed guns at protesters. They actually pled guilty. What? So I was not expecting a guilty plea here, and I don't think anybody else was as kind of a surprise. And you know, a lot of people are sort of mad about this. They'll come out. Oh, those McCloskey, those second amendment traders, they didn't do anything wrong. They should just have gone to trial and lost. Right. And then you have other people who say, well, you know, they're lucky. I just kind of a smoking sweetheart deal. They should have been locked up. What they did was totally reprehensible and illegal, and they should have the book thrown at them. And so we're kind of in the middle, right? We kind of split it in the middle and this is what people talk about all the time. You know, it's like plea deals. It's kind of a scary, negative word, but it happens a lot. And I always talk about this. If there is a good reason for it, if you are going to get something out of it, sometimes it may be worth your while to do it. And I know that, uh, uh, that, that's kind of one of those things that defense attorneys are not supposed to kind of say publicly, like, Hey, sometimes it's a good idea to take a plea deal because nobody really wants to hear that. Right. People charged with crimes. They don't want to hear that. But there are situations where lawyers, even this guy who is a lawyer, his wife's a lawyer, they took a plea deal. Let's see if there's a reason why let's see if we can tease out anything that might be going on here. So St. Louis couple gained national notoriety last year, they were filmed pointing guns at the people who were walking near their home. They pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge. Huh? Okay. Uh, they agreed to pay a total of nearly$3,000 in fines. So if you saw their house, you know, that's tip money to them. Doesn't even matter. The couple, both lawyers also agreed to give up the guns. They had brandished in the confrontation. So that's all, I mean, it sounds like a lot of losses right there. Patricia pled guilty to second degree harassment going to pay a$2,000 fine husband, mark, who is running for us Senate. Oh, you see that? There it is. K. So he's just, he's just doing a, a, a risk analysis equation. He's running for Senate seat in Missouri, pled guilty to fourth degree assault pay a$750 fine. So nothing. So very small misdemeanors, uh, you know, about 3000 and find nothing for them. He's running for Senate. So it doesn't serve him to have a criminal case lingering over his head throughout the entirety of the pending Senate run gonna have a lot of discovery going to have a lot of trial stuff, a lot of stuff going on there. So as part of the plea deal, now we've got Ms. McCloskey McCloskey. She gave up the hand gun that she was brandishing. Uh, we've got McCloskey agreed to give up the AR 15 rifle. Neither is going to face jail time. We got a brief interview here, lawyer from the McCloskey said, they're very happy with the disposition. They're going to have the fine paint as early as possible. Look forward to moving on with their life and focusing on the campaign for the Senate, outside the courthouse. He agreed that the prosecutions, he agreed with the prosecutors that he had put the protestors in danger. He says, that's what the guns were there for. I do it again. Anytime the mob approaches me. Right. Sort of exactly what, what happened now? I don't know that that's that's criminal, but he, he thinks, I guess that it is Richard Callahan. A special prosecutor assigned to the case, said in a statement that the plea agreement was reasonable in part because no shots had been fired, nobody been injured and the McCloskey is called the police. The protestors on the other hand were a racially mixed and peaceful group. Not based on the fence that we saw, including women and children, they simply made a wrong turn the way to the protest in front of the mayor's house. Oh, well, okay. Well, we should have, I didn't, I didn't pull the actual image of the gates, but it's, you know, it's broken somebody, smashed it in, in order to get through there. So here's McCloskey, let's see what he has. So

And I sure as heck did, that's what the guns were there for. And I do it again. Right. That sounds like cope. That's cope right there. He's, he's coping with, with what he just had to do. Now. There are good reasons for that, right? Like I said, he does not want this lingering over his head when he's running for Senate. And I guess probably running for the 20, 22 term. So he's got to get this done and over with, and really what he took it, you know, a deal like that for him. It doesn't, it doesn't, I'm going to guess it has almost zero consequences. 