D.C. Appellate Judges rejected Trump's claims of presidential immunity in a 57-page opinion, prompting a new battle at the Supreme Court as prosecutors race to convict the Former President prior to the election.

Trump's team submitted their final reply with the Supreme Court in preparation for the upcoming oral arguments in the ballot removal case, arguing democrat efforts to disqualify him from the election are unconstitutional and anti-democratic.