27 50 is going to be nothing for them. They're both attorneys. They live in a mega mansion. So that, that costs them nothing. Uh, they probably worked it out with ethics council. So nothing's going to impact their, their law licenses. He's running for Senate anyways. And you know, it's sort of a, a good way to get some publicity here because the next thing that he did is he went out and bought a new AR 15, right. So he went out the couple of days later, just went out and got a new one. So went over to this store, which looks like they've got some pretty nice inventory, which is a good thing. Last time I was in mind here in Arizona, not so good. We were shelves were looking a little bit emptier, but that was last summer. So we'll, uh, he's, he's got a new one, so that's good. And there's, uh, Patricia McCloskey there. So they're just sort of rearming back up and they're, they're moving on now. Yeah. Look as a, as a defense lawyer, I'm not real happy with this candidly. I don't like his explanation. If you are properly exercising self-defense and, and, you know, standing your ground, I don't know what the laws are in St. Louis or in Missouri, but if it's a legitimate case of self-defense and he was allowed to do that, it's like, why did you plead guilty to something that you didn't do, brother? You know, you called the police, you were standing on your property. You know, they were the people who were, who were trespassing. And I'm not so sure that I would have encouraged a plea deal on that. Now you've got a lot of other factors that take place here, right? Where you've got his Senate campaign. You don't know what the prosecutor was, uh, was, was offering sort of a risk analysis, right? If a prosecutor said, well, look, I'm going to give you an option here to plead guilty to this thing. And it's a$750 fine for a level four assault, which we don't even have in Arizona. And we have a felony assault and the misdemeanor assaults, and we got three, three classifications of those. So, you know, it's like, it sounds like very, very low$750. Fine. Basically nothing. If that doesn't jeopardize his law license, if it, if it doesn't preclude him from owning another gun, and if the, the maximum potential risk you look at upside and downside, the ma the maximum downside might be, she moves forward with a felony weapons charge right now he's facing a felony with potential prison. And you might have a jury that, that, you know, gets lopsided one way or the other. And they come in and they say, no, we just don't like you, it doesn't matter. Self-defense doesn't matter. It could be a same situation to, you know, Derek Shovan type of trial. Don't even listen to the facts. We just it's politicized. We don't like you we're going to convict you. So then he gets convicted of a felony. Now that absolutely does. Cause, cause he goes to trial and he sort of risks it. Right? Well, I think I've got a good case here. We're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna make our self-defense case. You get a lopsided jury for whatever reason, it's overly politicized. You get a bad judge, you present all of the evidence in the world. They still find you guilty in three hours. Now he's got a felony conviction. His, his, his risk exposure is, is really high now. Right? The judge could sentence him theoretically, right? Prison. If, if the statute support that in St. Louis, I don't know. So he just said, all right, enough already, I'm going to pay a small fine. I'm going to go buy another gun. We're going to put this whole case behind us. That happens a lot. And it's not a bad thing. Right? We're talking about restoring people to, to sort of, you know, where they were or better if we can. And it sounds like he's just going to move on. Right. You know, right past this got a lot of publicity, pup, publicity out of it. He's running for Senate. Now nobody knew his name before this happened. So he got exactly what he wanted. It's probably part of the reason he went out there in the first place. Oh, we're gonna make a big show with this thing. So it worked out well for him. He doesn't need to continue. It's, uh, you know, fight the justice system. I'd love to know what he, what his position is on criminal law and whether he wants to do anything about that. And whether he thinks that this system was appropriate or not. I mean, I think it was totally inappropriate for her to even charge him with some of this stuff. But, uh, there he is. All right. So that was the McCloskey is we got one final story. This one is just great. Sky is a Democrat. Okay. Let me tell you this. He's also, I think, I think America's most treasured Congressman, right? This is us representative Donald M. Payne, Jr. All right. So he had a zoom slip up. We're going to talk about this. So he's a democratic Congressman, uh, coming out of New Jersey, been doing that for a long time. Let's see tireless fighter in 2021 voted chairman of the subcommittee on railroads and pipelines. Uh, committee has jurisdiction. He got$900 million for the gateway project lead build America, Siri. Okay. Right. So you've been doing a lot of stuff now was on a zoom meeting. Unfortunately, this wasn't official zoom meeting, uh, that was taking place in Congress. And this happened to be broadcast on CSPAN. Oh, darn it. So we've got here now, hero, Congressman representative, Donald Payne. He's caught in his underwear napping during a zoom hearing. Ugh. All right. Let's see how amazing this guy is. So the video began circulating last week shows that Donald Payne he's a questionably dressed for it, his, his house committee on Homeland security. So this is why this guy is just going up in my book. So he's eight house committee hearing Homeland security. What are they talking about at this useless meeting? How much funding the department should receive in two weeks? 1,022. Okay. So frame, let's frame this out. Sky's at a useless Homeland security meeting and what are they talking about? Money? How much more money are we going to get in 2022? So the hearing aired on C-SPAN Thursday morning, so then pain, we're going to see he, you know, he's, he's waking up from a nap. He gets off his bed, right? Is this kind of Belize just hanging out. He wore light blue underwear and a darker captain America. T-shirt that's right to this, to this useless meeting upon leaving the camera. Other congresspeople can be seen in awe. All right. Let's take a look at this video and see what's up going on here. So this is the Congressman. This is what Congressman Beth van dun posted over here. Another reason Democrats should get off zoom and back to work. So I, I totally disagree with that. Now, a quick post here, you know, a lot of these Congress people, they actually sleep in there in their offices. So you know, this, this presumably is his congressional office. He's got all of this stuff hanging up there. And so he just woke up and just said, all right, you know, this useless, useless, meaning I'm just going to take a nap. Somebody call me when you're ready. All right, look, the bills already bloated. The bills are, look, this bill is bloated. I'm going to show you what I think about this bill. It's bloated. I don't like all the pork in this bill. And quite frankly, I think we need to trim the fat off this Homeland security spending bill. And so he just put his money where his mouth is. This is what I think about you people here it is. And quite frankly, folks, you know, I think that's the appropriate way to handle all budgetary meetings in Congress, moving forward. So big fan of that Congressman hats off to you. Good, sir, sleep well, rest well and continue to do your job in Congress. Not doing anything, at least you're being honest. So that's good stuff. We got Dr. N Y renal MD in the house says, uh, by the way, he stole a multi-million dollar settlement to his one client. So talking back about Abinadi who is paralyzed. That's great. The guy's penniless practically homeless without any money, truly despicable. Yeah. And he just taking advantage of people left and right, right. And people, when attorneys take advantage of people, it really irritates me. It just, you know, anytime anybody does it, police prosecutors, judges, cause you're in a position of power. You have sort of this delegated authority, you know, whether attorneys are, you know, deserve, it is a whole different conversation. But people think that, oh, I have a legal problem. I'm going to trust you to help me with my legal problem, because this is a foreign country to me. I have no idea how any of this stuff. I am trusting you. And when they take advantage of that and rip people off it. Oh, all right. Oh, SOC 71 says Rob big fan. So does the RNR law office, uh, accept crypto coin as payment? As a matter of fact, we do they're oh, suck. We took our first crypto payment back in 2017. Can you believe that? That's a good thing. We did that. It's a good move. All right. It's a good question. We do take it. We got Nya. Renal MD says, but since he is a trained attorney, he should be made to work and pay back everyone. He screwed he's in jail. He's just a drain on society. I think judges should have a leeway for criminals like this to pay back the people they hurt. So a good point there, doctor, but do you think what's, what's he going to do? Does anybody want his legal services? No, they're not any good. So we don't want his public commentary. We don't, Hey, maybe the Democrats will accept him and he can just run for presidency. The next time they were all very excited about that. Maybe that's how he can pay them back. He can go and be a consultant on Brian Stelter show. All right. Solidad Viking says, and still I am nearly positive that the California bar has not permanently disbarred him. Disgusting. Is that real? Are you serious? Is that accurate? I'd like I'm licensed in California. I have a, I have a bar number there. Don't, don't take cases there, but I got a license there cause I was, uh, uh, I was dating a girl who wanted me to take it out there and I took it. So I don't, I've always heard that the California bar was, uh, not particularly grueling in terms of adhering to its ethical standards. But the fact that Abinadi is still on theirs is a wild thing we got pinky to is in the house. That sounds like he deserves what he gets. He has a pattern of doing bad. That is true. That is an understatement. There. We have N Y doctors in the house as perhaps this is a clever legal strategy since they pled to a misdemeanor. Couldn't they go back later to have their records expunged, wait until the environment cools down. I think they still retain their law licenses. Yeah. So you certainly could. Right. And again, I don't practice there. So I don't know what the specifics of their rules are, but in Arizona we have, what's called a motion to set aside a conviction. So after the fact, as long as you've kind of completed everything, paid your fines, you know, completed probation. If there is any and not gotten in trouble again, you can actually go back and say, Hey court, you know, I want to set aside this conviction. And for other types of offenses, like marijuana offenses, we now have expungements that we can do because, uh, prop 2 0 7 just passed. So if you need legal services in Arizona for any one of those two, we can certainly help with that. But yes, I think you, you may be right doctor that this is, this is just sort of a procedural blip in the whole scheme of things. They're just going to move on past it. Now, you know, they're in a position where it doesn't really impact them. Okay. They've they've, they've already got their law licenses. They are, they've already gotten millions of dollars. They've already got a reputation. In fact, if anything, this is going to help them, right. This is going to, this is going to sort of, uh, they're gonna be able to use this and he's going to hit the campaign trail and say, you know, that corrupt prosecutor that, oh right. It's to serve them. In other words, for most people, that's not the case. So most people, they don't want to go that route where they plead guilty and then expunge it. But sometimes it is a, it is a very valid strategy. People ask that, you know, Hey, I don't want to actually fight this thing. What can I do? I'm going to apply. I'm going to be a nurse seven years from now. I'm going to be, uh, a pilot, you know, when I graduate college and I go, I finish the air force and I do this. Okay. Okay, sure. Yeah. We can plan that down the road. So we'll, we'll just now sort of execute a quick closure and then we'll just set it up for a plea deal for a plea deal at a, at a reduced charge that will then set aside or expunge later down the road. And when you do that, you can have a pretty good strategy. Also. You can say, listen, prosecutor, look, we're accepting responsibility for this. Okay, judge, we're not going to fight this. We know we screwed up and here's the strategy. We're going to do this and do this and do this in exchange for a reduction in the plea. We take the plea, get a low sentence. And when we come back a year later and filed the expungement or filed the motion to set aside now, what can you say? You can say, Hey judge, look, I didn't fight it at all. I accepted responsibility from day one. Therefore you should give me a little bit more when you consider my motion. Right. And that is typically a factor in many of these states that that personal responsibility or acceptance of that responsibility will go some way it's called a mitigating factor. And so you can kind of use that to your advantage. If you, if you think that through, down the line, that's a good question. All right. Wants to know, says the best part about running about silent running. They didn't show her, waving her gun around. Sorry about her gun control is horrible. You still can't point a gun at someone I would've sent it sort of 500 hours of gun training pled guilty because even if millionaire lawyers are expensive and prison time bad. Yeah. Yeah, it was. So that was the, that was the tell, right? That these people don't handle guns often is they didn't know what they didn't look like. They knew what they were doing at all. She's kind of doing one of these, like, you know, I'm going to like pew, pew, you know, like what, like what, like, like, you know, she's holding it kind of like, like a limp wrist, just flying it around this gun all over the place. And he's kind of doing the same thing with the AR you're like, okay, they don't have much time turns out that, that, that handgun didn't even work. Apparently the firing pin had been removed because it was a prop. And when the corrupt prosecutor took that gun, she actually reassembled the firing pin to make it fireable, allegedly from the documents that we saw and, and then sort of undid it. So the gun, my understanding was, was not even functional when she was waving it around and it looked like that. All right, we got three girlies say I'm not happy with them pleading guilty, but he is running for Senate. And I really think that is the reason they took the deal. Yeah, I would, I would almost guarantee it just to get it out of the way, you know, if you're in the middle of an election campaign, you'd rather have them say, yeah, but that was like a low-level plea deal out of something that happened last year. Okay. Like right now, because the, the, the campaign is going to be heating up one year from now. So let's say that he had this criminal case still open and lingering around. Everybody's going to be asking about that. It's going to have questions and on and on and on. So he just took it close to it. Got rid of it. We got norovirus says they should Sue the state and the da for retaliatory prosecution. Fortunately, it's not going to go anywhere. Yeah. I mentioned to you a similar case of Julian Westenberg with husband, because she was not an attorney. She did not get pardoned. She is still fighting this in Michigan, Julian Westenberg with her husband. Yeah. You know, the second amendment cases are going to be really ramping up here pretty soon because Kyle Rittenhouse is coming up soon. I just saw a headline that he was, I think his organization and raised like$500,000, which is just amazing. So that case is going to be coming up hot near the end of the year. We're going to be talking a lot about gun crime. Certainly we got Baranski's in the house as if you were charged with a hate crime. You were, uh, you were not guilty of would you plea for a misdemeanor fine or take the chance versus a Democrat jury in court. Yeah. Right. That's a great question. This happens all the time. You know, people take plea deals all the time for situations where they're like, I kind of didn't really do that. You know? Well, look here, here, here are the options. This is what we've got. This is what we've got people say. Yeah. Because it's sort of that, that, that framework that I just laid out, what happens if, if the prosecutor comes back and says, fine, if you're not going to take this deal that I think I have, cause to charge you with this felony weapons charge and this felony weapons charge and attempted murder or something like that, you know, like, you know, stacks them up there knowing that she's not going to win all of them. She's not gonna win attempted murder. Of course not. But, but maybe, you know, uh, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Maybe she gets that one because she stacks all the other ones on top of it. And they lose that. Now they get a felony conviction. Now he goes from no jail to six months in prison or something like that. It can go bad quickly. And this is what prosecutors know. This is what the justice system knows. They w they stack it against the defendants because they know that they have this power and they just bully people into plea deals all the time. Probably, you know, something similar to that happen here. Not, not that they were bullied, but that, but th th they just made a calculated equation. Same thing that people do, right? Same thing. The people's okay. Well, if I go to trial, I'm going to get 10 years. But if I plead guilty right now, I'm going to get six months just going to plead guilty because the risk is too much. And you just don't know what the jury can have the best lawyer in the world. You can have all the, all the reasonable doubt in the world. If it's a political, if it's a politicized jury, they just go up. But you're you're. But, but you you're, you're, you're a racist white guy with too much money could be bad. We got pinky to says, second amendment folks will be back. Well, if they were peaceful, then let's see that fence. We had a picture of it. And it's busted. If they would have not pointed the guns at people, would it have been illegal? Yeah, probably. So a lot of these statutes are sort of called brandishing, right? So it doesn't necessarily mean like pointing, it's like brandishing a gun, you know, if you're sort of, you know, showing it or waving it around, uh, sometimes the statutes can be broad enough to encompass that, and it may be best to keep the guns inside to use if they are broken into. Yeah. So I th I think that there are other ways that they could have handled it, right. Rather than going outside, they could have stayed behind, uh, uh, sort of, uh, a fence or something, or stood at the windows or whatever. But honestly, I think that they would have been charged either way, the prosecutor, this was more or less a political prosecution than anything. I think we've got Joe Snow says, this is why I will never call the police again, unless there's a dead body. In which case I'll make sure to call it my lawyer first. That's a good, that's a good, make sure you got a lawyer. Yeah. So we talked a little bit about that on our law enforcement interaction training about, you know, who should, who should you call first kind of a tricky question there, isn't it, but it's a good point. And I get this, I get this response from a lot of people out there. They say they come into our office. They say, Hey, I just called the cops because I, you know, he was acting crazy. And I just, I wanted them to come calm him down a little bit. So I just called the police police show up, guess what? He's got a cracked head. You know, the house is ransacked. Uh, kids are traumatized. Wife got taken down to the station. You know, SWAT team came in, whatever, right now they've got criminal charges. They got the whole thing. A whole, the whole stinking family is destroyed all because mom wanted to call the police because husband had a little too much to drink. Okay. Mom comes in, says, I will never call the police again. And I'm gonna tell all my friends never call them again because of what happened. And, and you know, those stories don't make the news, but those stories happen every day. And I've had dozens of people over the years telling me that I will never call them again. I thought that they were there to help. Didn't go down that way for me. And again, I'm not saying that all cops are like that, but I am saying that the cops have a, have a job to do. And the idea that we have in society, that the cops are like, you know, always these, like, you know, they show up with a puppy and they help you. Every time they come to your house, that's not reality. They're, they're looking for a criminal. They're, they're suspecting that there's criminal activity taking place. There they're concerned that you're going to kill them. And so they've got to be on high alert all the time. And so we, we sort of created this system, this, this, this culture in our society, we've talked about this in law enforcement interaction training, which is available now on gumroad.com/robert ruler. You can go there and buy a copy of it. But it says specifically in there there's a video of a police officer. Who's telling young kids, giving them all this advice about what to do. If you're pulled over by the police at the very end, he says something, which is absolutely wrong. He says, if you know why you were pulled over, just tell the cop that wrong answer, not supposed to do that, but why are cops telling kids that, right? It's because it's because it's sort of this, this classical conditioning that's happening, where we sort of think that that law enforcement and government and anybody out there, who's a part of this big bureaucracy. They're there to help us that, you know, the politicians, they care about us, they care about you. And so to the police, and so to the firefighters and all of these people, and there are a lot of good people in these industries. I'm not saying that they're bad or that they're inherently evil, but bureaucracies have a lot of, uh, a lot of problems. And they cover up a lot of those problems by sweeping them under the rug. And then suddenly they get a little bit toxic and they start to sort of gobble up any, any criticisms. And it becomes something where you, you almost cannot push back on these major conglomerates within our government, with the police, with, you know, we'll look, look, what's happening with the FBI. Look, what's happening with all our major institutions of power, very little trust in any of them, because they all continuously fail. So when you're, you know,[inaudible], it's, it's, it's a sad thing. People don't want to call the police anymore, but I certainly understand why. All right, next up, we've got, Jeremy says, I understand they took the easy way out, but I'm, in my opinion, he caved in on the second anti second amendment advocates. Hopefully he didn't set a precedent that opens up other people exercising their rights under the constitution. Yeah. I agree with you, Jeremy. I'm not so sure, sure. That, um, I'm not so sure we're going to see a cascade of that. I think some of the other cases are a little yeah, but better, uh, legal posture for, uh, for or trial than maybe his case was we got into Darby says just to point out how gross and corrupt our judicial system is. Abinadi got that little slap on the wrist for trying to con someone out of millions. But I got six years of my life wasted for supplying the demand for a plant that just happened to be illegal the dark six years for marijuana. I can't stand the marijuana laws here. Fortunately, we're seeing Mo you know, it's like, ah, man. So fortunately we're seeing, you know, movement this direction where the marijuana laws are coming more in alignment with reality. And, uh, you know, unfortunately there are people like Nadar that not going to get those six years back. It's a consequence of this drug war that doesn't do much of anything. Sorry to hear that in the dark. Glad. You're glad you made it, man. Glad you're here. I think, I think I S I think you did send that to me. This was the one where she was sort of backing out of a parking lot and it got confrontational. She gets out, she draws quickly. And then, oh man. Yeah, I remember that video. That was an intense video. I thought somebody was going to get shot in that video. I'm glad that that didn't happen. We've got N Y renal MD says, I mean, a simple rule change could fix this problem. If Jeffrey Toobin gets a second and third chance, I say, let the Anthony Wiener's and this Congressman to their own devices, they can actually start a whole new party. The tube pins, the pains and the wieners. Oh my gosh. That's great. The tubings, the pains and the wieners. All right, next, last one up. We've got, uh, oh, socks as Rob does pleading no contest. Make it easier to remove the charges down the road. Not in Arizona, in Arizona, at least it's, it's, it's essentially the same thing as a guilty conviction. The only thing is that you don't have to say, I plead guilty, say I plead no contest. So sometimes it's kind of a, it's kind of a, a way it's a pressure relief valve. You know, sometimes people say, well, I didn't really do it, but I kind of want to take that deal. But I have, um, you know, I don't want to stand up there and say that. So we just plead no contest that we're not going to contest anything. And it kind of goes away, but practically speaking, uh, it doesn't go away. It goes forward. And then practically speaking, it is the same thing as it convictions would go on. Your criminal record are gonna go on your motor vehicle department, driver history and all that stuff. So, you know, he could have done that I suppose, but he just went the full route. So, great questions on that one.
